Zidane would have been ideal as the manager of PSG. I think the deal was unsuccessful because his focus is on becoming the next manger of the French national team if Didier Deschamps steps out which is very likely to be any time soon. Also PSG has nothing to lose. Christophe Galtier is still a good deal.

I assume that many people including me sharing the same opinion with you about this. Zinedine Zidane is the best manager PSG can have right now but unfortunately this deal won't happen most probably at least for this season. As you also indicated he is preparing to start managing France national team after the World Cup ends. I don't know if there is any official offer for Zidane from them but I assume that he is waiting for Deschamps to quit his job after the World Cup. Deschamps has been managing France for ten years and I wonder if there will be any contract extension. But PSG can't wait until then to look for an opportunity to sign Zidane.

It must be feeling sad for Real Madrid to hear about Toni Kroos' decision to leave when his contract expires. I know that he is 32 years old now but he has still been showing a quite decent level of performance for the team. He is one of the important parts of their midfield. On the other hand Real Madrid are consolidating their midfield by new young player signings. After the Camavinga transfer this time they brought Tchouameni. These transfers will be a really big help for them in the long term.

I think that Bayern Munich signed Sadio Mane for a very cheap transfer fee. They are paying 32 million euros + 9 million (bonuses). This isn't a big money for a player who was worth 70 million euros normally. But Liverpool didn't insist on selling him below his market value and the reason might be that Mane was decisive about leaving the team at the earliest opportunity. I think that Mane can't be considered as old now because he is still very agile. Bayern Munich needed a left winger as they didn't have multiple alternatives and it is good for them.
Mane will be very useful at Bayern, and while Lewandowski is leaving the team to Barcelona,Mane is leaving Liverpool to Bayern as well. This deal is really favourable to Bayern because they really got the player cheap compared to the calibre of player Mane is and the  impact he had on Liverpool. The team will really miss him,but nevertheless, they've signed another wizard in the person of Dawin Nunez, the Benfica striker who is tipped to replace Mane.Lets just wait to see between the both payers, who will have major impact on their different clubs, but I think Mane will really do well at anywhere he goes to.

Mane has been a very beneficial player for Liverpool during his contract. He has been one of the most crucial players in the team but he is going to a different team now. Bayern Munich have always been a very effective team in offense. And now I'm feeling confident that Mane will make a big contribution to them too and this will make them even harder to stop. Leroy Sane and Mane can have a nice rivalry with each other for the starting eleven. As long as he adapts to the team fast he can take the spot in the starting eleven.

Lakers are going to be the team that I wonder about the most before next season. Because they were really bad last season and couldn't qualify for even the playoffs. Lebron was the most impressive player of the team as always but even his high effort couldn't help the desperate condition of the team. Because he didn't have anyone to help him about making it to the playoffs at least. Westbrook and Davis were really inadequate. Westbrook isn't performing like in the old times and Davis had a serious injury. I hope that Lakers change their starting five by new trades.

I don't know if it's related to the country for Romelu Lukaku. Maybe we could see him performing much better than he has done for Chelsea so far. We'd never know without trying this. I would like to remind you Lukaku's much greater times with Manchester United and especially Everton. He had more impressive stats then. As a result it must be related to playing for Chelsea. He didn't perform good in the past too and this didn't change after he came back from Inter here.

I will be wondering about what Adeyemi will do for Dortmund next season. The expectation level from him can be quite much now as he is expected to perform as good as possible in the absence of Erling Haaland. He was already performing incredibly well while he was playing for Salzburg before. He was doing very well for a 20-year-old striker. This shows that he has a really good potential in himself for the future. I don't know if he can perform the same as Haaland but he should be really good at scoring many goals still.
Adeyemi can be said to have really shone in Salzburg this season with his record of 23 goals and 8 assists in 42 games, but still he really needs time in transitioning into a worthy player to replace Haalaand in the dortmund, I'm not sure if dortmund project Adeyemi as a replacement for haalaand, because now reportedly dortmund have also agreed a deal with Sebastian Haller from ajax, and in my opinion it is sebastian haller who may be given the responsibility and a big burden to replace haaland as dortmund goal machine next season.

https://www.transfermarkt.com/dortmund-set-to-sign-haller-as-haaland-replacement-summer-spending-nears-euro-90m/view/news/406498

I've just come to the thread to talk about the probable Sebastian Haller transfer for Dortmund.  Cheesy  It seems like this is Dortmund's master plan to give Haaland's place in the team to Haller. In my opinion Haller is a great option for Dortmund now. Dortmund are planning a deal including 31 million euros worth transfer fee + 4 million (bonuses). His current value is exactly 35 million now so Ajax might not cause much problem to Dortmund about it. Actually when we consider his incredible performance last season we can expect Ajax to try to keep him. But there is a feeling like they will reach an agreement with Dortmund sooner or later.

Conte's Tottenham started to be very effective. If he didn't become their manager I think that they wouldn't manage to qualify for the Champions League by finishing as the fourth team. He helped Harry Kane a lot also to find himself in the team again. When we take all of these into account I'm starting to think like Tottenham might do even better than Chelsea and Arsenal next season. But it is just an assumption of course as we don't even know the future transfers of these three teams. Those transfers are also going to shape their way next season.

Ousmane Dembele is a target for PSG also now. They are in a race to sign him with Bayern Munich mostly. Dembele is going to be a free agent at the end of this month. PSG are making an effort to increase the quality of their squad now and Dembele is a good player to sign for them. He hasn't been able to perform very impressively for Barcelona so far. Xavi thought of keeping him in the team for a longer time but they don't seem like they will extend his contract. PSG can help him shine again. He will need to work hard to be a part of the starting eleven of course.

FIA's decision to increase the height of the cars is going to be really helpful for Mercedes. I think that we saw one of its example in the Canadian GP. After this change in regulations, it looks like Mercedes and McLaren can be the most profitable teams. I don't think that Ferrari are very disadvantageous now because they have also had the porpoising problem so far. Maybe their problem isn't as serious as Mercedes but it was still seen before. Red Bull can be counted as the most disadvantageous team about this maybe but they are still very fast.

I haven't been hearing anything about Napoli for a long time. They had a quite decent season last and they fought for the league title as well for some time. But they weren't as competitive as Inter and Milan of course. They still managed to finish the season at the third position and they can improve this record more next season. They need to focus on solving their problems by new signings and some changes in the team. Milan also made it to the title after a long time and I think Napoli's turn isn't too far away if they get better.
I felt like that, even though they are in third place but people forget about that team where Maradona was live. In the last half of the season, Napoli becomes a major competitor for scudetto, I don't know why sluggish at the end. Maybe because several players were injured or something else. Like today, why they don't continue to contract with Dries Mertens? are they having financial trouble?. even not much (11 goals) but, his contribution is enough as a substitution or is a captain because has been in Napoli since 2013.

Dries Mertens had an average season the last time and he is getting quite old at the same time. He scored only 11 goals in 30 games in the Serie A. He played half of his games as a second striker though but I think that it is still an unacceptable performance for a player like him. Maybe he has lost his momentum from now on due to aging. Hence I think Napoli are doing the right thing by deciding to release him. They should focus on keeping Osimhen at the same time too. Otherwise they would be in a troubling situation.

I thought that only Chelsea were after signing Sevilla defender Kounde. Barcelona also seem interested to sign him now however they aren't very eager to pay the asking fee like 60 million euros. Barcelona aren't financially stable as we all know and they don't have an option to spend a lot of money now. They are targeting a few players these days and they want to finish these deals or at least some of them for as low price as possible. Considering that I think Barcelona will fail in signing Kounde and Chelsea will stay one step ahead of them.

Lautaro Martinez is a very crucial player for Inter now. They wouldn't like to let him go now easily. They are relying on his goals very much now and they don't have a better alternative than him in their hands as well. Maybe they are close to signing Lukaku on a loan deal but this may not mean that they would be more willing to sell Martinez. They would rather make use of this amazing duo like Conte did in the season they became the winners of the Serie A title. Tottenham will need to make an insane offer for him to increase their chance of signing him.
Among the greatest strikers from Argentina, he is quick, skillful, and a great goal scorer. As a scorer for Inter, Lautaro Martinez is frequently in my top 5 list with no 10 jersey. Next season they will not be qualified for the UCL, so moving to an upfront team would be ideal. However, it's unclear which club he will choose at the end of the season. Things will settle soon, we're running out of time. It has been rumored that Inter is ready to sell Lautaro Martinez if they receive a bid of €60 million. One of the biggest concerns is how they will handle the situation after selling the only best striker you have.

For only an offer like 60 million euros? I don't think so. Because they already rejected an offer by Tottenham like 90 million euros. It would be absurd to accept a lower offer. Inter are very determined about not selling him as long as they don't have an unbelievable offer for him. 90 million euros is of course a huge amount of money but Inter think that he is worth much more than that. I also agree with this opinion considering Martinez's great performance so far. He is one of the special strikers now.

PSG are going to be the biggest favourite for the league championship once again of course. Because I don't see any other team that are as powerful as PSG now. PSG have a way better squad than all of the remaining teams in the league of course and this makes things too difficult for the others. Therefore I think that PSG are going to win the league championship again but maybe there could be a slight chance for us to see a good competition between them and a team. I hope that happens.  Cheesy

PSG's only problem this season will be staying awake waiting for the really important games (Champions League)  Grin Maybe Mbappe will try to make his stats look nice or Messi will try to restore his reputation as a goalscorer, but in general I'm sure PSG will suffer from a lack of motivation and strong opponents. Perhaps this will affect their performance in the Champions League.

PSG will need to find a way to get ahead of this problem next season. They don't have a luxury like making simple mistakes or struggling too much in the Champions League. PSG want to achieve the Champions League title as soon as possible. They can't do this as long as they continue to lose their focus easily. The Ligue 1 hasn't been too difficult for them so far and this should be helpful for them to concentrate on the Champions League. Fans want success there and they will need all of their crucial players performing good to make it.

Haaland and Nunez transfers are of course the most impressive ones in the Premier League so far. People would be expectant about Haaland the most I assume but we will see which one of them will perform better. I also believe in Haaland to adapt quickly to Manchester City and the Premier League and start putting a great show. Haaland and Nunez both can fight for finishing the season as the top scorer too. They will have very tough opponents like Salah and Son for example considering their last season performance. I would like to see Haaland at the top.

It was a good race for Ferrari while it was a bad one for Red Bull. Because Perez wasn't able to finish the race and only Verstappen got points. He won the race though but Ferrari were more advantageous as they collected four more points than them. Sainz managed to keep the fastest lap until the end and he did his best to win his first ever race in F1. He couldn't do it as Verstappen was too fast and amazing about securing the lead. Leclerc also did a great job by ending at the 5th place despite starting from the last place.

It is really delightful to me that Turkish teams have been quite dominant in the Euroleague in the recent years. In the past five seasons, Turkish teams became the champions three times. Anadolu Efes won two times and Fenerbahce won once. Maybe the Turkish domestic basketball league isn't the best league in Europe now but the big teams there have really big potentials in themselves. Turkish teams aren't this much successful in football for many years for example.

Lisandro Martinez has been a decent defender for Ajax so far indeed. As we all know Manchester United would make use of a good defender transfer to replace Harry Maguire in their starting eleven. Martinez is a young defender also which can help him play for Manchester United for long years too as long as he performs nicely. Erik ten Hag is going to be a big factor about this transfer as they have known each other very well. Arsenal can lose the race to sign him because of that.
