As for the name, I am Bob and I am Evil. That is all.

Do you still have a 4:3 CRT monitor or how did this background happen?
5363  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the normal Bitcoin attitude? on: November 18, 2011, 05:18:08 PM
Because when I am giving someone my business or money, I would like to be treated with respect, not like some dude on facebook.

So the answer to "why is politeness important?" is "because I want them to be polite when they talk to me". Thanks, now I get it.

"Hey asshole, why is your money not in my wallet yet? Get to it stat!"

Is this what you'd rather have?
5364  Other / Off-topic / Re: Show yourself. on: November 18, 2011, 05:05:38 PM
I'm sure it's Oliver and Barkley. You should do some stern talking to them.
5365  Other / Off-topic / Re: Predict the day Matthew N. Wright deletes his BitcoinTalk account. on: November 17, 2011, 11:07:21 AM
Is that an over complicated way of saying "when Matthew's account is deleted" or does this specifically mean if it's deleted by moderator (like 'suicide by cop')?

Probably he intends this to work like an assassination market. Mods can't delete accounts, though, and no admin would do so and also collect the bounty.

Which would mean the condition "deleted by moderator" can never be reached which in turn leads to the jackpot never being paid out. Which in turn means the whole thing is a scam. Which again means that Atlas should be dressed in a nice Scammer tag.

Can't you two get married already? This is worse than those sitcom romances.
5367  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Looking for a partner for my bitcoin venture on: November 14, 2011, 10:37:19 PM
There are already camwhores accepting BTC.
5368  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: bitcoins are great!!! any body who thinks they will fail please tell me why. on: November 14, 2011, 08:41:43 AM
How old are you?
5369  Economy / Speculation / Re: Someone just took a gigantic dump. on: November 14, 2011, 03:36:51 AM
And with that 20000 coin sale that happened just now, volume records have been broken.

WTF?  20,000BTC just got sold but I didn't see the depth change on the bid side...Did I miss something?

The wall is at exactly 2,50. The 20000 BTC sale was for 2,500001.

And here we have it... Mt.Gox 3.5 Hour volume > Tradehill 30 day volume.

Even better, in just 4 hours there's been almost as much volume than on 9/9/11 all day.
5372  Economy / Speculation / Re: $250,000 on the Bid on: November 14, 2011, 03:15:38 AM
Haha, look at him marching his cash army up the chart.  He's getting other people to buy up so he can sell again, methinks.

And now he's in full retreat to 2,50.
5373  Economy / Speculation / Re: $250,000 on the Bid on: November 14, 2011, 03:12:14 AM
This is beginning to make me dizzy.
5374  Economy / Speculation / Re: $250,000 on the Bid on: November 14, 2011, 03:01:14 AM
Look at what just happened to that wall, it got cut in half.

EDIT: beaten.
5375  Economy / Speculation / Re: Someone just took a gigantic dump. on: November 14, 2011, 02:51:21 AM
Now there's 4 different walls of 25000 each. It's like a beautiful dance.
5376  Economy / Speculation / Re: Someone just took a gigantic dump. on: November 14, 2011, 02:47:18 AM
Aaaaand it's crashing to 2,50

EDIT: Broken through, all walls gone.
5377  Economy / Speculation / Re: Someone just took a gigantic dump. on: November 14, 2011, 02:41:17 AM
It's one person. On bitcoincharts you can see the exact volume of bids and it stands at exactly 25000 coins for 2,60.

These round number don't happen if more than one person is involved.

EDIT: And now someone bought right through that.
5378  Economy / Speculation / Re: Someone just took a gigantic dump. on: November 14, 2011, 02:36:21 AM
Now he dropped in another 25000 at 2,60. Someone's getting desperate
5379  Economy / Speculation / Re: Someone just took a gigantic dump. on: November 14, 2011, 02:33:48 AM
I bet it's Satoshi.  Cheesy
5380  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin stability on: November 14, 2011, 01:49:44 AM
So much for stability Tongue.

Baseless Speculation: I think the price has entered the next drop, this time due to panic selling. What happens next depends on whether the $2.4 and $2 supports hold - if they do, we could even have an attempt at "stability" at the $2.4-$3 range.

There is no support at $2,40. It's another ghostwall. Sprang up from 600 coins to 50000 coins right after the second major dump happened.

EDIT: Aaaaand while I'm typing it has already disappeared.

EDIT2: Now it's at $2,50. This is hilarious.
