5361  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Sugarexchange.io will ever come? on: October 16, 2019, 04:28:01 AM
they promised.
Mate, every project gives promises just to attract investors to come to them. If they haven't delivered those promise that they have, they can have an excuse and if for the 2nd, 3rd and so on time, you should notice it that they promised just for the sake of investors.

The total volume for this exchange is almost dead although as you can see there's a 2 digit that still making it alive. Do you have funds sitting there or you have invested to their coin?
5362  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE.me - Crypto Casino 🎰 Now Accepting EOS | Roll Hunt | Bonuses on: October 16, 2019, 02:37:25 AM
Dont you guys feel that the gap is really too much for below rank 2? It is around 50 times there and 70 times from the first which I believe hdf is just toying with other players as well. Most of the time, I saw many of he always catch up with the rank 1 on any amount, he will always place on top. So lets see how much that he can wager until the end of the day Grin
It's not that much the other ranking players probably were there but isn't interested in it. Hdf probably wants to take the top 1 spot all of these times and he's known for doing it so it's not he's toying with it but he's maintaining it.

But once there's another wagering contest, you'll see these huge wagers come out of the cave.
5363  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto board of Governance/Crypto Association on: October 16, 2019, 01:00:03 AM
Every centralized exchange and crypto currency has its own pathway on which it is running. I would recommend a making of a joint board of governance or  a crypto Association run by just crypto community regarding the crypto assets. May be this time is too far but keeping in view many and many scams and lot of things it would do some things.
Do you think that this is possible to happen? if it is then there should be some organization that made this already.

1. There would be one main decentralized exchange for the crypto currencies to rule out all centralized exchanges.
This is a good idea, the volume of most will be there but this cuts the idea of being 'decentralized' because we're being pointed out to only one exchange.

2. Only authorized coins/tokens can be traded on that crypto exchange.
This is already implemented to every exchange. The coins that listed on them are being considered to be authorized on their part but this will be the start of the debate for every coin that has a supported community. But I go the idea of removing those scam and dead coins.

3. There would be one voice for crypto instead of too many voices where every just tells his own story.
But what if there will be other organizations that will build their own association too?
5364  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Didi sold everything for Bitcoin on: October 15, 2019, 07:44:25 PM
The guy bet it for bitcoin and I admired and amazed what he did because I'm sure that no one has the guts to do the same even me.

The decision he made contains a big risk because he's with his family. I can't imagine the "what ifs" if the market didn't do pretty well last 2017 and drop today under the price he bought it but well, it did well and I'm happy that there's someone that did all in to bitcoin.
5365  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The Investment Tipper on: October 15, 2019, 07:22:54 PM
You are already into development so why not get a freelance project, yes, you don't have to be an employee but just look for those projects that allows you to work in flexible times. There's one thing that came to my mind, it's not on your stuffs that you like neither in you don't like.

But as per your condition, you are only good for the micro investments. This has been proven to be one of the best investments in the world, of course not a scam or what and it's outside crypto which everyone aims to have.
5366  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 100K$ by 2025 on: October 15, 2019, 06:49:29 PM
~snip~

@jossiel the statements made by op are purely speculative, and they’ll never be backed with hardcore evidence. There is no such research and he knows that, hence he’s avoiding all the questions you’ll are putting up here. Also another absurd claim that people sell it for $10 profits, one or two holders may be doing it because of their inability to handle risks, but majority bitcoin holders do not sell for such low profits.
Yes, it's a speculation that he made. But as he said, it's about the research he has and that's what we have to see. I see charts, TAs and other speculations that has proper back up whether it will be accurate or not since it's a speculation.

Welp, looks like the guy isn't really going to tell about his research, I give up. Thread should be closed.
5367  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Libra unveils official backers, future uncertain on: October 15, 2019, 10:57:42 AM
Its partners are starting to back out after the gov't has given its statement about the project. I think the domino effect will continue for these partners and they will drop too one by one.

Those partners that are not really into crypto will drop but I think coinbase and xapo will remain. It's a stable coin that makes the gov't of US shaky because it can be a threat to them in so many ways. And the network of Facebook is totally huge that they can't ignore it.
5368  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What opportunities Cryptocurrencies have created since it becomes very popular on: October 15, 2019, 10:11:04 AM
Many of my friends have been rich by collecting lots of money from this world.
How rich your friends are right now? it looks like they've managed to get a decent profit from cryptocurrencies. What's the method that they made for making profit out of crypto's? Through bounties? trading? I've read an inspiring before that he bought a bag of altcoin at a very cheap price and sold it when it reached a thousand.

I'm talking about ethereum. Crypto the same goes as stocks, if you're lucky to have the good coins and took it a very cheap price, you can change your life from it.
5369  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to contact the website bitcoin.org? on: October 15, 2019, 07:51:24 AM
As far as I know, this "Cobra" dude is still the owner of bitcoin.org. Probably try contacting him by Tweeting him/her on Reddit? and probably messaging him/her on GitHub.
Cobra has an active account here.

@OP you may contact him through his account. He's offline for just about a month.

5370  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about the Facebook Libra cryptocurrency idea? on: October 15, 2019, 06:49:33 AM
It's been a while I heard about Libra. I doubted my friend when I heard him say that Facebook (or should I say Zuckerberg) owns Libra. After then, I also say an airdrop (I don't know if it was scam or the real Libra coin).
That airdrop might be a scam. AFAIK, there's no airdrop for this project and why would a stable coin will choose to airdrop? they won't give free money even it's for their marketing. I just really doubt it and so don't be fooled by those Libra project imitations that are circulating on the internet.

Just a few hours ago, I was searching for an account on twitter when I saw a tweet which says that 2 senators had ask Visa and PayPal to pull away from Libra. Except that, there have been a lot of warnings about Libra coin. To be honest here, thinking of the mass population of Facebook users (over 2.3 billion Facebook users), I'm afraid that Facebook Libra coin would cause a big havoc.
Looking at one of the pictures I found on twitter, https://i.ibb.co/WH65rN8/IMG-20191015-003400.jpg it's obvious that a lot of companies are pulling out already.
As you can see that Booking Holdings was crossed out. Actually, it's a recent news that Booking Holdings withdraws attention to the project.

5371  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: some of the points and problems that have occurred in the crypto industry. on: October 14, 2019, 08:26:04 PM
The KYC team & developers
#. can at least reduce a few% of the number of fraud projects, this symbolizes a good project if their team is solid, transparent and responsible.
Yeah. At least, it can lessen the percentage although even there will be a KYC for each member and developer that's involved with the project, they don't care with that as long as they can pursue their personal interest of scamming the people.

But it's a good way to determine if the project is reliable. If you see someone part of the team and you're familiar with his shady involve with different projects, that's the sign that you should avoid it.
5372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: October 14, 2019, 07:44:41 PM

Well, we do not expect that AD will miss a lot of games, as said in the news he'll be sidelined so he could take some minutes if he can play.

He'll probably be rested for the rest of the pre-season action. His injury aint too serious, It was just a sprain on his thumb. They'll just rest him until the swelling subsides, since theres a more important game coming up for the opening of the NBA regular season against the Clippers.
Yeah, nothing to worry about his sprain. And it's a plus that it's still a preseason although some other teams are looking forward to show themselves on how's the new roster they have.

It's not worth it for him to play if it's possible to him just to take the rest and play for the main season.
5373  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price is controlled not just manipulated but controlled on: October 14, 2019, 07:06:49 PM
Who ever created Bitcoin knows how to manipulate.

Simple:)
Does this means that you believe that satoshi is manipulating the market and he's around there playing with everyone's emotion? I don't think that you have to be satoshi to control the market.

Whilst, it's known and claimed by few folks that there's a manipulation but how can you prove that? And suspecting that satoshi is the one that manipulates, well, no trace of him and no one knows his whereabouts.
5374  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why we buy new token or coin? on: October 14, 2019, 06:32:22 PM
What is the most reason to buy new token or new coin, to trade it in the market or to spend it if there something to spend it?
I buy coins if I think the coin is a good investment. I don't buy random coins just because others have been telling that it's a good investment, no. I don't do that because I have my own decision although I also take others advice if it's a good one.

I am talking here that token or coin already listing in exchanges.
And not tokens exchanges such as BNB.
What you think?
As long as you see their worth, you need to be particular when it comes to buying new coins. The risk is higher to those kind of coins because they are new, means that it's possible for their devs to leave the project behind easily.
5375  Other / Off-topic / Re: [Heads-up] Apps need to remove from your phone containing harmful adware on: October 14, 2019, 06:47:46 AM
I've checked my android phone and looked if it contains these apps on the list and good to see that I don't have those apps.

the best way to be safe, just do not install anything to your phone
i used app installed by manufacturer only and whatsapp messenger.
even so, there is no warranties, then virus or any other malware could come though system update directly from manufacturer..
It's okay to install apps as long as you know them and you know the developers. Don't install everything you see on apple app store or google play.
5376  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How i keep my private keys safe without hardware wallet on: October 14, 2019, 05:35:40 AM
1. give to your girlfriend tell her,if u give that Private key to someone, we will be finished. ( never do that btw.)
She's still your girlfriend and not yet your wife so better not to give details like this unless you really trust her. I don't have trust issues with girlfriends or what but as long as you haven't tied the knot, you should keep it on your own.

It's the same way of your explanation about giving your PK to someone.

There's a possibility that your gf will leave you after taking the funds on your PK.
5377  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 100K$ by 2025 on: October 14, 2019, 04:50:18 AM
~snip~
I don't think their is any actual research behind the thing, it's mostly just people making their predictions after looking at the previous trends and factoring in other events, eg the halving events.
I've checked every page if there's a reply coming from op and as well his/her post history. He's online yesterday but never posted so two days has passed and yet we haven't heard the research that he's telling.

2025 still too far for me to speculate. Because at 2014 even i don't know bitcoin will be this price. Or maybe reach it's ATH. Anything that happen in future, as long i still can access bitcoin in my country, i will keep stay with it.
It only tells that bitcoin is unpredictable but op said that there's a research behind this and most of us are interested of checking it out.
5378  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC To 100K$ by 2025 on: October 12, 2019, 11:32:38 PM
My research show BTC can hit 100K$ by 2025
Where's the source for your research? you may add analysis on why you can see that it's coming by that year. But I've seen those predictions that this may happen earlier.

What I noticed is Most people sell Their Bitcoin for 10$ Profit, they dont hold btc and they sell it for 10$ or 20$ profit, these people will never get rich.
It's profit for them and they wouldn't mind what will be the next thing after they sold theirs. I'd be more focus on my own holdings than to worry about them.
5379  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Telegram token sale is Rejected on: October 12, 2019, 10:46:54 PM
There are a bunch of threads created for this topic already, I think that we don't need more of it. Like this one;

Telegram (TON) project has been halted by SEC
5380  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Good signature campaigns to join on: October 12, 2019, 10:10:34 PM
I usually see questions about what good signature campaigns to join so i decided to compile a list of the current signature campaigns that i think are worth doing.

1. Cryptotalk
2. Windice
3. Bitvest
4. 777Coin
We already have a dedicated list for this. For all of those bitcoin paying signature campaigns, everyone can bookmark this thread: Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns and follow the updates there if what campaign has openings.

If you can't participate in any of the ones above then you can also check
1. Xcard
2. Hawk
3. Pngme
4. Cryptoknowmics
5. Goldstablecoin

The first list are campaigns that pays in Btc weekly and are still accepting participants and the second list are campaigns that pays in their own tokens at the end of the campaign. There are still other paying campaigns that pays in Btc weekly but they are currently full so i didn't add them to the list.

Note: These are just my own opinion on the best signature campaigns i could find if you have any better ones please drop them and also don't forget to do your own research about them before joining.
This kind of thread is much better be placed on Service Discussion(Altcoins). But I think I've seen some people created this kind of list before but due to the influx of altcoin paying signature campaigns, it's hard for them to update it from time to time.
