5381  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My first visit to Bitcoin. Share your fast visit price on: May 29, 2020, 06:24:46 AM
I am confused as what kind of work is that you are pertaining to. Group + level? Is this some kind of networking scheme?

I think it is,some kind of online groups that need to sell or invite people to increase your level.

or maybe gaming?because i have encountered online gaming that offers payment in cash via paypal so there can be the same as this.

On the other hand, I first knew bitcoin when it was $10k before. Yep, I saw how it pumped that high and dump to $3,000. The first time I saw the flactuation but meant to gained profits as well because I tend to buy bitcoin before it pumped. That's my first journey as btc trader. I have took the risk and saw how the crypto market moves.

That is my very frustrating days, when the Bitcoin Hit the floor to $3,000 level and also bitterness why i bought in 5 digits and did not sold while the price still on that bracket.

But what made me satisfy is when i bought again that time instead of selling so at least i have returning some of my losses now and waiting for the Bull again.
5382  Economy / Speculation / Re: What’s next for Bitcoin? on: May 29, 2020, 05:19:42 AM
Bitcoin (BTC) price continues to inch closer to $10,000, rallying 5.68% to reach $9,600 on May 28.

The Crypto Fear and Greed Index shows that within the last two weeks traders’ sentiment has shifted from ‘fear’ to ‘neutral’.

The daily chart shows that Bitcoin price has pushed above the lower trendline of the former ascending channel and the price is meeting some resistance at the VPVR high volume node at $9,675.

So what's next for Bitcoin? How do you think?

Quote
Fear only lies on those People that don't want to invest for long time ,Because there are so many hindrance
in this market and interference of Whales which always brings the bad
 character in this crypto market.

But for my personal opinion, this growth is just a part of another temporary hype and nothing is coming to
reality of bullying .maybe what we need to learn now is how to
go with the flow as the trend will surely in this kind until the last quarter because there are some news that
the Vaccine for the corona virus will be started and if this make
a good way for the economy to increase again?then the crypto market will follow and we
will see another great flow again.
5383  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Sometimes late bounties can still pay rewards on: May 28, 2020, 02:15:48 PM
the project you promote 2years back can still come up and give you awesome reward, delays takes place sometimes that makes project team keep postponing listing on exchanges,  imagine promoting a project in 2018 paid you big reward in 2020 after you've already zero your mind that it's over? I want bounty hunters in the house to verify this, true or false??

Anyways, do not underestimate projects you promote a year or two years ago, they can still pay up and secondly do not leave or exit their telegram channel no matter how many years it's been, if you do you might be denied of your rewards
You created the topic and you are asking someone to verify your claims?lol is this some kind of a joke and i believe
that scammers will not come back just to pay the
bounty hunters because this is the last thing these scammers wanted to do and also where did you get this idea?
you posted it as if you are part or one of the Hunters
that being paid but in the end you are pointing to others?if ever there will be some kind of this?i am sure those
are the unique project that did not get a good support
back then thats why they paused the project for a while and after gathering some good ideas and investors they
are back to continue the proposal and encourage
investors to check their project thats why they need to pay those hunter so their name will
remain clean and hassle free.
5384  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hello everyone! Do you still have confidence in altcoin? on: May 28, 2020, 01:53:25 PM
At present, the market condition of altcoin is not very good, the exchange rate of BTC is getting lower and lower, and many altcoins have been unmaintained. Even if the development team still insists, the price is very miserable! The blow to the entire team is not small, I am afraid it is difficult to persevere. Now there are a few questions that I want to discuss with you:
1. In your life, when would you use cryptocurrencies to shop? We know that people like to use cryptocurrencies in the dark web.Is general life shopping necessary?
2. If you use cryptocurrency for payment, what currency will you prefer to choose and why?
3. At present, the altcoin market is very bleak. Do you think this is a buying opportunity?
4. What do you think is the easiest to implement in Altcoin's future application scenarios and will attract more users!

Thanks all replies

Altcoin is composed of thousands of coins aside from bitcoin so generally this cannot be addressed to individual coins
but the whole so how that comes to the issue?bitcoin
being the Rank 1 currency is maybe not in good condition now but don't forget that volatility will pull this up and
now we are on that chance looking at the market
movement.i think EThereum and Ripple as Altcoin are doing well now and the opportunity of growing together with
bitcoin is always there so yeah lets not stop the support
,Buy Bitcoin and Buy altcoin also,if you cannot see the good things now then wait for at least the end of this 2020
coz things might change for good.
5385  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Some Alts for long run investment. on: May 28, 2020, 01:33:19 PM
The best alts for long-term investment are reliable alts, and we know that only top alts can be called reliable, so it is worth choosing and investing preferably in alts, which are among the top 20.
Actually from the start i have same beliefs that only those top currencies are very reliable and safe for investing
specially those in top 10 ranks.
not until i realized that there are some altcoins from the lowest rank that starting to climb up and make good
 growth over the months.

though i will not mention any because those i looked up are now goes back to lower rank, but in few months
they come to grow higher so enough for semi long term investing.

But since OP is asking about the Long term investing, then it is Bitcoin,Ethereum,Litecoin and Binance is
what i can suggest.
5386  Economy / Speculation / Re: Do you believe that bitcoin will have a stable price in the future? on: May 28, 2020, 12:51:13 PM
Do you? I believe yes, after some years, if more people get into bitcoin, the price will stop somewhere and it will change slowly.

If this will happen?this is not in our generation because for this to become possible then all the Bitcoin must be Mined
and evaluate if how much/many are still in circulation and this will
happen more than 21 years from now so for me?please stop making this a problem because there are many things
we must prioritized than this topic that has no clarity at all.

Definitely not.
It always will be the field for whales games

that is why this must be in place so Whales will not be interested in making this field as their bagging money place.

i think what we need to consider now is to at least help the Bitcoin circulated and not just for that Holding perspective .
5387  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mmorpg, Bitcoin, and Gambling on: May 28, 2020, 11:50:51 AM
If bitcoin will be used in an online game as a wager then I think I would be the first bettor because I already imagine that years ago for these online games are really entertaining and a lot of people are getting obsessed on these games if betting with bitcoin will be allowed then it is an additional thrill.

I am also a Gamer and having this chance Playing with Bitcoin?i will surely follow you being the first bettor .there
are searches i did in the past and there are also some shares i
found over the forum from Local to english section but yet nothing gets my attention that good so if this OP's

suggestion will be indeed?then maybe i will forget my other activities here in forum to find profit but instead
 i will play MMORPGs games.

Hope this will come soon,as before the Lockdown finally over so i still have more time to study the game
and find which can bring me more winnings.

5389  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Taxes on Bitcoins: Unreasonable or essential? on: May 28, 2020, 11:26:57 AM

I guess I'm still lucky that the Philippines does necessitate its citizens to declare their crypto gains for tax purposes, but I'm sure exchanges based here are already doing their part to keep track of it should the need for taxation arise.
Maybe So far not yet but sooner for sure there will be if the increase of people happens to be gaining in Crypto specially
Bitcoin in which the most popular cryptocurrency in Philippines so there
will always a chance that Government will start collecting data about how they can put taxes in this profiteering market,
Let us always remember that Taxation is our obligation being citizen and
in every amount that we earn the government must take part so let us enjoy our freedom now as in future or maybe
sooner there will be including taxes.
5390  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Fees high on: May 27, 2020, 09:46:43 AM
This is the scenario.

The rewards of the miners went down because of halving.
To compensate their expenses, the fees went up so they will stay profitable.

If you are living in a 3rd world country like me, the fees really are high especially when you are transferring only a small amount of money. On the other side, if you are transferring huge chunks of Bitcoin then the fee will not hurt you that much. There are some sites or wallets that let you adjust the fee but still there are some where you can't adjust the fee.

Another way to lessen your fees is to use altcoins which has a low transaction fees. Ethereum, Litecoin and Dogecoin are the most popular ones. You can convert it first to either of the 3 then after transferring exchange it again into Bitcoin then you're good to go.
I can feel your sentiment here mate but i think the problem happens not only for the 3rd world country converting
but the whole world of crypto because even other country account here are asking about
this High transaction fee thats happening here .

I believe that the last time this scenario happens is way back Bermonths of 2017 when the transaction fees are
very High and thats why congestion happens in many
transaction because people chooses the lowest fee ,and You are right small withdrawals are the most affected
because the fee seems almost close with the amount we are
 going to withdraw?
5391  Economy / Speculation / Re: Personally i think bitcoin is future on: May 27, 2020, 08:55:20 AM
Bitcoin future price of $1 million comes true in 2020, that would give it a total market capitalization of $15 trillion. Going back to McAfee's prediction, Bitcoin would need to increase its value by more than 4,900% from its all-time high of $20,000.

Check the link follow the instruction: https://www.coindesk.com/market-wrap-some-miners-face-an-uncertain-future-despite-rising-bitcoin-price

Bitcoin will reach a price of $50,000 by late 2020. He also believes that the market cap of all cryptocurrencies will burst up to a whopping $2 trillion (from the current $150 billion) within the next 10 years.

Billionaire Michael Novogratz has invested approximately 30 percent of his fortune in cryptocurrencies. He began investing in 2015 and announced a $500 million cryptofund, which includes $150 million of his own fortune, in 2017. So i think it will be going for everyone future.

Sorry but where is your 'Personal opinion ' here?you only shared some links but you did not even bother giving your own opinion.

1$ million is close to impossible this 2020 and even in the next 5 years this wont happen so lets back to reality.

50$ is rather close as we have already in 5 digits value for how many times and waiting for 50k is not that far from happening.
we only need to have at least 700-800 billion$  Market capitalization to reach this value.

Bitcoin is the future. Of course I agree with that. Bitcoin is now at the top of popularity all over the world. Almost all the countries in the world now know about Bitcoin. The price of Bitcoin can go up to $1 million and then it can go down to $ 1 in 2020. There is no way to say for sure about Bitcoin.

What?you have agreed in reaching 1 million$ but not sure what will happen this 2020?are you joking here mate and just breaking your own words?

Bitcoin will never fall 1$ and will never grow 1million$ this 2020 and that is 100% sure.
5392  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Underground Casinos Is it Happening? on: May 27, 2020, 07:42:09 AM
If there's an underground hospital in my country,

Is this the one that you are telling here?the Rain in Fontana Hotel ,Pampanga/in which known as a chinese territory from Estrrada administration?

https://www.rappler.com/nation/261427-fontana-leisure-park-clark-pampanga-lockdown-chinese-coronavirus-hospital

well That is really shameful for their community because they are treating people for money with no assurance and maybe Fake medicines .

I also believe that we also have an underground casinos and mainly operate as illegal. There's a lot of online gambling companies in my place, but since we are on a lock down they should not operate but there are cases where Online gambling companies are being caught of operating while on a lockdown, well that's how the money works for them. I'll never play on an underground casinos, that's a lot more risky compare to the traditional casinos and you might ended up in jail.
online Gambling is allowed in lockdown, because they only uses Sites to grab the opportunity of playing,or are you referring those Online betting casino that operated by Pagcor?

maybe you are wrong on that part, because traditional casino is more risky now because there are many players moving in such place and even they have crowd control team yet we cannot prevent people from engaging physically .
5393  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's see If BTC re-test 9500$ zone on: May 27, 2020, 07:21:23 AM
it looks like the price of Bitcoin will not go up to $ 9500 for now, the price is breaking down to $ 9100 now, what do you think? is it still up to $ 9500 or will we indeed see the price of Bitcoin even lower?  Huh Huh
I’ll go for a lower prediction but I believe it will not dump that much again and $8k level can be a strong support. If bitcoin continues to drop, then its confirm we can’t go up to $9500 level for now. We are still on an up trend long term chart so nothing to worry about, give more time and the you will feel the effect of halving.
Looks like the strong support is $8,500 if we will look on how the market is moving right now but of course things may come sooner.

i was thinking of waiting for at least 6k level if possible because i believe that the effect of this bad market will continue the whole 2020.

It seems Bitcoin failed to re-test $9500 zone this past day.  Although it get past $9000, it goes back to $8800+ again. The market seems not ready to sustain Bitcoin above $9k for now.  I think we need more time for the market to fully functional since it was somehow greatly affected by the pandemic.

This can be a good read why Bitcoin somehow failed to sustain $9000 mark.

$9,500 is too high for re test because we cannot even break 11k so what more falling under 9k more?

maybe for the next quarter there will be some changes if the Virus continue lowering, seeing the record
now it looks like the death toll is lowering day after day.
5394  Economy / Economics / Re: Is it possible to live without banks? on: May 27, 2020, 05:58:44 AM
With the world's economy collapsing, people are looking for alternative safe-haven assets to use in times of turmoil. Interest in crypto has sparked a lot ever since the stock market went on a decline. If people decide to use crypto, precious metals, and physical cash, will it be possible to live a normal life without a bank?
For me that is exaggerated about Collapsing because we already knew the reason of this economic crisis
( or better say Sabotage?lol) because the world is fighting back and doing their best to comply in this problematic situation.

In my case, I'd be willing to exit the banking system in order to have true sovereignty over my money. After all, that's what crypto is all about. If you could live your normal life without the need to ever interact with a bank (having a bank account to make transactions, etc), it'll be a blast. With the world shifting towards the online realm for e-commerce, virtual meetings, and more, it seems likely that people will be using decentralized money more thoroughly. There are still people using credit/debit cards, but that may change soon as Fiat becomes hyper-inflated.

I support you in your campaign about Leaving banks and just use crypto or other virtual money and i think thats your right.

What are your thoughts? Huh

Majority of us here wanted this why not?but only if the availability of everything is indeed then maybe all of crypto users
will totally leave banks and make the world new from capitalist and opportunist .
5395  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Yobit scam ? Trade lost money on: May 27, 2020, 05:51:17 AM
Here another Victim of Yobit scam about their YODA coins

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5251327.msg54508489#msg54508489

Looks like this person is one of those who was encourage to invest in this lates Yobit Bait and there now He is frustrated to regain His losses.

Please Guys stop letting yourself being fooled by this biggest exchange scamming in Bitcointalk.org

I can vouch for them being scammer because my Cousin is one of their victim couple years ago.

actually he is a Yobit regular user but after years of good service they took His bitcoin and until now nothing from the support is giving Him exact reason what happen to His account.

5396  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Which tokens do you like to stake/hold for profits? on: May 27, 2020, 05:24:29 AM
Hey crypto enthusiasts.

I recently discovered staking and I'm pretty interested in it.

However, I noticed TEZOS and COSMOS are the most staked and known staking coins. What is your experience with it? Is this profitable?

I found out that a project which i have been following lately has started its own staking event --> https://newscrypto.io/holder_rewards.pdf  Is this the same as staking? It looks profitable but i dont understand the whole procedure behind it.

What are your thought and experience around these staking/holding events?

Thanks in advance.
Recommendation is indeed in this matter as many of us believe in Holding and thats why we encourage many of people
around us to invest as well .

Asking what would be the best coin?then it is not altcoin but Bitcoin of course because nothing safer than putting
money in powerful cryptocurrency like Bitcoin.

But in regards to altcoin and which site?nope just buy good altcoins in top 10-20 and be ready to held them in your
position for at least year or more thats the only way you cans ave your
 self from losing big.

But never forget that here in volatile market everything is possible,to earn or to lose so make sure that you know the
risk and blaming no one in time that bad things happen.
5397  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is the new cryptocurrency worth buying on: May 27, 2020, 04:43:37 AM
With the development of the economy, BTC is now gaining more and more attention, and it is not disappointed by the people who chose it. From being questioned at the beginning, to a large number of people investing now, it has become a popular investment product. I first learned that BTC was recommended to me by my friend W (who was the administrator of the Monetary Authority) at that time, and let me also invest, but I thought it was a hype May be cheated (this has become a big pity for me). Later, I started investing in 2013, when I bought 100 BTC and sold it at the price of 16,000 in 2017. Now my friend W has recommended a new cryptocurrency to me. Should I invest?
you should have put the name of that "New Cryptocurrency' because there are tons of them cycling in market now,
and i am just wondering because you are investor from 2013 and had manage to
maintain until 2017 yet you have no idea about Altcoins?for that 4 years + 3 years upto now yet asking about nothing
cross you curiosity for that 7 years margin of being in crypto world? hmmm i don't
think thats fair for us because you are fooling of us.

But giving the benefits of the doubt,Yeah altcoins are worth investing also if you will buy the safest alts in the
market like Ethereum,binance,Ripple,EOS and Cardano.

those currencies are for me worth investing for long term as what you did in bitcoin years back.

5399  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Best Crypto Idea to Explore. on: May 26, 2020, 06:55:16 AM
If anyone has a truly innovative or groundbreaking idea in this space, I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t be very wise of them to share it here on bitcointalk for everyone to see.

In a way?i think there is nothing to hide about the ideas on how they are getting good experience here in crypto not
unless they are planning to create own sites or project that not need
to be prevented or hindered by others.

But as long as this idea is helpful to others?i think this must be shared because we need this in our crypto living
 and for others as well.

Ideas that aren’t new that I’d love to see are those such as a truly decentralized exchange. We could also use easier ways to store bitcoin on your phone but are safe.

i also love such but of course those who has policy that "Not Your Key,Not your crypto" so as long as i have mu
private keys then i love to use those .
5400  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Creator Dead on Covid-19? on: May 26, 2020, 05:59:18 AM
I honestly don't really think about things like this and also, if Satoshi Nakamoto or the inventor of bitcoin died I don't think there will be any effect on the survival of the bitcoin market because even before Covid-19 we didn't know about him

Exactly because for all the viruses that Hits the world why all of a sudden this COVID 19 made connected to
 the name of Satoshi Nakamoto?

and also this issue has been here for so many years, that the creator/s of Bitcoin is already died and nothing
can prove the truth behind this.

or Satoshi Nakamoto and that means Whether Satoshi Nakamoto is there or not, I don't think it will have much influence on the growth of bitcoin and other crypto.

on this part i dis agree, because i can feel that Satoshi is just around here in forum and just making His own
way in helping the market that is why Bitcoin stays stronger and kicking for all these years
,because if there are no one maintaining this i am
 sure we already fall then.

But please stop bringing the name of our Founder in this same scenario and always give respect to the creator/s.
