If you mean time extensions then this would lead to thos winning that can stay up all night and bid. And it might move on for days this way. I prefer a fixed end until everybody has to bid. Similar to ebay. So there wont be time extensions.

I will be out of town when the auction ends, what will be the deadline for payment?

I would want the payment not later than 2.5 days after the end of auction. I would like to send the list of new owners to friedcat as soon as possible so that no one has to wait and friedcat doesnt have double the work.
Dividends that i get from friedcat after shares are sold and paid are sent to the new owner if friedcat not already changed the owner. If the new owner didnt already pay when the divs come then the div wont be sent to the new owner.

The priority is higher Sharepricebid wins over lower Sharepricebid and if there are no shares left then the lowest priced bids lose their place. The last bids for 0.29BTC will lose their position first since others bid earlier the same price.
