541  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN][TOKEN]CoinMetro-Innovation Powered by Crypto. Backed by FXPIG.Presale LIVE on: May 05, 2018, 04:15:36 AM
542  Local / Altcoins (Bahasa Indonesia) / Re: [ANN][BOUNTY][ICO] VOLT - A P2P Delivery Platform based on Blockchain on: May 04, 2018, 04:03:15 PM
543  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Legalization bitcoin on: April 27, 2018, 12:21:40 PM
I hope that the more countries that follow japanese who have legalized bitcoin and make good regulation, surely this will make the development of the world better.
It will be pretty hard to find countries that will embrace bitcoin like the Japanese, Korean, Belarus, Russian and Germany but it will be nice if there will be. Meanwhile, I'm hoping that the bitcoin payment feature planned by the Russian will also evangelize bitcoin to other countries.
I also have the same hopes but the reality is too complicated. However with the current situation, I don't think it's too bad. I live in a country that is neutral to bitcoin. I can still have bitcoin and I'm not considered a criminal for having it. Although bitcoin isn't a valid payment instrument in my country, but I can still trade with bitcoin when deals are overseas (exactly online). But of course, this would be better if bitcoin is legal.
544  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who is selling Bitcoin? on: April 26, 2018, 09:06:20 AM
The answer is simple. They are daily traders. They do the buying and selling activities with a relatively short time. They are not HODL types. They seek profit at every opportunity. If the answer is not, then they are people who are in need of money. They'll sell it no matter what the price. They're pressed and need money. You might do something like your parents get sick, and have to do surgery. You must know the cost of the surgery, doesn't it?
545  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Should I Be Scared Of Hackers If I Have Lot of BTC. on: April 26, 2018, 08:56:26 AM
Yes, you should be scared since the eye of hackers are in your account. I think you should be careful enough in all informations that you will provide in order to protect your wallet from any threats  hacking.
Aside the company itis your duty to be careful in all actions that you will made.
Being cautious and being alert is a good thing. We live in a world where almost everything is done online. If you're not careful about the information you provide on the internet, it might someday have a negative impact on you. If we have a lot of BTC, I guess we better keep quiet. Never tell anyone orally or online. Hackers won't be after you if he doesn't know you have lots of coins. Hackers don't work carelessly, they work systematically.
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: best sources of information on: April 25, 2018, 09:46:12 AM
I'm not fixated on one type of media only. One medium won't be effective because a news isn't always credible. I rely on some media because I can compare the news that appears, whether the news is valid or not. Looking at the speed of information, social media is the fastest, but the news isn't always true. So be careful in filtering out the existing information.
547  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin be used in space? on: April 25, 2018, 08:27:54 AM
It's an interesting question, but I don't think it's really necessary for cosmonauts. For what? This will be superfluous, besides bitcoin developers will need to bother much to do this.
We don't know what an astronaut is actually doing in space. And if in the space ship, they're not provided the internet. How boring their lives are. So maybe they can gamble with bitcoin as a bet, if the internet does exist. You know, astronauts will one day go back to earth. They won't stay forever in space.
548  Economy / Economics / Re: Why most bitcoin users from good economies countries? on: April 24, 2018, 04:35:03 PM
Good economy countries have easier access to internet and beside this they can afford to invest money in bitcoin. The poor countries can not do this.
That's also the case. In developing countries, the spread of the internet isn't quite fair. Internet only exists in big cities. It can be concluded that people from big cities, they're the ones that have access to the internet. Moreover, having access to the internet doesn't guarantee they will run into bitcoin. That's the reason why mostly bitcoin users come from the well-economic countries.
549  Economy / Speculation / Re: Does war affect the price of bitcoin? on: April 24, 2018, 03:50:52 PM
If it become a world war, the scale is huge and the impact of course involves the whole world. With such an impact, even if it's bitcoin, it can't guarantee that bitcoin will be a safe asset. It would be different if this is just a war on a small scale. For example, you can see the war between Israel and Palestine. It was a small-scale war. And that doesn't affect bitcoin at all.
550  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are you going to spend your bitcoin on? on: April 24, 2018, 03:03:50 PM
I bought bitcoins and cryptocurrencies for investment. From time to time I change a bit 'and spend it on holidays especially. I like the idea of spending it for something fun.
The same as me. Enjoy bitcoin as it should. We don't have to worry about spending a bit of bitcoin that we have, mostly we set bitcoin as saving, but there is no harm in enjoying the hard work of our investment profit.
551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin still exist in your country? on: April 23, 2018, 03:50:10 PM
I wonder, that the other country didnt accept bitcoin.
My country (Singapore) remains one of the few nations in the globe where the usage of the crypto-currency is fully legalized. But I can't say that no problems exist here. There are a lot of politicians who want to ban Bitcoins, even in my country.
Not everyone accepts new technology, so I guess that's a natural thing. Pros and cons will always exist. In my opinion, I think those politicians have a hidden interest. And it's possible that bitcoin will get in their way, or it may hinder them. Politicians always have hidden agendas and veiled intentions in each of their actions. If the reason is just to avoid money laundering, or the payment of illegal transactions, I don't think that's the point.
552  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Cryptocurrency kills people on: April 23, 2018, 02:25:47 PM
Another round of negative propaganda by Bill Gates. I would say that the number of people who have lost their lives as a result of Bitcoin is much lower than the number of those who lost their lives as a result of various actions by the Microsoft. Legal action by Microsoft against smaller competitors have ruined a lot of people and destroyed the career of lot many.
Although this is a kind of propaganda, if this is said by a person like Bill Gates, people will listen. The voice of the great figures like him, can be said to be able to influence the opinion of most people. They're recognized for having high credibility. I don't know, clearly Gates is smart people, all the actions he did must have a purpose, maybe there is something hidden from Gates.
553  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Anticipation from the future ? on: April 23, 2018, 10:53:31 AM
:)Countries are divided into 3 groups: those who ban bitcoin, those who will regulate it strongly and those who will give complete freedom to development. The second and the third groups us well be satisfied with. This majority. It's enough to survive. Therefore, it is not necessary to look for negative outside of us. ; Smiley Smiley
Yes it couls be a big achievement for bitcoin to have those second and third groups but then if we really wanted bitcoin to be the global currency, we should already try to at least lessen the percentage of countries who are belonged in banning bitcoin.
I think reducing the percentage of countries that prohibit bitcoin is a difficult job. We must change the state policy for it. On the other hand, we have no control over state policy. We're just ordinary citizens. But that's not a problem, only some countries are banned, the rest are still in neutral and strict status. Don't worry, cryptocurrency still has a long period.
554  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin as new hope for humanity on: April 22, 2018, 04:55:15 PM
Bitcoin can change your life to become better and more confortable as it can ruin it and completely destroy you.
It depends on how you use it and how much smart you are. It is like investing in any other field you have to be smart and study all your moves.
It sure can change us. Bitcoin will provide great benefits if in the right hands. But I'm actually a bit sad when reading this thread, it's talking about humanity. But we know that access to bitcoin is limited to people who have access to the internet only. I actually prefer a humanity context which is like a kind of charitable activity or other such things. I mean there is a two-way interaction, and moreover if it's in large quantities. If it's individually like a person's individual life change, the humanity context is blurred.
555  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons You Shouldn't Buy Bitcoins on: April 22, 2018, 03:37:19 PM
There's many reason why you should not buy bitcoins. First and valid reason are do not accept buy if you're newbie and just step in. Better to learn and increase your experience learn what is block chain & how it work. You can't risk your money in bitcoin if you have zero experience.
We'll lose our money if we don't know how bitcoin works. Therefore better don't rush to buy bitcoins or cryptocurrencies. Acting without knowing what to do next is a stupid act. We can fail, and we might be experiencing the trauma of bitcoin failure. Next we'll avoid bitcoin. That's very bad.
Quote
Bitcoin is the most risky business for investor and maybe in the top of the list. Always look the price and and use your mind while investing.
If a newbie sees the historical reality, he may be surprised. The change in price is very unreasonable. Of course, they will learn a lot.
556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BitCoin Is Too Complicated for Average People! on: April 22, 2018, 01:50:00 PM
Bitcoin is not complicated for average people; actually it is easy especially when you study or research a facts about it. Thus, if you will strive for success, you really need to work hard.
People who think bitcoin is too complicated, I think they are lazy people. Learning something takes process, in the middle of the process may have difficulty. But that's a natural thing. Nowadays all things to learn have been facilitated, you can find information almost everything by internet. So, we shouldn't be too indulgent.
557  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: selling bitcoin is a stupid decision ? on: April 21, 2018, 04:58:43 AM
No, Depend on a holder's strategy or Bitcoin uses how he can use Bitcoin. Bitcoin's sales is not a wrong decision, it's in his strategy of how he will move his Bitcoin.
That's correct. Having different strategies aren't the wrong thing. And if you sell it, it doesn't mean a stupid decision. As long as you can profit, that's the right decision I think.
558  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: While you are panicking.... on: April 20, 2018, 05:24:01 PM
AFAIK, you've aware the risk of bitcoin trading that this will happen more often than ordinary stock trading so you may experience high loss rather than winning.
Personally, I try to set my goal by keep hold my most bits until 2020 no matter what happen !
"No matter what happen". I can say you're a true HODLer. I might not be like you, I prefer to play safe. When the price was within my expectations, I immediately sold it. Then I spend the rest of the time waiting for the price to go down again, so I can buy it again. In contrast, you set your investment based from the time. Good luck, buddy.
559  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Passive income from Bitcoin? on: April 20, 2018, 04:17:53 PM
Passive income in bitcoin can just be done by mining.
If you do trading, there will be no passive income since the price is speculative.
Mostly everyone mentions mining here. That's true, with mining, we get passive income. But that's also the case with long-term bitcoin investments. Both are the same. We don't need to do anything, but these can generate income. However, the difference is the money from mining, you can pick it up in a fairly short period of time. While the investment, the distance of the time can be very long.
560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC experience for young people on: April 20, 2018, 03:27:55 PM
Young people more interested to technology than old people so young people can find bitcoin and this market easily and they can trade on market.
Young people are more open to change. They're more adaptive to any situation and condition. it's all because children today live in the Internet. They can get access easily to anything, and the information that comes is very diverse. So their ability to adapt is very good compared to the old people.
