I agree failing ICO's doesn't mean they are scams unless they don't give a refund to the investors. I still believe there are some ICO's out there that their project will be successful, so research the ICO first before you put the money on them.

Just want to correct what I have posted yesterday about GCASH withdrwawal fees. Nashare ko kasi sa GC namin today out of confusion.
May free charge pala talaga sa GCASH ATM withdrawal on few attempts lol. Nagtaka rin kasi ako di nababawasan balance ko. Di ko rin chinecheck lately lang. The usual fees is Php 20 and mababanggit naman iyong sa text message. Sa case ko, walang fees included sa text message. Di ko lang sure kung ilan withdrawal attempt bago magkaroon ng charge. Sa ngayon, I think, if Im not mistaken, nakaka-around 5 to 6 na yata ako, lahat yan sa RCBC ATM pero wala pa ring bawas.
Wala akong gcash pero okay din ba siya gamitin as an alternative kung minsan na gusto ko gumamit ng ibang cash out method? kasi parang nanghihinayang ako sa fee niya sa coins.ph kasi 2%. Kaya kung medyo malaki laki ang cash out parang manghihinayang ka sa fee niya. ganun talaga pag wala kanang ibang choice lalo na pag wala kang account sa banko tulad ko, LBC sana para makatipid pero konti lang dito sa aming lugar at malayo pa naman. |

yep many scam projects will be arise because of bitcoin pumping, the scammers will promise that you can make big profit if you invest to them, don't listen to the scammers, research first their ICO project before you to invest.
