I know many project managers that handles good projects such as Jamalezaz, bounty detective, and many others most of them are either hero members or legend, I believe they have enough experience to handle it mere considering their ranks, not to say the rank is the only criteria to be a good project manager.i always doubt those project starters with newbie ranks.is it that they decide to use a new forum page,or were the restarting after being hacked or disqualified or how come a new be is handling a project? This are few questions that comes to my mind about newbie managers.

One of the powerful trading tools is stop loss. A lot of trader don't use it or don't use it effectively. You do this by adjusting your stop as the trades moves in your predicted direction so that part of your profit will be what you will risk as your stop loss and not your capital. Many people do not understand this and lots of people make so many mistakes about the stop loss usage by either moving their stop loss too fast or keep it at the initial point.
This is a Trade management tips and it plays a huge role in your trading results.
yes, stop loss is important but in my opinion it is only for use when trading in new altcoin or altcoin that have a low trading volume, because if you buy altcoin that are already in the top 100 coinmarketcap (for example ETH, LINK, LTC, XRP or BNB), then in my opinion you don't need to use a stop loss, because when the price goes down, all you need to do is hold until the price increases again, although sometimes you may have to wait a long time. |

I agree with you, but what makes me wonder is why most new project will list their coin on the exchange (such as Latoken and P2PB2B) even though there have been many negative comments from people who have used the exchange or is it because of registration on the exchange cheap or even free? I personally think a good exchange for new coin is IDEX, because the volume on IDEX is very high and IDEX is also very easy to use for trading, besides that to register coin on IDEX is also not too difficult and expensive (if I'm not mistaken). |

I know this have been discussed several times on this forum but yet I will like to drop this again, I'm sure few new developers are among us here, so here we go
It will be a whole new story if new projects can start paying bounty hunters in USD or stablecoin, this have few advantages over paying with your own tokens, if new projects find it as a most for people to try out their new Blockchain they should use airdrops instead, airdrops has the lowest rewards, hardly to get 2$ in airdrops today
As for bounties please start paying in USDT, DAI or USDC, this will erase your sense of 'bounty hunters are killing new projects' idea
I agree with you, but it will be difficult to happen and developer definitely don't want to pay bounty hunters using stable coin, because if bounty hunter are paid using stable coin and not coin from the project, then of course the developer will need a lot of capital to pay bounty hunter and it will definitely make developer disagree with paying bounty hunter using USDT or other stable coin, then besides that the aim of the developer to pay bounty hunter using coin from the project is to make the coin have a trading volume when the coin is listed on exchange and it will attract investors to invest in the project. |

Binance give you so many options for your BNB and I really don't know which is the best one to use right now so thought it would be best to ask you all.
I currently have mine in a savings account and it was nice to earn some passive income through WING, BEL and SXP but is there a better option out there?

Currently, USDT daily trading volume is over the Bitcoin trading volume and fourth highest market cap according to Coinmarketcap. My opinion is We can't trust the centralized stable coin to keep the money. Also, news around the USDT is not good, and it may be shut down by the authorities.
What is your opinion about the USDT coin?
I use the DAI to keep the stable value & will shift to the SAI in the near future where the money I'm not investing.
in my opinion all cryptocurrency are not safe including USDT, because for now cryptocurrency is still not legal, so no one can guarantee the security of cryptocurrency, but as long as there are still many people who believe to investing in cryptocurrency then in my opinion you don't need to worry and in my opinion the volume of USDT is still very high, so I think USDT is still safe for now. |
