First of all I don't think there is difference in the risk between Pre-ICO and ICO. The pre-ICO is the most risky one. My advice is that do your research on your own before you invest in any ICO. Its good to do your research don't rely on other peoples advice here on bitcointalk.

Its true that there are some altcoins worth investing but I advise you to do your own research before you invest in any altcoins. I believe there is no crypto lord because I may recommend an altcoin now and it may go down in price badly.

Well, I lose considerable amount when I started trading. I started trading with $100 and lose $73. I regain everything with my investment in OMG.

Going by some of my previous comments on this Forum, its still safe to participate in an ICO but make your findings before investing in any ICO because there are lot of scam ICOs out there. In the mean time you can check out micromoney ICO they have good dev behind the project.

Study and study crypto very hard because its a contemporary discipline, invest in altcoins and don't sell them when price go down because you may end up loosing money.

Airdrop is a free token while bounty is a token reward given to participants that promote an ICO. Those are two terms to get free coin. |

I have not heard about any signature campaign paying in ether, but if you have the time there are lot of faucet out there to earn Ether. |
