Yeah, it's really a mind game where FOMO tends to be the order of the day, and it's not as though those quick buys are always bad moves, it just often ends up badly just the like WC is for most people, their team then became shitty after around 2 games of using the wild card whereby they'd need to take several points hit in order to field a 11 squad.
I've solved this problem by filling up my whole squad with "essential" players, so now I've got all of them in my squad bar Haaland. Saka, Son, Bowen, Foden, TAA, Gabriel, Solanke, Virgil, etc (would be Saliba but I already have Raya). Only other person missing is Watkins and I just got him back in. It might have been because my squad value is 102.6m excluding funds ITB, but even from next season, when we start with 100m, it seems to be affordable if you switch Salah with some 8.0 mid (assuming he goes to Saudi), and use whatever is remaining to get a back four of TAA - VVD - Gabirel - Saliba - some 4.0 DEF and then cheap out at GK. Haaland is not really essential nowadays, his FPL points can be covered by Alvarez and 1-2 premium DEFs. That is all very nice but Salah & Haaland have the price which they have for a reason. And trust me you are gonna see why sooner or later. What would you say if that cup game where Haaland scored 5 and De Bruyne assisted 4 were a league game instead? I am also gonna argue that you did not mention Palmer and he is in my book the most essential player this season. |

Captaining Watkins in recent few games is what's still keeping me alive. It remains to be seen what Haaland will do tomorrow though, I do expect a good game from him.
Team full of injuries again, the main question for the next GW will be Solanke's fitness. Salah should be at least on the bench.
According to the latest I read, Solanke is already in training and he has traveled with the team. Considering how important he is for the team I sort of expect him to pay this GW as well. So far so good, all my players with the returns. Probably gonna be a some disappointments tomorrow. Like united beating City 1:0 and Arsenal conceding a goal to rub in points Areola got on my bench. |

I ono što je po meni njabolji indikator, tradicionalni mediji još uvijek uopće ne pričaju o BTC, pravo ludilo tek slijedi. Još me nitko "novi" nije pitao ni za kupovinu. Sve to mora proći prije nego dođemo do one mass FOMO faze kada ti i frizerka počne pričati o BTCu. Tad je vrijeme za prodaju svega osim moon bagova, i stvari koje mislimo držati bar 5 godina.
Kako ne pričaju? Očito ne pratiš dovoljno mainstream medije la nisi primijetio članak na Indeksu. Bio je naslov nešto tipa "Ide li Bitcoin na mjesec?". Na mobitelu sam sad pa ga ne mogu pronaći, a nisam ga ni pročitao nego mi je netko rekao za njega. Ali bilo je i za očekivati da će nakon rasta cijene od 50% u mjesec dana krenuti takvi članci. Ma da jedan. Ne pričam o tome, mislim na ono kada počnu iskakati puno češće, kada krene FOMO među onima koji nisu "unutra". Baš sam jučer sreo frenda, kaže on dobro ti ide onaj btc, srećkoviću jedan... Uglavnom pričali smo prošle godine pred ljeto puno o tome i htio je kupiti. I dok sam mu sve objasnio, dok je proučio HW i te stvari otišao je BTC sa 25k na nekih 27k. Kaže on, neće sad nije lud kad je tako skočio i stvavio lovu u neki bankvni fond s prinosom od valja 0.5% godišnje  Kladim se da kad prođemo 100k ide u kupovinu. |

I read some news like Solanke got injured. This is quite bad news for me. He couldn't play in the FA Cup match last night as well. When it comes to the FA Cup KDB played for 90 minutes last night. And yet if you keep injured people like Solanke, Estu, TAA, Salah in your squad all season along with people like Alvarez, Watkins, Salah, Son, Foden, Gabriel, Saliba, and Pickford, you can actually have a pretty sick rank in the top 10K and floor this ML. (note: No Haaland) It is so very team and manager dependent. Problem is you don't often have the right info. Rule of thumb for me is player price. If somebody as expensive as Salah is out for long time I will sell him and redistribute the funds throughout the team. If it is someone like Hee Chan this week with price of 5.5 I am happy to let him sit on bench until wildcard. By the way guys this is the week when rankings will be made or lost. I don't mean just this week but the plan for whole season. This is the one when you should plot out your plan for the rest of the season. We now know who blanks in gw29 and your plan when to free hit/wildcard will should be the driving force behind all transfers. Unfortunately I don't have as much time as I would like to plan that so probably just a rough plan and some sure thing transfer like Son in. |

As I said, count me in. Just let me know where to send the evil fee.  Main escrow address, preferably immediately after we send out rewards and empty it form Season 3 funds so that they are paid before first deadline. That way we keep it as simple as possible. What was Newcastle's reasons for selling St Maximin in the first place? Easy answer Sheriff, it was money and Al Ahli is known to pay a lot I think his contract expired and he spent four seasons in Newcastle before moving to Saudi Arabia. I don't mind them selling St. Maximin, he is very injury prone player and spent more time in hospital than on the pitch. It is also better for him to play in league where you have one game per week instead of 2. Is it big money? Don't remember reading about it and if it was I sort of think it would be all over the news. |

You are forgetting their opponents have to be out of the FA cup as well Spurs play Fulham so you are ok there, but Arsenal plays Chelsea meaning you are hoping Chelsea looses to Leeds tonight. I have 3 Arsenal so that game is actually the decider if I am free hitting GW29 or not. |

So I started this week with a point against Harkorede. I was really lucky that Blackburn managed to score 10 minutes from the end of the game. Newcastle went trough after the penalties but that doesn't matter for our question.
By the way, Harkorede, why didn't you answer the penalties question? In the last round I had a friendly with LTU_btc and it went into the penalties. I'm sure I'll win the game before the penalties, but still...

Did any of you that couldn't find markets actually went and clicked on the link I posted? They were under sports specials not specials. Those are two different categories on SB. Also it happened before that you can't access them through site just through the link after some time has passed. Team in complete disarray? Yes that's true, but I was in the same state when I humiliated Trofo's unbeaten team the last and only time we met.
Why mentioning team Trofo again? Something's bothering you for sure. And with false facts? I don't think I have ever been unbeaten when me met. Furthermore, I can loose unimportant friendly game against you every season if that means top 2 finish. Also it was earlier while you were still a star team in div 1 or fresh from div 1 and I was building my squad in lower divisions. Something that you will have to do now.
