541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Lightning Network Growth 1212% in the last 2 years on: October 15, 2023, 06:23:23 AM
Expected a lot from LN, but it didn't really impress me and many others so far though that could change in the future as it keeps getting updated regularly. It could prove to be a useful alternative when the BTC network gets clogged like crazy.

SegWit is more than enough for almost everyone these days thanks to the quick TX times and extremely low fees.

There is a severe shortage of good fast bowlers and spinners in Pakistan's bowling.
They have plenty of great fast bowlers like Afridi, Rauf though they sorely missed Naseem who would have been really helpful. However, they have been lacking quality spinners from a long time now.

I have noticed one thing, for every Team in this World Cup if they are playing against India, they play the worst cricket ever, I don't know if Team India is too strong that the opponent fell in front of it or if they are doing something else. So, I didn't even like the matches of the Team which was playing against India.
You are acting like India already won the World Cup. Everyone expected them to be the favorites to win the cup, but there are other favorites too like New Zealand, England and South Africa.

Winning critical matches like the semi-finals and finals are far more important than these matches in comparison.

wondering what would be the effect of this to their business .
I don't think this would affect their business in a big manner frankly speaking because they probably have lots of corrupt executives to help stabilise their financial situation. Their strong connections will help them too.

i want to even believe that by now, everything should be back to normal on the casino.
Agreed. One co-founder's death isn't enough to bring down such a big site which has been operating for years now.
544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 14, 2023, 12:30:03 PM
Pakistan underperforming against India as usual. Only hardcore fans of their team expected them to lift the cup. They probably created a new record by losing 8 wickets for just 36 runs. Horrendous batting by most of their side.

Clearly, it seems that it is India who seems the favorite but do not forget these odds can change quickly if we see good performances by the Pakistan team. Since you said that the Pakistan team is unpredictable. hence anything can be expected in this match.
Lol. You couldn't be more wrong here. 1.4 for India was actually a value bet since they are decimating Pakistan currently.

The sports section is already advertised in their signature so I guess they are at the final stage of implementing the sportsbook but they want to make sure everything works fine before allowing users to bet on it that is why still not available but their representative mentioned they are working on it so chances of seeing sport betting feature is not too far.
It's good to see more and more crypto gambling sites adding sportsbook sections through similar providers these days though they should focus on optimising it thoroughly in order to minimise complaints.

If you want to be more safe, a use of a VPN may further prevent your ISP to know if you access the gambling sites but then keep in mind the terms and conditions of the gambler's site for vpn usage.
Also, it's better to always contact and confirm with the customer support before using VPNs at any gambling site.

India vs Pakistan time! Both teams won their first two matches though India seems to be better when compared to Pakistan, but no one can say for sure who will win in such high stakes encounters.

I am expecting this one to be another one-sided affair though in India's favor primarily due to their superior bowling attack. Excited!

you can see that 1xbet is the sponsor of the game, this was a game that was held in Brazil, as you can see in this photo, 1xbet is very visible for thousands of people who went to this stadium to watch this game, without a doubt it is a lot of exposure they are getting, they don't even seem like they are the most scam casino in the world, but this is on the internet, because there they are seen as a reliable and of good reputation. so this is a lost war, as long as governments close their eyes and do not punish this scam casino, then they will continue to create scam casinos on the internet constantly and people will use them and lose money. unfortunately
Yeah. 1xbet is on another level when compared to 1xbit which is why they are the parent company and I see their advertisements everywhere. What's ironic is that Trustpilot gave 1xbit a higher rating when compared to 1xbet.

1xbet is one of the most popular gambling sites in the world which is why fighting them is a tough battle as you mentioned.

Bangladesh could have easily reached 300 today if Shakib didn't keep going for big shots and played more smartly alongside Rahim. Mahmudullah helped his team reach a respectable total though I don't think it will be enough.

New Zealand should win this match quite comfortably since they have plenty of great batsmen left.
550  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Parlay Bets for this upcoming weekend in all sports areas on: October 13, 2023, 06:09:09 AM
I thought Parlay betting was easy, but it's not, Parlay is really difficult, no one can guess the overall winning team, for example we bet on three teams at once and all three guesses must be correct, This is difficult to do, although it is very rare for 2 teams to win and the third will definitely lose, Parlay betting really annoys me.
I guess you have no idea how rewarding parlay bets can be. There are people out there who won millions thanks to these bets by betting small amounts which is why they are considered mini-lotteries by many.

Personally, I won parlay bets(15+ bets) with odds totalling 180 though I bet small amounts everytime thanks to the high risk factor.

All hail South Africa! Wow! I expected them to win, but I never in my wildest dreams expected them to launch a team like Australia into the stratosphere. They made a mockery out of the men in yellow.

It was hilarious watching Smith's expression when he was given out fair and square. Australia are in deep trouble currently.

I want to extend my condolences to the family yet this will never take the issue of their effect to the gambling online business.
Exactly. Their sins destroyed the lives of many gamblers from around the world and they don't deserve forgiveness.

Most of the connection is the similarity of the layout, sharing of wallet address and the parent company. They are both dodgy and behave the same way on dealing scams especially their throw away casino brand like Kawbet.
They are connected to other scam sites like Melbet etc too. There is a ton of proof indicating that they are all connected and 1xbet is the parent company which is why I find it odd seeing so many people asking proof of the same.
553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 12, 2023, 12:27:16 PM
De Kock is one fire with back to back centuries. Poor guy got himself out unluckily due to which their team runrate dropped drastically. Maxwell was epic grabbing crucial wickets while giving away just a couple of runs.

This match will probably go down to the wire since the South African bowling lineup is okayish.
554  Economy / Gambling / Re: Best Parlay Bets for this upcoming weekend in all sports areas on: October 12, 2023, 05:44:35 AM
Yeah. I made plenty of great parlay bets over the years op though I never won crazy huge amounts because of them since I didn't risk big money on them which is the smart thing to do considering how risky they are.

I advise sticking to 2-4 parlay bets with odds of around 1.5 or higher which is optimal considering the risk to reward ratio.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 11, 2023, 04:38:38 PM
India is always a hero in the game of cricket. India plays very well against all teams and never cares how strong the team is against them.  India always have a lot of confidence in themselves and playing with confidence gives them more motivation in the game. And this is why they win most of the matches
Calm down! It's pretty clear that you are a hardcore India fan, but you are exaggerating way too much. If India was really crazy strong, their last big tournament win wouldn't have happened way back in 2011.

They are always strong, but they keep choking at crucial points in international tournaments which is their biggest weakness and they need to fix that.
556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Winning Wisely: Strategies to Protect Your Bankroll on: October 11, 2023, 01:16:53 PM
It's good if you can stop after getting your first win. That can remind us to realize that we won't be able to win too often. We must be able to stop after winning whatever the amount.
This is a lot easier said than done to be honest with you. Winning leads to a spike in adrenaline which leads us to keep wanting more and more which is why it's extremely difficult to stop no matter what the amount is.

The easiest way to counter this is to gamble with a bankroll that you are willing to lose in one session.
557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 11, 2023, 04:28:54 AM
Had Bangladesh bowled in a controlled manner early on and if they had not lost four early wickets in the second innings, this match could have been much closer. Best wishes for Bangladesh's next match.
Lol. These are all silly excuses frankly speaking. They lost by 137 runs which implies that they were decimated by England in more ways than one. Excluding Shakib and Mustafizur, all of their bowlers keep bowling like crap.

None of their batsmen are consistent either. These two reasons are primarily why they keep losing again and again against big teams.
558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Winning Wisely: Strategies to Protect Your Bankroll on: October 10, 2023, 03:46:25 PM
What is required for this strategy to succeed in the first place is utmost and unwavering discipline. That is something that most gamblers do not have, and do not really want. At least in my experience.
Logically, Martingale never works in the long-term just like any other gambling strategy out there thanks to the house edge. It does work only in the short-term though it's still not recommended since it's a negative progression strategy.

It's a classic strategy to help the house win again and again(Not the gamblers) frankly speaking.
559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: October 10, 2023, 12:35:15 PM
Looks like England is all set to thrash the Bongs while Sri Lanka surprised most people thanks to the amazing partnership between Mendis and Samarawickrama. Mendis is in heavenly form these days.

Pakistan will most probably lose this one pretty comfortably since Theekshana is back in the lineup.
560  Economy / Economics / Re: Binance Launches UK Domain in Compliance with New Financial Promotions Rules on: October 10, 2023, 04:46:56 AM
I don't really think this is great news considering the fact that Binance.us was nowhere as popular as the main site based on user feedback. These local variants are basically stripped down variants of the main site itself.

Blame falls on the pathetic governments who clearly forced them to create separate variants of their site for various reasons.
