541  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [CBT] CommerceBlock Decentralised Financial Infrastructure on: December 22, 2017, 06:51:15 PM

Is there any reason given as to why the admin deleted the original ANN thread?
I have some post in the thread for which I wanna be updated with the project and wit h that post means I have subscribed that this thread will be up for me to see what is going on every time there is a reply to that thread. I'm glad I have found this new one again.

Sure.  The reason we were given was the bounty program was incentivising people to post on the  ANN thread.  Our goal was to have ambassadors.

Hmmm. Just found the new thread; mprep is really over extending the interpretation of "No Give Aways" in this situation. Did he charge a fine to reopen the thread? The bounty program ended days ago so there really was no reason to flag the old thread and there wasn't the level of "shilling" that we normally see in other threads. I only recognized genuine project supporters. Anyway, moving forward, I guess the rules are meant to clean the forum of the chaos so we should appreciate the overwhelming diligence of our moderators, as long as they're not using the rules to extort "payments."

Well I am not one to judge.  The sad thing is I think the thread had lots of useful content on architecture and design of blockchain solutions which is now lost due something that really wasn't within our control.

Going forward we will focus more on content our our blog and twitter feed.

Honestly, many insghtful comment and techinical explanation of commerceblock project were discussed! Not to talk of different questions and answer couple with opinions that shed light on some area you may not have thought of! Deleting thread without warning is not the best!

Somebody was asking if they could join the campaign and another is asking if he could remove the signature. You have not answer these questions! I want to join other campaign apart from signature, should I go ahead?
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Etherdelta my favourite on: December 21, 2017, 04:51:40 AM
Honestly, etherdelta is my favourite too not until this recent attempt at phishing. I will still trade in etherdelta in future but for now , I am stay ing clear of etherdelta until all the issues are resolved!
544  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in cryptocurrency and ICOs? on: December 21, 2017, 04:47:21 AM
If you can catch on to quality ICO, I think ICO gives better profit in the short term comparing to existing altcoin. But there is a caveat. Finding good ICO is not as easy as it sound. You have to do your research in order for you to pick a winner!
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What altcoin will make us rich? on: December 21, 2017, 04:43:44 AM
Ether is your best bet! Concentrate on acquiring more of this coin. Ethereum platform has been off the chart this year. And there are news of upcoming update that will even make the platform more secure and successful!
546  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ether-delta was hacked? on: December 21, 2017, 04:36:32 AM
This is not the best time to carry out any activity on etherdelta. Let the team at ed resolve this problem and issue official statement about the going concern. You will be safe if you take this suggestion!
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Cash beat BTC? on: December 21, 2017, 04:31:29 AM
The fight between Bitcoin cash and Bitcoin is not stopping anytime soon, I think the rivalry will continue and definitely will impact on both coin in terms of development. Who knows both coin may seize to exist all together and another will replace them!
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HODL or REGRET!!! on: December 21, 2017, 04:26:42 AM
Well, I need to put it straight to all those regretting their sale or lack of it. Nobody can time the market! If you are not in the pump or price rise as the case may be, you have not done badly. Regret is sheer waste of energy. You shoukd stop it!
549  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much do you typically earn for doing bounties? on: December 21, 2017, 04:21:34 AM
Hello, on average, what would you say you earn for doing a bounty? Is it worthwhile to do them? Thanks.

It all depends on the type of bounty project. If you measure the reward in terms of ETH you can on the average earn 0.1ETH This also depends on the number of bounty campaign you were involved with; blog/article,signature, social media etc.

My question if some bounty project do not pay us? Then what should we do?

Well you can start complaint thread in sub-section of Trading Discussion specifically Scam Accusation! And if there are thread addressing your issue , then contribute to it by putting forward evidence that will nail the manager or anyone that presented such project!
550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How much do you typically earn for doing bounties? on: December 21, 2017, 04:16:05 AM
Joining bounty campaign is a high risk and high payback investment, just like buying ICO tokens with your money, so the payback is very unsure.
You only risk your time with bounty campaigns (as long as you're careful with phishing attempts).

You said and I quote  'you only lose your time' end of quote. For me, time is more important than money. And when you start promoting 'X' project, you are doing more for the project comparing to somebody who just put money down expecting profit. Bounty hunter are involve thoroughly. They ask question, they query and drill dev for authenticiity. Not only do they interact with the people about the potential of the project, they also share the burden of development for the entire project.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethedelta Hacked on: December 21, 2017, 03:59:10 AM
Etherdelta actually log out all the account when the DNS hack started. If you do not reload your private key to the phishing site you are definitely safe. Avoid anything etherelta for know and keep abreast of happenngs on this section!
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Etherdelta has bn hacked on: December 21, 2017, 03:39:52 AM
Firefox specifically warned that I should not go ahead with etherdelta link  I usually type and I was worried, So I decided not to log in. I think if people are observant they may actually be safe from this kind of attack!  Let spread the word about this hack please!

557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [CBT] CommerceBlock Decentralised Financial Infrastructure - Token Sale Now On on: December 19, 2017, 12:51:28 PM
It's 3hours 12 minute now before the CommerceBlock ICO come to an end! It ia amazing how people are rushing to buy now. Somebody bought 19 ether some hour ago. I saw another guy bought 5 ether. So, 3 hour is good enough to buy as much as CBT you want!

559  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will Ether price hit 700$ by the end of 2017. on: December 14, 2017, 06:08:09 AM
$700 has been achieved easily! We are now watching to see how far ethereum will climb! Is it going to reach mount kilimanjaro and shoot for the moon or will it plateau at a point or will it dump!
560  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is King and Ethereum is Queen , Do you agree ? on: December 14, 2017, 06:05:46 AM
In terms of price yes this statement may be true, but in terms of services both coin offers, ethereum seem to be be better than bitcoin! Bitcoin is more secure than ethereum but etheteum has smart contract, has better uses of crypto community etc.
