On the Confideal site it says 'CDL token holders are able to buy ERC-20 tokens collected by Confideal from 1% fees with a 33,3% discount'

Does this mean you cant swap other tokens for CDL, but once you have bought CDL - via BTC, ETH, LTC or whatever future methods they allow to recieve, you can than swap the CDL for other ERC-20 tokens?

Am i way off the mark here?

^I agree, this ICO will raise enough needed for the project - I invested at the beginning of the ICO, yes the investment is lower than expected but with the impending BTC fork, investment will return to the ICO's such as Genesis Vision after the fork.

Then after exchange listing we can see our GVT improve in value
