No doubt, ETCV and NOVA are scam projects. They take advantage of some ignorance of ETH hardfork, to steal their private key ò their ETH wallet

Always be cautious, learn carefully every project you plan to join. Join a community and ask them to advise you on the project you want to invest.

In my opinion, there are two main reasons why bounty hunters do not want to do KYC. First, KYC should only be for investors, Bounty hunters are not customers of the project, they do not want to disclose their information to others. Secondly, bounty hunters that use multiple accounts (cheat) of course don't want KYC.

A bad news, but anyway security issues have been discovered and will be fixed. It will be a big problem if Eth continues to be upgraded with a security issue.

Current market situation, I think most Bounty hunters want to be paid in USDT, but there are very few projects that do that. Not all projects are willing to spend their money to pay for BH
