Definitely yes. There are quite lots of projects with great potentials to showcase in the near future just like how bitcoin is booming. Tho they're also some that hasn't performed well but I believe cryptocurrencies are here to stay but not all.

Presently it more safer to keep money in bank than in crypto. One of the disadvantage of crypto is hackers hacking users wallet which can be caused by carelessness and after been hacked there's no rescue but in bank even though the bank is being robbed the bank has to be the one to provide you back every penny. So for now bank is preferable to Crypto.

Regular job is more encouraging, than putting more time to crypto over your job.. A person cannot paddle two boats at a time, you have to leave one for the other. So now it depends on your choice on which should be your priority also crypto can be engaged in during free time or weekends when you're clear with your work schedule.

Possibility rate is low. Hackers only get access to users wallets when users are not careful with their pkey or involve in browsing on some phishing site by clicking phishing link. So with user not been careful hackers can operate on such person account but if user is careful then they can't be any way for hacker to work.

In this current era it doesn't have the potential to out-shine bitcoin. But in the near future we all don't know how it potentials will grow to. So I will say its under maybe.
