i'm confused what happens after sept 30th? no more transfers?
Trading on BTCt stops. No, BTCT clearly states Oct 30th, however Ken has decided to make his own deadline a month early for some strange reason. This means if you still hold ActM shares on BTCT after Sept 30th they are completely worthless. Amazing company. BTC-TC stops trading on Oct 7th, not on Oct 30th and that strange reason is that we have a lot better things to do running the company than transferring shares. Also, it give us a week to clean up any errors or anything else that might have happen during the transfer of the shares.

Today's Dividends Today's Dividend will be delayed until next Wednesday This is due to the ongoing transfer of shares from BTC-TC to Bitfunder. So, before dividends are paid out on Wednesday of next week all transfers of shares to bitfunder will have to be completed. The dividend on Wednesday will be larger than normal and also we will start paying the dividend on Wednesday of each week. Also, note that trading in ActiveMining on BTC-TC will be frozen after September 30th on BTC-TC. Thank you Ken. Any ETA for some update on hardware / sales, hashrate increase? We will be updating our Sales figures after the end of the month.

This is just due to the transfer issue, with the way dividends work on the exchange. Since the shares are in limbo, being moved from one exchange to the other it would be hard to pay the dividends. So we are waiting until after everything is settled.

Been waiting for my BitFunder transfer since Monday morning...still nothing Most likely your transfer has been put into the error bin, or the unknown user bin. These will get processed after all the transfers that do not have any problems.

How long does the transfer usually take these days?
Everyone is confirming their shares but none of mine have been transferred, getting really worried... (I was one of the first to do the transfer) I just checked your transfer and it has been verified, so don't worry. We will be transferring most of the shares tomorrow as we did most of the verification today.

Hi Ken,
Just to throw my 2 cents in... very happy with the way you've handled this little debacle. Great foresight in setting up a third plan in case BF goes down too, and I hope we get to see some of your other ideas in the near future as I'm sure this means there are quite a lot of (good!) things we are yet to learn of.
Tom
Thanks.

I attempted to transfer my shares. We'll see how this goes.
Thanks for being on top of the exchange issue Ken, it makes me feel more confident!
How's the PR situation going? Are you going to be attending BTC conferences like I had suggested? I know our competitors will be there. Please respond to this.
Yes, I would like to. Don't know if I will have time. He asked how the PR situation is going too.. (ahh the irony) I think you have got more PR this last week, than when we had a PR guy.

Only one transfer per email please. Do not send multiple emails for the same transfer. Date: Timestamp Of Transfer on BTC-TC: BTC-TC Exchange User Name: Number Of Shares: Bitfunder User Name: Move BTCT.Co To Bitfunder shares: BTC-TC INSTRUCTIONS START 1). Transfer your ActiveMining shares by transferring the shares on BTC-TC to AMCTENDER1. 2). Then email the above information to transfer@activeminingcorp.com right after you make the transfer above. Your ActiveMining shares will then verified in the AMCTENDER1 account, after being verified the same number of shares will be transferred to your Bitfunder account. BTC-TC INSTRUCTIONS END The cutoff time for dividends to be paid to shares transfers is 18:00 UTC on Wednesday of each week If you expect dividends to be paid do not transfer your shares after this time until the dividends are paid for that week. After the dividends are paid for the week you can then transfer your shares again. Transfered shares will be processed FIFO as fast as possible. Transfers will only be accepted for 1 week through September 30, 2013. Warning: Anyone, trying to commit fraud will have their transfer denied and shares confiscated. Thanks for doing this Ken, no doubt it's a bunch of extra work you wish you weren't doing. Godspeed to my shares! You got that right! I was hoping that the Tender offer was the last time I was going to do this. At least it is half as many shares only 3M.

@Ken, but you are US citizen no? Will that be an issue?
No, it is owned by the AMC (Belize) right now; however, it will have to be spun off to a different corporation before it can start operations, as AMC does not have the proper license to hold 3rd party funds. Just a thought. Btct was registered in belize, also. Why your exchanger should not suffer from the same burnside's end? If a solution would be avoid the use to US citizens, don't you think burnisde would have done it, as well? edit: don't get me wrong, I'm a shareholder and I want ActM to succeed, but this thing about open a new exchanger scares me, I don't want it makes things go worse The new exchange with AMC as the owner of the corporation that runs the Stock Exchange will only happen if there are not any other options for shares to be traded on an exchange. Should the new exchange not be needed in the long term, it may be sold with the provision that ActiveMining could be listed there in the future at no listing charge.

I'm not a big fan of Bitfunder either, but let's not complicate this at the moment. The important thing is to maintain liquidity, so immediately moving to Bitfunder makes the most sense as no setup is required.
Let's merge everything into BitFunder for liquidity purposes. No, setup is required, as we already have planned for this. All I have to do is take the shares off of BTC-TC and issue the shares on Bitfunder. I'm assuming you are going to be doing this on or shortly after October 7th? October 7, 2013, all forms of secondary market trading will be halted on both sites. Thank you for the clarification Seems like that would be what we would do.

Ken, would our ActM shares also grant us a stake in the AMC Exchange, in the event that it goes live? according to Ken, yes AMC already has a Stock Exchange built and is in the testing phase.
If BF failed and we used that exchange, would it be owned by the shareholder and would we receive the trade fee as a dividend? Yes, at this time AMC owns the exchange. " He also stated that he would have to move the exchange under a different corporation due to licensing issues... So, if it isn't owned by AMC do we get a stake in the transfer fees? Yes, the profit would go to AMC as that corporation would be owned by AMC.
