541  Local / Buyer/ Seller Reputations (India) / Re: Got Scammed worth 7318.50 INR By user Nag1977 On Binance P2P on: November 29, 2023, 10:28:40 AM
Well firstly, I would suggest removing the personal data of the scammer from the OP, this is not an "Investigations" section/ Doxing is not allowed here.

Thanks for this suggestion but how do you think other people will stay away from these kind of scammers if personal data is not posted??
Yes legal action taken but it will not help and there will be a hold in money forever I guess. Also, UPI is normal banking payment system not linked with Binance.
Today, 70 Lakh Mobile Numbers have got blocked due to these scams.

70 Lkah mobile numbers was blocked due to they were issued for same Aadhaar number and the cap limit for one aadhaar is to buy 10 mobile numbers.

Now, let's talk about how can you avoid these kind of scams.

1. First you need to choose the right trading partner, someone with highest ratings, trading volume, positive feedback not based on the price offered.

2. I don't think accepting payments via UPI is not a problem when the trading partner is trusted.

3. Now you lost 7K which may not be possible to recover but you can stop the user from doing such practices in future ith anyone by reporting it to the customer support and I dealt similar kind of scammers on Paxful and LBC and managed to lock their accounts with all their balance forever and they will run back to you and pay and beg to revoke the support ticket.

India was trying to collect more wickets especially they wanted to collect Glenn Maxwell wicket but unfortunately they didn't get.
Both teams played well the match was really Interesting. By winning this match by Australia now the series is now at 2-1. India needs one match win to win the series and Australia needs two matches win. So the next match will be played in Raipur on 1 December 2023.

Maxi is a batsmen who will become unstoppable once started to get going so the oppotition has to take his wickets as soon as possible even yesterday he went so hard so if someone there with expereince then they could have got his wickets but it turned into other way. I enjoyed the Ruturaj's batting more than Maxwell because he is a class batsmen and once again he proved that he is going to be the future of Indian cricket in the upcoming years.

Indian pace attack was not upto the mark I felt. It is possible due to the dew factor that they struggled. The last over by Krishna could have been bowled far better if it was Arshdeep. SKY missed that calculation and we lost the match.

Prasidh Krishna has been a total failure in all the three games and I don't know how he has been elected for the WC squad. Smiley

The match has been total thriller due to the batting paradise condition but Indian pacers could have done a little better cause failing to defend 220+ os really a bad thing at any ground. As you said its Maxi show again and he has to be departed early or else the game is going to be snatched just like yesterday that is where SKY missed the trick as captain in my opinion.

Only one week time is allotted for the Indian team to travel to South Africa and get acclimatized. After the three match T20I series, they will be playing a 3-match ODI series against South Africa. It will be interesting to see who will be included in the squad. There are rumors that KL Rahul will be named as the captain and senior players such as Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli will be rested for this series. I find it regressive. Why stick with KL Rahul again and again? I would have rather preferred someone like Shreyas Iyer as the captain this time.

Why KL because he is supposed to be the vice capatain for T20 world cup so possibly he could have the leading ability and I am not sure whether Iyer will get a spot for T20 XI which is supposed to happen in June next year.

By the way Hardik was supposed to lead these matches because of his injusry SKY and KL is getting their chances.

Anyway, Travis Head again used that bat also I today’s match so you can what is my meaning, if you can’t I can explain to you, I am saying that the bat was made for India and Travis Head played with that bat and today’s match again so let’s see will Travis Head hit century against India or not.
You have got to be kidding with me. Hilarious nonsense! You are speaking just like those people who blabber about fate etc. This is the 21st freaking century. I advise you to update your mindset.

This story reminds me of Ricky ponting using a bat which has inbuilt spring. Cheesy

If Babar bat itself enough to beat the best team then where is the main man this year? He failed utterly just like what he is trying with this bullshit logic.

India won by 44 runs against Austria in 2nd T20 and lead the series by 2-0. Australia all out in jsut 191 runs in 20 overs. From Australia Marcus Stoinis played a well inning of 45 runs in 25 balls just missed his fifty by 5 runs short and Matthew Wade scored unbeaten 42 runs in 23 balls but failed to chase down the target. India bowlers performance is amazing especially Ravi Bishnoi picked 3 wickets by giving 32 runs and Prasidh Krishna alo picked 3 important wicktes by giving 41 runs in 4 overs. The player of the match is Yashasvi Jaiswal for his outstanding batting performance 53 runs in just 25 balls ans scored big target 234 runs for Australia.

Basically what you said is the summary of both the scorecards but Australia were never in the chase because they lost 4 wickets just for 58 runs where they lost their confidence and give up chasing the target but later they tried everything and posted decent total cause at somepoint they were looking to go for a big loss.

Once again the Young Indian team is trashing the Australians and especially Jaiswal at top and Rinku as finisher looks like a deadly combo assets of Indian cricket for future.

According to the performances of Australia in today's match, I can't believe that this team is the winner of the ODI World Cup 2023, but the Australian team is trying to come back and I think they can do it.

I think if the Australian team loses this match so the biggest blame goes to Wade because he is the captain of the team and he didn't select Travis Head for this match. Just another wicket fall and the Australian team isn't able to play Indian bowlers. I think this match winner is India because now Australia's batters have lost their wickets so bowlers are coming to play and bowlers aren't able to do 84 runs in 26 balls.

These matches are just trial and error matches for the upcoming T20 world cup and this T20 Australian squad have only few of the players from ODI WC and I really don't want to stress the players too much for nothing. Even if Australia lose this series they don't lose anything at all in the first place.

Hardik Pandya rumour was only a rumour, he stays with GT. GT team still one of the strongest in tourney, this year also we are likely to see MI/CSK/GT in finals.

It seems they traded after the retention deadline passed and trade window extended until December 12.

Hardik returns to MI, Cameron Green moves to RCB

Pretty weird though, so we can't trust the retained list until Dec 12 and GT traded Hardik? From cricketing perspective its worst decision but IPL has been business than cricket.
549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 25, 2023, 07:53:08 PM
I am seeing the squad of India and Australia for tomorrow's match and suddenly I realized that Australia doesn’t have any vice-captain, which means if Matthew Wade had any injury or they can’t play tomorrow's match so Australia doesn’t have any other captain, I don’t know that the match can be played without vice-captain so if you know anything about this so please share with me, it provides me information about this.

Vice capitain is just a thing that we can see on the paper and, if the captain is injured while playing then he will appoint someone as stand in capitain for the remaining play so its not a concern at all.

This isn't the first line player for both the teams that is why we don't see someone as stand in captain but most of the players captained teams in the domestic matches or franchise games so they can manage to do it.
550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 25, 2023, 06:01:53 PM
A lot to be seen and play for both the teams and Australians can't afford two consecutive losses.

Tomorrow is the match in between India and Australia and at the first match of this series and in the whole World Cup, we have seen that Australia's batting lineup is very strong. Australia also crossed two hundred in the previous match of the T20 against India after the World Cup final.
By the way, Indian people think that he takes revenge for the loss of the World Cup. Meanwhile, they think that one match is more important than an ODI World Cup final. They gave one match priority over an ODI World Cup. They take the revenge but they can’t take back the World Cup.
No one is saying, this T20 win as a revenge for the world cup's loss and if someone gave you that impression then you watched/heard from someone who is not in their right mind.

This isn't even the won of the series just win after the 3 days of the final and that's some relief that's it.

Anyway, I would say if India can whitewash Aussies in this series then defintely it is a statement from team India about the upcoming T20 WC.

How many of you guys are keeping the track of IPL release, trades and retention?

Tomorrow will be the dead line to submit the official reports so we will get to see how many guys were switched to another franchise and it seems some of the big players to be released like Ben Stokes from CSK, Jofra Archer from MI.

But the surprising news/rumour I saw is Hardik traded to MI for GT took 15cr? If that is true then how do you see that.
552  Local / India / Re: Can we improve this local board and ensure it benefits user? on: November 25, 2023, 02:11:18 PM
If each user contributes even one or two topics in a week then this board will be more informative and have more activity.
We can create as many topics we want but the active members of Indian community is around 20 or even lesser which is the reason why there isn't enough engagement so to make the place more active it needs active participants.

And I am against just create topic for no reason and to make board active because it will make the place spammy is far worse than being less active.

Also the crypto related things in India is lesser and it stunned when India enforced 30% tax rate, so we can expect the change if government relaxes the tax rates.
553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 24, 2023, 08:23:10 PM
Add Josh Inglis to the list too as he played in the semis and the finals.

India is considered a bilateral bully, be it home or away. No matter what they always manage to win most of their bilateral trophy but uff....... well not going down that road as it's becoming repetitive now.

On a funny note, IMO ICC should rename the ICC event into something like Paytm, Tata or Vivo trophy tournament and then see how Indians bring their A game lol.  Grin Grin

I think Indians have attached unnecessary emotions with this game of cricket. In the end its just a game. Hardly there is anyone on Airport to receive Aussie squad. Nobody cares about cricket anymore except South Asian counties. I too feel frustrated when I see no other sport in the country has been given any importance.
Indian and Australian both were good in this tournament. Indians were just not as good as Aussies were on the final day.

Not just cricket, almost every sport has their own hardcore fans and for Indians it always has been cricket even though India has been good on other sports too because most of us used to play cricket in our childhood days and now it became multi billion dollar business so it overshadowed any sport on its way.
554  Local / India / Re: Can we avoid tax on crypto trading in india on: November 24, 2023, 06:33:37 PM
You cant "avoid" taxation and sleep soundly at night.

Why avoid tax? Why take unnecessary risks? Pay tax and be safe from the law.

Avoiding the tax is not an actual violation of laws but evading is, almost every rich person in India knows how to avoid the taxes and that is how they can preserve their earnings/profits to themselves.

But in crypto avoiding tax is legally not possible unless we come under the 5 lakh per annum slab even for that we need to report the income and get the 12,500 claim back.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 24, 2023, 04:25:04 PM
You seem forgot to read except for the final in his statement, the dew changed the context to be hoest but its part of the game and the teams should stratgize accordingly. What Iwould like to say is India scored that 240 runs purely because of their batting excellence, if its any other team the score wouldn't even touched 200 including Australia if they got an option to bat first.

Kohli will be surely fit for the next 4 years to play cricket and Rohit too can play the next T20I world cup so nothing is over yet and who know what they will decide.

Well.. actually I don't think that dew played any significant part in the finals. We are diverting from the main factor. Indian batsmen failed to put up a decent total. 280 would have been a winning total at Ahmedabad, but 240 was below par. Given this, even if dew was not there I really doubt whether India would have won the match. BTW, I find it strange that Indians are complaining about the dew factor, given the fact that they had the home advantage. If anyone should complain, it should be the visiting teams such as Australia.

I don't know whether you watched both the innings or not, but if you did then you will accept that dew changed the entire course of batting from first inning and in second inning but its part of the game and no one is compaining about that. For the record Indian captain said they would have batted first even if they won the toss so it nullifies the toss factor there too.

Ahmedabad, home advantage for team India? Nope, it would have been if its Wankhede (for batting) or Chepauk (for bowling) but it's simply due to the business since the Modi stadium became the largest cricket stadium in the world so more capacity and more money.
556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 24, 2023, 01:20:03 PM
It wasn't the first D/N match in the tournament, more than 95% of matches were scheduled in the same time slot and it's not like dew and toss played a major part in the majority of the matches.

In fact, Dew hardly played any role in this WC, which was actually surprising. Except for the Finals so i don't think we could blame anyone for this.

Agreed. I don't think that dew was a major factor in the final, or in any of the other matches. Anyway, Indians can't complain about it. They had the home advantage and in case Australia had lost the toss then none of this debate would even happen. It is very simple. India lost the match because their batsmen failed during middle overs. And then the target was too small and the bowlers also didn't had much room for maneuvering. The next target should be T20 World Cup of 2024, which is less than 6 months away. It will be a great irony, if India never wins an ICC trophy before the Kohli-Rohit duo retires.

557  Local / India / Re: Can we avoid tax on crypto trading in india on: November 24, 2023, 07:31:51 AM
You can avoid paying that 30% of tax by keeping your income less than 5 lacs per annum and that is the only way to avoid paying the taxes legally in India but if you use p2p exchange then you no need to report the income under crypto profits but you need to have some other sources to cover up that amount like business or something and its not possible for salaried person via corporates.

Using international exchange seems like a good option but still its centralized regulated platform so we never know when they will share the data with our government so I will not take that risk.
558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ODI cricket and general cricketing discussion [self - mod] on: November 23, 2023, 07:24:13 PM

Pitch was quite good for both the teams even I didn't see that the teams were a little confused due to the Team. Even this was Indian home ground also and at this place they played like this.

The new ball in cricket and the old ball matters a lot as the pacers from each team have good bowling and good pace when they are playing with the new ball and they are better with the new ball. But also when the teams are going for the toss they first see the pitch

After getting a review of the pitch then they get their choice of bowling and batting.

Maybe you need to update your ODI rules, ICC already brought 2 new ball rule so both team will have fresh ball when they start their innings but the difference is the batting condition might change in the evening which is risky in both ODIs and T20 but in test cricket it doesn't change it wonly get better for bowling day after day.

Jio Cinema buffers without any reason. I guess they are concentrating only on IPL and not bilateral series. I might be wrong but are you guys facing the same issue as I am facing? I did check with my broadband service provider and they said the same thing it is an issue with the streaming platform.

I faced the similar issue too and its probably due to the app was overcrowded and their servers might crashed because even for the world cup final we get to the viewrship around 5.3cr but in Jio at one point there were 11.2cr viewers and after that it crashed and started to buffer even while having no issues with internet speed. Hopefully jio will resolve the issue in the next match.

India looked like struggling but no, it was clean sweep from Indian team. Yes, the inexpereinced bowling went for lot of runs and Inglis utlized the condition in his favor but still India managed to chase it and it got interested in the final over where three consecutive wickets feel and Rinku again done the job.

Got a bandaid on the big wounds. Smiley

Your idea is 100% true and everyone will agree with your idea. If the Indian team management had given importance to the team selection and chosen to bowl on the Ahmedabad pitch, they might not have performed so badly that day. Rahul Dravid's team selection was not wrong, but they should have considered the spin on the pitch that day. Only Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, and KL Rahul's contribution was noticeable that day but others contribution fully zero.

We can say if's and but's after the result but what team India did was right and they got bad day and unfortunately it happened on final. The same XI did terrific for the past 10 games so how can you guys justify that with one bad day and the pitch was supposed to assit spin but it didn't due to the dew factor so even if India played Ashwin it won't made any actual difference. Still India is the better team but Australia won the trophy and they managed by doing extra preparations and tactics to outperform the excellent Indian team where Indian team lacked but apart from that no one can be blamed, if one should be blamed then I would say the pitch curator for giving a dad pitch on the final day.
