If you look at the newbies we have in this platform these days, you will know that they don't have good manners and they are not ready to learn from those that above them to get good favour from them by improving in quality Post that will increase their rank up.

This is not entirely correct. I don't know how many newbies I have seen fighting with others or poking others, or insulting others. But, I have seen a lot of high-ranked members who consistently engage in discussion with a negative mindset, and always try to find something wrong. For example, let's say you didn't know the difference between the gas fee and Bitcoin's sat/vB. While some members will tell you the difference and help you understand which one is used for which one and how fees are calculated, some others will start criticizing you because you were wrong.

There are another type of people who will always look for your mistake if you ever speak against them. They always deny their mistake and they believe that they cannot be wrong. The recent case of a one of the reputed member shows how anyone can be grounded due to bad manner. I guess you have seen Ratimov in this forum. He has a bad habit of attacking others whenever he see someone said something that he did not like.

So, yeah. It's important to have good manner and most importantly, A Thicker Skin.

Weak advertising, few orders, minimal percentage / active advertising, many orders, higher percentages.
You can start with the minimum percentage, and we'll see the potential to increase the reward.
To activate your partner account, you'll need to go through a brief interview with our support team on our website.

Interesting, I am not a website owner. But I have worked on a few projects before.
I have promoted some websites on crypto ad networks. adbtc.top, for example.
I am curious about what the support team asked in the interview before approving the partner account.

@Franki22, are you an official person for the exchange?

He is not an official person, as he already stated in his post.

The article is taken from official medium ExchangeRubic.

So, Mr. Franki22. Do you know that only officials can create an ANN thread? If you are not official, why did you create an ANN thread? A Platform can have one ANN at a time. What if their official decide to create one?

Hi Porfirii!
Thank you very much!

Thank you also for your interest DYING_S0UL. Please, coordinate with Learn Bitcoin and let us know his decision. If he agrees and other members don't disagree for any reason, I'll add your name to the "hall of fame" too Wink
I have no problem if he meets all the criteria. His translations are good too. Sometimes, he also gets in touch with me if he needs help. DYING_S0UL, you have my support.
549  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Someone Deposited Money Into My Bitcoin Wallet. Can He Withdraw it? on: December 14, 2023, 10:45:28 AM
I can't believe this thread is already in three pages. The guy asked a fundamental question, and the discussion should have ended after the first few replies. What is new? Are we adding anything new to this thread? Aren't we repeating the same answer again and again? Do we read the post before we choose to answer OP? Or do we write for our signature?

You don't have to be offended because by saying "we," I included myself in the group. I saw Don Pedro Dinero has a thread where he was gathering people who do not read the first page before they write. But his thread is locked now. Shouldn't we refrain from posting once we see the question was answered?

----

Well, you already got the suggestion about what you should do. But, for your security, I would like to elaborate on what you should not do as a Bitcoin user.

1. Never store your Bitcoin on online accounts. No matter what platform it is. It could be exchanges, casinos, or whatever. They do not give you a private key to your Bitcoin. There is a famous quote. Not your keys, not your coins.

2. Never share your private key with anyone; never store it online. Most new Bitcoin users keep their private keys online in storage, such as Google Drive.

3. Never install any wallet software without a verification. Always download the wallet software from the official source. For the Electrum wallet, manually type the address on your browser address bar. The website is electrum.org

4. Do not fall for phishing websites. Always double-check the URL before you input any credentials.
551  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Wallet for Android / Re: Best wallet for Android? on: December 14, 2023, 09:09:23 AM
It is quite troublesome if your country does not provide any support for crypto,
even to the point of saying that the use of crypto in your country will be considered a crime.
As I said, it's banned. Even the government arrested crypto entrepreneurs who were doing exchange business in Bangladesh. The government accuses them of money laundering. Even average crypto users are not safe here. You should forget about any kind of support from the government when it comes to cryptocurrency. I believe many people from the government also use Bitcoin. But they do not say anything about it.

There is no freedom, or better regulation on the use of crypto.
I am still lucky to be in Indonesia that makes Bitcoin a commodity asset and is not banned completely.
Yes. I consider you lucky, too. Some countries ban bizarre things. I hope this won't soon become Korea. Bangladesh banned cryptocurrency. Freedom of speech is getting tightened every day. You cannot post anything on social media. They monitor our social media, too.
552  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Eng: Tutorial] PGP Signature - Encrypt/Decrypt message (Linux Only) on: December 14, 2023, 08:43:40 AM
Oh, when you said you never used this software, I thought we were talking about GnuPG. So, above, I tried to help show you the version of GnuPG that you are using to run the GNU Privacy Assistant application on Debian Linux.
I got it. No problem. It is also true that I didn't use GnuPG before the day I installed it. As I already said, I am new to Linux and have never used macOS. I have used Cleopatra in Windows for PGP and OpenKeychain for Android. I was already happy with Cleopatra, but as you can see now, I have tried these OS just because I wanted to write a tutorial and try Linux for security purposes.

I'm a macOS user. The command line in the macOS Terminal is almost the same as the command line in the Linux Terminal that you use.
Interesting. Recently, I was about to buy a used Macbook Pro but then came to know it's too outdated, and if I want to repair something, I have to spend a lot of money on it. So, I went for another Lenovo Laptop besides my desktop.
553  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Android Tutorial] PGP Signature - Encrypt/Decrypt message on: December 13, 2023, 08:25:12 AM
I saw that you posted this post on our own local board Pakistani board and replied.
This post of yours is certainly instructive but sadly no one on our local board has evaluated it properly.
Thanks, but I didn't write it with the hope that everyone or a certain community will evaluate it or not. Some members saw the post, and I hope they have learned something new. Some of them replied, too. So, why do you think they didn't evaluate my post?

I don't know how far I can go but I will translate these posts of yours to our own local boards in the future to properly make you respected and known there.
Thanks for your offer, but please, NO. You don't have to translate my posts. I wrote only four tutorials about PGP, and I can translate my topic into several languages. I have already posted my two threads in the Pakistan Local thread. If I need to post the remaining two threads, I will translate them myself. Once again, please do not translate my threads.

I thought you were a genuine newbie, But it doesn't seem you are a newbie.
554  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Eng: Tutorial] PGP Signature - Encrypt/Decrypt message (Linux Only) on: December 13, 2023, 08:14:41 AM
As far as I know, that's the case as long as you're using GnuPG 2.1+
That's awesome. I didn't know these things. I never used this software.

I even saw you using GnuPG version 2.2.40-1.1 in the PGP tutorial in this thread.
I see the source of the packages from here: https://packages.debian.org/sid/all/gnupg2/download.

I know what software I installed and what I have used. I didn't mean I never used the software. I wanted to say that I didn't use this software till I installed Debian 12 last month. I do not have experience using this software. These were my first tries, so I don't know the detailed information about it. I didn't explore the options. I don't use Linux for daily use. I mostly use it for wallet management and some other security stuff.

Maybe you can see the explanation in the following reference: https://stackoverflow.com/a/589850
Thanks for the link.

Bitcoin weekly candle shows it closed eight green weekly candles in a row, and we started a new week with a red candle! But shouldn't we wait till the weekend before we judge? I feel it's just a chance for you guys to buy more who missed the 15K, 20K, 25K, 30K and waited for more dip. We were at 44K, which allows you to acquire a little more at 40K.

But hey, did you miss that again?
Some short-time traders cashed out, and I am glad you guys got a chance to buy at a little cheap.

557  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Eng: Tutorial] PGP Signature - Encrypt/Decrypt message (Linux Only) on: December 12, 2023, 01:16:02 AM
As far as I know, that's the case as long as you're using GnuPG 2.1+
That's awesome. I didn't know these things. I never used this software.

Unfortunately, at this time, I don't have an Android smartphone or an Android Emulator to try the PGP application.
However, after I tried to look at the details of the Public Key that you generated using the OpenKeychain application, I confirmed that it was not a 4096-bit RSA but a 3072-bit RSA.
My bad. Yes, it is a 3072-bit RSA. I do not understand the difference between the 4096-bit RSA and 3072-bit RSA. But when I try to import another key generated by OpenKeyChain, it shows the key is 3072-bit RSA. This app doesn't give me a choice to pick 3072-bit RSA or 4096-bit RSA. So, 3072-bit RSA is generated by default from Openkeychain.

By the way, it seems that you forgot to delete one empty character before writing -----BEGIN PGP PUBLIC KEY BLOCK----- in the public key code above.
Thanks for pointing this out. I fixed it.

Hi Porfirii and AOBT Members!

I want to join the team but do not have a portfolio yet. But, if you check my trust page, you will notice that I translated GazetaBitcoin's useful guides/threads into Bangla. I have translated eleven topics of GazetaBitcoin, which are listed in his thread. I don't have much more to add. It seems you are not looking for a Bengali translator. But I would love to join if you guys want. Please consider this as an application to join the team. Smiley

Yes, you are right. The only difference in the message's contents is the fingerprint link listed according to the public key algorithm I used to encrypt the message.
Okay. Thanks for the confirmation. So, my decryption was successful. That means you can decrypt multiple algorithms even though your key is generated using RSA only.

Only GnuPG 2.1+ and a few other PGP clients support ECC. You only need to change the command line to generate the key in the terminal.
If you carefully consider the sequence number in the section:  'Please select what kind of key you want,' then you will see that after no. 4, go straight to no. 14. What kind of keys are in between that?
Here's what I got:

Oh dear. Thanks for that. I forgot about that. I did not pay attention to these options since everyone uses the RSA algorithm. I also used the same. Sometimes, exploring between the options helps me learn new things.

Anyway, I have tried an Android app called OpenKeyChain, which you can see here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5474187.0
Do you think it's real RSA 4096? I don't know if a specific device needs some power to use these algorithms. I know a little about mining algorithms that need more and more power to verify blocks. But I guess mobile CPUs are enough to generate a key using the RSA algorithm. What do you think about it?
