541  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Viber, WhatsApp, skype, WeChat, Snapchat, IMO, Line not conduct ICO? on: December 23, 2019, 10:53:25 AM
they are all big companies that already have millions of users and are well known all over the world. and they also already have large funds to be able to continue to develop their applications. so I think that the company does not need to make ICO poryek to be able to raise funds or become famous. Because they already have their own funding sources and also have many users throughout the world.
I agree with you, and even that thousands of financial companies want to invest in their projects so they will never run out of money to develop. ICO or IEO are only for poor projects and there are no sponsors, as a result I have yet to see any successful ICO or IEO projects so far
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Binance’s IEOs keep Dumping, but why? on: December 22, 2019, 05:57:01 PM
I'm not a fan of Binance Initial Exchange offering (IEO) but this dumping happen to Matic is very hurt specially if you are holding matic well if you take a look the chart history of matic in the past you will noticed a good run for this altcoin, but always remember not all the time the altcoin will stay on the top.
well I'm also not a fan of the IEO binance.
and this dumping Matic really shocked me, suddenly in an instant it fell so badly it looked like deliberately manipulating (my guess). Or this possibility happened because the holders sold the whole Matic due for Christmas and new year.

My doubts about IEO like there is also a point, yes initially it might be profitable if you decide to sell the coins when at the highest price, your investment should have returned (ROI). a big market with a good reputation cannot guarantee that everything will be good. after this, IEO investors should start being careful again in the future.
Although Binance has informed Matic's status, they say that there is no manipulation here. But I couldn't believe that the price could collapse 4 times in just a few hours, which made me lose faith in altcoins and upcoming IEO projects. I will have to be careful and consider carefully if I want to participate
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Chainlink destined for New Highs in 2020? on: December 22, 2019, 05:13:07 PM
LINK is one of the best altcoins in 2019. In 2019, LINK has had huge growth and helped many investors get profits, in addition trading LINK is also a very good choice. that in 2020 LINK will continue to surpass ATH, it's best to add Link to your investment list before it's too late
544  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I am meeting with an attorney, have you been damaged by wash trading on binance? on: December 22, 2019, 04:28:17 PM
There is nothing you can do about this market. Money laundering, scammer ... are always here and we can't accuse them because we have no evidence. So I think you should not waste time on these issues, relax and continue to seek profit if possible.
545  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: December 22, 2019, 03:52:09 PM
KYC is really necessary for current exchanges, because the laws are different in each country and they need to know where their customers are from to take appropriate measures. But today KYC has become abused, most bounty and airdrop also require us to KYC. I do not understand what they do this for? Selling personal documents in the black market? or use it for evil purposes ... Be really careful about our documentation
546  Economy / Economics / Re: Europe is against Libra. Who else? on: December 22, 2019, 03:11:10 PM
Hi,
It is launching to defeat bitcoin. But it will not overcome over bitcoin race. Libra will not get well public response.
So, don't worry it will trash after launching.
I have not heard any news about this issue. Libra was created not to beat Bitcoin, and there will not be any altcoins that can do this. In addition, Libra will be a stablecoin and it will be used for payment in facebook and many other related services. But with much recent opposition from European and American nations. The launch of Libra seems impossible and will take longer if they still want to launch it
547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Chinese City Warns Investors: Crypto Isn’t Blockchain on: December 21, 2019, 05:46:01 PM
It can be also understood like they don't know what they're talking about. There's no Bitcoin without blockchain and no blockchain without Bitcoin.

It's like they're trying to make people think that investing in bitcoin is wrong.

They are banning all crypto trading without trying to understand which of them are ponzis and which are not. This is a stupid and ignorant approach.
Yeah, actually I couldn't find any "Bitcoin" word in the cited article. Thus, I assumed they weren't talking about Bitcoin.

Looking back to what they have done to Bitcoin, with mining ban, banking ban, etc., your argument seems to make sense.

However, China still the biggest hash provider with more than 65% of the global hash power.
Because in China, the cost to mine 1 bitcoin is very cheap, so most of the mining plants are located in China. China currently prohibits cryptocurrency and does not allow any Chinese projects to work, even new projects are banned from IEO or ICO. The government sees these as illegal activities and may be punished, they only support blockchain but not cryptocurrency
548  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How and why to buy Stablecoins in 2020 on: December 21, 2019, 05:14:20 PM
Since 2018, stablecoins have become popular among investors. A lot of people have sold altcoin and bitcoin to hold stablecoin to preserve their capital in this market. In 2020, I think that Bitcoin price and altcoin market will increase strongly and this is an opportunity for investors who are holding stablecoin to buy altcoin and bitcoin cheaply.
549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Never possible earn free bitcoin without work. on: December 21, 2019, 04:42:21 PM
This thread is *almost* worthy of cryptotalk.org.

Please note that working for anything means that it isn't free.  Signature campaigns don't give you free bitcoins, and even faucets don't.  You're exchanging your time and a small amount of effort to get whatever you get from those things.  The closest thing to 'free' would be airdrops, but those are horribly worthless and are a waste of even the small effort it takes to participate in them.
Any value can never be free.  Very often people give something for more useless things, but if we talk about air drops, then in some cases you have to provide passport data and spend some effort, which can also be said that this is not done for free.
Even if our data is sold, there will be a lot higher value than free airdrops. That's why I never care about the current airdrops, mostly fake airdrops and have no value. Also they always ask us to do KYC, which is funny for the airdrop. The signature campaign at bitcointalk is the best way for us to earn bitcoins or altcoins without investing in this market.
550  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin Question and Traditional Markets on: December 21, 2019, 03:54:56 PM
Stocks and cryptocurrencies are completely different, and I think that these two markets will never work together. Cryptocurrency is not guaranteed by any real assets, but for stocks they are guaranteed by real companies, real factories and teams are clearly public and controlled. In addition, the stock market is also much more stable than the cryptocurrency market, So it's hard for us to combine these two markets. It is best to be as we are now, we can make more profits from this market in the future without control.
551  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some big things to watch for in 2020 on: December 20, 2019, 05:08:30 PM
I am waiting to see how the development of altcoin will take place in 2020, as BTC is halving and its price will definitely increase, I am predicting that altcoin will continue to decline during the year. 2020 and new bottoms will continue to be established
552  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Viber, WhatsApp, skype, WeChat, Snapchat, IMO, Line not conduct ICO? on: December 20, 2019, 03:36:46 PM
Why do they have to do these things when they are the top and most powerful companies in the world? They have joined the stock market and I think it is enough for their growth to be stable. For companies that are under budget or lack of development capital, they will surely look to the cryptocurrency market to raise IEO or ICO capital to continue growing their companies, I have seen many such companies in 2019
553  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Crypt is now legal in Ukraine on: December 20, 2019, 02:57:16 PM
Currently, there are many countries that officially support and accept cryptocurrency. So this news is not too new for holders and traders like us. In the next 1-2 years, I believe that there will be many big countries accepting cryptocurrencies and this market will grow strongly.
554  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some big things to watch for in 2020 on: December 19, 2019, 04:02:40 PM
2020 will be coming soon. People have a big expectation in the upcoming year that there will be some big changes in crypto world. Even if some people doubt the future of cryptocurrency, we must be curious about what will happen in the next year exactly.

Here are some big things that all people may be waiting for in 2020:

1. How Bitcoin halving can bring impacts in crypto space.
2. Will we see the launching of Libra coin.
3. Us government intervention in crypto space, Libra project gets no progress.
4. People are waiting for the launching of Ethereum 2.0’s
5. SEC vs. Telegram, what is the end of this fighting?

More details, you can find out in the article: https://www.coindesk.com/10-events-to-look-out-for-in-2020

*What do you think guys?
I am also eagerly awaiting the arrival of Libra in 2020, while facing a lot of difficulties with American law but I am confident that they have a solution to it and it will be released in 2020. In addition Raising halving in 2020 will not affect too much of Bitcoin price, I believe it will come true
555  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can i Bitcoin or not on: December 19, 2019, 03:03:19 PM
You can buy it now because the price is cheap right now, even you don't ask anyone to buy bitcoin for you, I think your $ 5,000 will get a big profit if you buy it now, in my opinion buy it and hold it for the next 2 years , you can visit the binance exchange
Now is not a good time for you to buy BTC. The price of BTC has just recovered to $ 7000 and so I believe it will continue to go down to $ 6400 or lower over the next few days, preferably patiently waiting to be able to buy at a better price. And if you still want to buy now, you need to determine the long-term hold with it, and I'm afraid you won't have the patience to do so
556  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoin is enough? on: December 18, 2019, 07:37:50 PM
I think you don't need to set a limit, try to work and accumulate as much bitcoins as possible because it will help you try and get more money in the future. I entered this market for the purpose of making a profit and so I also try to make as much bitcoins as possible
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to introduce crypto currency to newbies on: December 18, 2019, 07:01:57 PM
There are many ways to help new members know about cryptocurrency. But most referrals are very confusing and make them not interested in it. And the easiest way I've ever done to bring my friends to cryptocurrency is to introduce them to bitcointalk and participate in bounty here. Then because of their curiosity and they got to know more about cryptocurrency
558  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to $5k? Tone Vays on: December 18, 2019, 06:13:26 PM
Hey, guys! Check this video where Tone Vays shares his opinion on future of Bitcoin's price. He considers that BTC will fall to $5k and will start growing just after that.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qABFMlxnmFA
If in the next few days BTC continues to fall below 5800$ then I think it will quickly drop below 5000$ soon. But fortunately, the BTC price is recovering from the bloodshed today. I hope things do not get worse, 6400$ is a suitable bottom for 2019.
559  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it a good time to buy BTC or Gold? on: December 18, 2019, 05:33:17 PM
Investing in gold is really not a smart choice. If you want your assets to be safe when the market collapses, gold is a good choice. But when the market goes down like it is now it's best to buy BTC and then move on to gold when you get a profit. BTC is currently being sold a lot and so try to buy as much as possible, you will never regret it in the future.
560  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: STOP BUYING BITCOIN NOW!!! This coin is crap on: December 18, 2019, 04:53:59 PM
yeah i'm now stop to buy BTC now.i think now buy btc is very risky that's why i'm now buy LTC and i think soon LTC price will double.
Even if you buy LTC at this point, you will definitely take more risk when you buy BTC. BTC is always a good choice to invest, and if you feel BTC is too risky, it's best not to buy any other altcoins. This time is suitable for new investors to buy BTC and hold, the price will certainly increase at least 2 times when halving.
