541  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Im TIRED of SCAM exchanges - is there an verified list on: December 03, 2023, 04:19:23 PM
Hello Guys,

im tired of this SCAM exchanges theres full of them out there..  you just cant trust anyone nowadays

is there somekind of list with legit - verified exchanges where the list is constantly updating if there is some bad news happening ore withdrawls getting delayed etc..

does anyone know if this exchanges operate and are thrustworthy:

https://lexmo.com
https://hitbtc.com
https://latoken.com/
https://www.coinw.com/

thanks

Hitbtc and latoken has a very poor reputation exchange. The other 2 is completely unknown for me which is a red flag. If you are really tired on scam exchanges then why stick on popular brand such as Binance, Kucoin, Bybit and more instead of trying to use unknown exchange.

There’s a lot of DEX too that will save you from hassle of thinking whether exchange is scam since everything is transparent including the available liquidity. But I knew bestchange.com provides a collection of exchange which they trust. I’m not affiliated with them but they are on this business for a long term and established already good reputation so it’s worthy checking their service offer.
542  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin transactions - are we living in stone age? :( on: December 03, 2023, 04:06:17 PM
As a community, what can we do to stop this madness? Or being decentralized, comes with its distinct downsides?

Honestly, it feels like living in ancient times looking at this fees and time to receive confirmation.
Hold and don’t send transaction using the current average high price so that we can help the mempool lessen its load by removing 1 pending transaction coming from each one of us.

I totally agree that the current price is very high since I witness and experience transactions using cheap fees before. I’m resorting now to gambling just to cover the fee by risking on few more games to win enough money for fees then use the free withdrawal function of the casino to transfer my funds on exchange.
543  Economy / Speculation / Re: What did you think will happen to Bitcoin before January? on: December 03, 2023, 02:51:26 PM
Well, the current trend is optimistic with lots of positive news in November, and I predict that opportunity will also remain in December, the year-end market will maintain a slow rise in the face of optimism( 45k) based on The reaction affecting the market will then be an increase - adjustment in January and February (Lunar New Year).
if ETF news is around the corner I dout there will be adjustment in january and february honestly. so many peolpe has been voicing their speculation in regards of the end of the year gonna be bearish market for bitcoin like the years before but we all know this isn't true instead its always going through barriers of resistance right now even about to break through $40k.
this gonna be different trend for bitcoin so I think i need to be optimistic that the next year gonna be bullish for bitcoin in general and after that will be some altcoin season that gonna comes up.
before january i'm sure bitcoin will reach $45k and in the next year, maybe it will reach all time high, but regardless even though that might seems like a weak speculation, but we all know ETF news around the corner and could change the market right away.

I’m skeptical on what’s gonna be the real impact of ETF approval in long term. Surely the price will pump when the news of approval release to the public but the problem is the long term price growth. ETF Spot Bitcoin will give higher liquidity for Bitcoin which means it will lessen the volatility in general.

I’m not sure if the massive pump that we can see in the past is still possible if the spot ETF is already in play.
544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I'm looking for sites with good sports predictions on: December 03, 2023, 02:43:32 PM
Please recommend good sites with quality sports predictions and detailed analyses of predictions

Most of the sports analysts website usually choose the same pick which the bookmaker marks as lower odds since they are both relying on stats to determine the assessment on who will gonna win.

I think you should find value bets instead of website that offering picks since you can have a better profitability on sports betting by choosing a bet offer that is valued higher than the normal odds given by typical sportsbook.
545  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price $45k by ending of 2023: AI prediction on: November 30, 2023, 03:32:45 PM
This would certainly be a sweet christmas for btc HOLDers,

Being an AI prediction its probably more calculated and free of bias,
you would want these AI predictions to be correct, but if this happens way too often what could that lead into :O

AI usually just gather data from the web and probably most its source are those prediction posted on news site, blogs and social media. It reflects the general sentiment of the people but we all know that price of Bitcoin always show a very unpredictable behavior despite everyone is expecting a pump.

Bitcoin price is still having difficulty to break the 38K barrier which is very significant so that we can extend the pump above 40K level. I’m expecting for a very good Christmas but this kind of slow down near a significant resistance makes me worried a little bit.
546  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Joy of forgotten Bitcoin accounts... on: November 30, 2023, 03:12:33 PM
I’m not sure if this is counted.

Not an account but a seed phrase that I save on the drafts of my personal mail. I’m very active on participating to airdrop before that’s why I always save Ethereum as fee was back ETH price is just 100$ each.

My computer got infected by virus that makes my backup .json file for my seed phrase deleted in the process. I knew the existence of my Ethereum wallet and all the ETH inside but I lose hope on recovering it. Luckily, I open my drafts when I’m sending an email then notice the seed phrase. I remember that I temporarily backup my Eth address when I created on MEW to my email through saving it on drafts.

This gives me around 2000$ with just a 0.6ETH
547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why sports betting? on: November 30, 2023, 02:23:36 PM
Moreover, I like to know if you really believe you can win in sports betting in the long run, or you just really think no chance because every game can be win by luck, sports betting is not exemption.

On sports betting, You can probably win long term since the result of your bet can be improved by a good analysis compared to the regular gambling games that gives pure random result. There’s a lot of way to win on this gambling category through the use of arbitrage bet, value bet and many more strategies that can give sure +EV.

The only major enemy on sports betting is patience since there’s only limited number of games per day on a certain league which people follow. Without patience on this game will result to betting blindly on different league without further analysis that always result to losses.
548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: November 30, 2023, 02:18:38 PM
They key here is we should gamble what we can afford to lose. No percentage or a specific amount as it's us who should evaluate how much we can afford to lose only and it could change overtime depending on our income.

I agree to this because this is what I’m doing since gambling is not part of my life which means I don’t need to allocate a certain percentage just to play. Using amount of money which I’m willing to lose is the best measurement to knew what is enough for gambling.

10 usd per week, personally I find it very small and it doesn't excite me at all but I respect there are gambler who stick with conservative approach in gambling, and if that would make them safe and enjoy at the same time, so be it.

This is already huge on 3rd world country like mine. It’s sufficient to feed a small family for a day so an average person here can have an excitement on gambling even with this amount. Although I really doubt if this balance will last longer on the typical casino games except for sportsbet.
549  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Binance may issue na naman sa pinas! on: November 30, 2023, 12:05:24 PM
Is this a final decision already or Binance can still comply with the regulations?
Maganda ang market ng Binance dito sa Pinas and I’m sure marami ang maapektuhan nito though marami pa namang option na exchanges pero iba paren talaga si Binance. Let’s all hope that Binance will do something about this and help the Filipino community to still access the platform legally. Sana mas maging clear din si SEC about this and give Binance a chance to operate legally.

Probably baka maglimit lang sila ng user which is sad as Binance user.
550  Economy / Gambling / Re: COINS.GAME | THE MOST REWARDING CRYPTO CASINO | SPORTSBOOK & CASINO on: November 29, 2023, 02:14:23 PM
Hello,

much of the people also tell that the Balance automatically goes near 0... Somebody autoplaying games like a ghost.

I have the same problem you can take a look in my Account? In the morning i have a btc withdrawal near 300$ on a btc adress i never know and never make. This was canceled from Support. After some minutes later i see how this btc balance was smaller and smaller now i have nothing on balances. But i never play like this.  Plz check all and refund my balance.  Chat is not working now also. I like this Casino and want to continue playing but i want to win or lose this money with playing not with a hack or some problems.

Thx

You should ask the support to check your IP login if there’s any changes to your regular IP address? Your chance of getting help will be high if you didn’t use VPN to login and stick to your regular IP.

The betting pattern is very hard to use as an evidence because you can deliberately involved on high risk game then report to support that your account is suspiciously hacked when loss. This case will be different if multiple users reported the same issue.
551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dangerous chasing losses on: November 29, 2023, 01:17:46 PM

It's hard to be an opponent when the situation is like that, hahaha, but anyway, I hope when you feel like you're chasing the amount you've lost, it's very difficult to just get out of there, unless we suddenly realize that we have to stop even though we know the loss is big to us.

Just don't let this become a habit for gamblers like us. As long as possible, we should avoid doing it because it's not really good and it will also push us to become addicted in the future, that's for sure.

This is indeed very difficult situation when I’m on that spot. Stopping is not on my mind since I’m focus on recovering my funds and tilted due to my consecutive losses. This will happened if you have enough funds combined with medical conditions that affect your mind.

This experience ends well to me in the end but I really learned a lot from this and never deposit an amount that is too huge to my usual deposit.

I will lock now this thread since I forgot this when I created the topic.
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Risking 1% in Gambling on: November 29, 2023, 12:56:30 PM
I don’t give much specific percentage but I’m relying only on my current free money and deposit the same amount which I’m always using in gambling. I’m usually using only an amount equivalent to my signature campaign earning so that everything that I will lose is just from my side hustle here. There’s rare scenarios that I deposit using from my pocket money but this due to extreme conditions and not frequent to happen.

I don’t compute for specific percentage since I don’t want to allocate funds to gamble using my job salary so that my personal savings will be safe no matter what is the result of my game.
553  Economy / Gambling / Re: Duelbits.com | Casino & Sportsbook | VIP | Instant withdrawals!|ARGENTINA & AVFC on: November 29, 2023, 12:31:02 PM
By the way. 50 bucks? is that for transaction fee or what please?

Mr. Strongkored has already answered, but I will add several lines. Two years ago 50 bucks was a minimum deposit, that will open opportunity to open Christmas boxes. It was like a free money, because you could have deposited 50, withdrawn 50-fee, and 24 days in a row open boxes and earn 5 free spins, or 1/2/10 coins (1 coin=1 dollar). Last year it was a bit different, you had to deposit 50 bucks every 14 days to be able to open boxes with easy tasks.

Duelbits change their recent Christmas promotion to a daily challenge with a little of of cash drop which means you will need more than that if you want to fully utilize the Christmas giveaway assuming that Duelbits will repeat the same mechanics that sometimes requires more deposit since the reward is deposit bonus and wagering on various slots for the cash reward.

554  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Rollbit fishy daily bonuses? on: November 29, 2023, 11:32:25 AM
I've read the conversation you've had with their support and I am still a little confused. when they say "up to 50% of the house edge" does that mean that the daily bonus will be calculated based on the house edge of the game you played? if that is so, does that mean if the house edge of the game you played is 1% you have a chance for your daily bonus to be calculated up to 50% of that house edge which is 0.5% at the highest and It can go lower from that since they say "up to" and not a guaranteed 50% of the house edge?

This is correct interpretation but the tricky part is the word “up to” which probably based on the VIP level of an account to increase the rakeback percentage to that level since 50% rakeback is too huge to be given as based percentage for every account.

His current rakeback percentage is around 4% to 5% which is equivalent to average VIP rakeback percentage. I’m not how Rollbit daily bonus work but I think the VIP level play an important role to get the maximum percentage.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Request to learn gambling on: November 29, 2023, 11:15:00 AM
Now, there's a simple question that I want to ask: do you guys think I should introduce her to gambling? If yes, what's the easiest game she can stake in and also enjoy while gambling?

Check whether he is capable on managing gambling or if you have better under on gambling because you might introduce her to a devastating lose if he is not capable on handling gambling activities.

If I were you, I will not introduce her especially if he is a close friend but there’s a chance that she will seek it by herself which is more dangerous. This is a dilemma so I think teaching her how dangerous gambling is best thing you can do on this matter.
556  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: is electrum safe? on: November 28, 2023, 04:45:56 PM
Someone told me that exchange is not safe because exchange can be hacked by hackers.
I am using software wallet called 'electrum'. I downloaded it from the official website 'electrum.org'
Is this safe wallet?
Sorry, I am not fluent in english. Please understand me.

Electrum itself is safe because it’s open source which means many experts eyes already review their code for safety purposes. The safety problems rely on your side including but not limited to safe keeping of your private key/recovery seed phrase, protecting your device from malware and other form of attack that will exposed your key to hacker.

It’s better to invest on hardware wallet to guarantee that your asset will be safe forever since it’s airtight. Just use a quality brand that offers security and transparency.
557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What’s your strategy on high volatility slot game? on: November 28, 2023, 04:24:55 PM
But as for me, if I have a bigger capital, I will going to bet high, at least with 2x multiplier and try to hit the bonus or just a good reel combination to get a good returns. Of course this is not for everyone as we have small budget, but in cases like I have $100 or more capital I will definitely have this strategy in mind.

Or used the buy bonus, that's the ultimate test on how lucky you are, you just don't know maybe it can give you huge multiplier at the end.

Betting high will not guaranteed success but increase the amount you are losing on slot games. In the end, betting what you can afford to lose is still the best especially on this high volatility slot games that frequently makes you lose than win since a one time big time win game.

There’s a high chance that you will lose a lot before you can win big while betting big might deplete your bankroll immediately before you hit a solid win. Playing slowly and patiently is the key on this type of slot games and never play with cold slot games since it intensifies the difficulty on hitting huge win.
558  Economy / Reputation / Re: Should Ratimov aka Symmetrick be in DT1? on: November 28, 2023, 04:06:01 PM

Fact: Ratimov left DT a long ago on his own initiative.
Topic name: Should Ratimov aka Symmetrick be in DT1  Grin Grin Grin Grin

Should? How can he get out of DT if he is not a member there?

He is once a DT and just distrusted by many DT that’s why he got removed. His change of name recently makes it looks like that he is not a DT a long time ago or never become a DT since it’s fresh data for his new username.

This thread serves as discussion on his recent action on why he is not a DT anymore and other aftermath matters
559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do not gamble with Loan Money~otherwise you will be in danger like me on: November 28, 2023, 03:55:49 PM
Don't make the same mistake I did.  And never decide to gamble with a loan. If you do, your situation may be similar to mine. so beware of gambling
Give you a merit for the courage to share your bad experience to give warning for other sake here. I once experienced your situation that involved huge amount on gambling which only start with small amount at first then later become bigger bets due to chasing loss.

Th only difference was I recover all my losses through chasing it but I’m almost down to zero at certain point of my game. BTW you can always bounce back stronger by staying away on gambling so that you will never see the nightmare and focus on your job to repaid your loan. Loan sucks because it has interest so you use only money that you can afford to lose next you will gamble again.
560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Not this guy on: November 28, 2023, 03:05:05 PM

I've get to know that not all gamblers need to be a responsible gambler, some knows, they are not hypnotized by gambling, they are fully awake and they still choose to be a reckless gambler.

You forgot to mention what’s the financial of this guy whether he is ultra rich, poor or middle class because this understandable if he has a lot of money to spare on gambling in exchange for entertainment but this is alarming if he is just poor or average wealth that has family to support.

We have different reasons on why we gamble and probably this guy has something he believes that’s why he keeps on trying. His action is really alarming for us but we don’t know the full story and his financial status to make a proper assessment on his action.
