541  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What the games you play as you earn? on: October 20, 2017, 10:12:40 AM
In the past, i only knew the game dice. Had several times got a jackpot. However, overtime my profit position changed to minus. Until finally, decided to do trading than gambling. More often use altcoin, ie clams.

I don't really win that much in gambling games like dice and roulette but they are my favorite gambling past time game. I always play them online with some balances or numbers I get from faucets. It is not that I am not hoping to win but the thing is, gambling or playing either dice or roulette, is so much fun.

That is good that you realize that gambling is not for profits but more of just for passing the time and having fun. The problem is that there are people like OP that think gambling was made so that gamblers could profit. Let's make things straight here, the ones that set up gambling sites did not do it to give away free money. They opened a business and that is something gamblers should consider. Do businesses do it so that they would give away money or earn money? Ask yourselves that question.
542  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can trading be considered as gambling?? on: October 20, 2017, 10:00:08 AM
Yes, Trading is one type of gambling but when compared to gambling it has low risk. In trading, some time prediction work and we can make some good amount of money but in gambling, the prediction will not work always.

It's a gamble because you have to take the risk of putting your coins at stake. And it is why whenever you rare gambling don't forget that you are doing it with risk, that's why deal with caution and not all the time the fate is with you. Sometimes you can get a decent return but not all the time it will be. Make sure that you are ready for whatever will be the outcome when you trade.
Yes risk is always there in both trading and in investment, but i think that on the bases of risk we cannot consider trading s gambling. because in most of gambling game we depend on our luck, while in trading it is too much important that you must have good knowledge, experience and trading skill.

Risk is the only thing that is common in gambling and trading, however that is not a defining factor that would conclude that both of them are the same. The problem is that gambling requires a lot of luck to profit and you cannot influence the chances of you winning. Unlike in trading, there is a way to improve your chances of profiting by studying whatever you are investing in.
543  Economy / Gambling / Re: Slots site with the best graphics? on: October 20, 2017, 09:52:24 AM
To sorta piggy back off this, are there any provably fair slots?
Yes, you can find provably fair slots on sites like bitvest, crypto-games, bit-exo, even fortunejack has its own provably fair slot.
All the slots I've seen were made by third party companies and aren't provably fair.
You are talking about slot providers such as endorphina, netent, amanet, booming and so on. They are not provably fair but they are regulated which means they are fair.

This is just my opinion but we shouldn't settle for "regulated" any more. That's why we have cryptocurrency, so we don't have to trust anybody.

That is true that you don't need to trust anyone in cryptocurrency itself, since it is decentralized and all those amazing features, however that is completely different from gambling sites. These sites require a lot of trust to operate, since they can just run away with all the deposits made by their gamblers. So there is no point in discussing that cryptocurrencies doesn't require trust, because the point is we sent our crypto to the gambling site itself.
544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 1xBet dice bonus redeeming (free money button) on: October 20, 2017, 09:47:02 AM
Avoid playing in 1xbet as you can find many scam accusations against them like this one

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1792608.0
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1780490.0

Bitcointalk representative of 1xbet have negative trust because it was proven scam platform https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=910922

Even if they will give you 1BTC on every claim, you will not be able to withdraw them.

These was the ones I was talking about in my previous post. Good research piloder. Now that I think about it, there should be some sort of page where we can see which gambling sites are legit and which ones aren't. Some website or some sticky'd thread over the gambling section where people can check quickly whether a gambling site is real or not. Honestly it's hard to know which ones are legit just by looking at the gambling site.
545  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: October 20, 2017, 09:29:29 AM
The worst mistake in gambling is trying to get the money back. You should always set a limit and take it as a pleasure, otherwise all attempts to continue the game will lead to a loss of money.
Playing the game over and again is the only mistake in gambling world. Reason behind this can be different. Some might try to recover their loss, some might to earn more profits or others can be just simple addicts who have no control over their urge. Repetition is deadlious in gambling. Gambling must be played for pleasure purpose only. It is a good entertainment.
Well if you play for fun there is nothing wrong with it. You are not doing it right if you keep on playing and you think you are profiting out of it. That is something we should not do because we would just be disappointed if we realize that gambling is not for profits. If we accept in ourselves that we will likely lose the money we are gambling with then that is the way we should play.
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Invite Only Bitcoin Casinos? on: October 20, 2017, 09:11:18 AM
This is truly an interesting concept, though I think there is not one yet around. Or I don't know it because I wasn't one of the invited that's why I don't know it.

Indeed, however, I don't think these business model for a gambling site would really be profitable unless it would be inviting billionaires to gamble on the casino. Something like out of the movie of James Bond Quantum of Solace. Where they are invited to a poker game for the elites only and would bet hundreds of millions per round. That's something different, though I don't think it would be appealing to the rich anyway to gamble online.
547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: October 20, 2017, 08:45:08 AM
Not much lessons learned from a gamble before a defeat, but certainly emotional that sometimes leads us to defeat even in this gambling is very influential on the concentration when gambling, and of course if this can be applied in real life to always be able to Control emotions in every step activity on this journey of life might be better.

Some certain things can be learned depending if we want to learn it or not. Some people choose not to learn it because they think that there is nothing for them to learn. If we look closely we could learn how to stop and when to stop. If we choose to stop then it will be a valuable lesson for us in real life or even the next time we gamble
Yes that is right some time we feel the need to understand and learn about. I think that we also learn from our mistake, as people say that practice make man perfect. I think if we have regular practice of something then we have to experience same mistake for so many time and at last we recover the mistake and try not to repeat it again.

Why is it so important anyway? This is basically just for fun and probably that is the lesson we all should know.
Gambling is just for entertainment and not really to educate us or anything. The reason this isn't supposed to be
taken serious is basically the reason why we are playing it, for fun.
548  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice site list on: October 20, 2017, 08:34:15 AM
Hello guys,
Is there any Dice site list with a comparison of rates for withdrawal and minimum withdrawal?

Try out fortune jack, they do not charge any withdrawal fee and a nice feature is that they support bitgo which means if your wallet supports bitgo too, then you can receive the amount almost instantly. However, problem is the minimum amount to withdraw is pretty high at 0.01btc per withdrawal, so that's something to looking out for.
549  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 1xBet dice bonus redeeming (free money button) on: October 20, 2017, 02:50:45 AM
So, in this thread I want to talk about bonus redeeming in dice 1xgames at 1xBet betting site
The bonus redeeming relates to free money button, not a deposit bonus

They have a quite big faucet amount (I receive near to 3K) per 15 minutes, but it is incredibly difficult and not precisely clear how to redeem the fucking money in order to withdraw them
Does anyone know what is the system that stands behind redeeming? I`ve asked a support person about this, but he/she have not provided any information about it - just redeem, nothing more

So, what kind of strategy do you use in order to redeem it?

Usually in bitcoin gambling sites, there is  minimum amount to be able to withdraw from the gambling site. In this case, probably that is the reason why you can't withdraw the faucet claims. Well, generally if it was withdraw-able instantly then they would actually be giving away free money, so why would they allow it? Also there is no strategy to double the amount until a value that it is already withdraw-able.

Anyway, about 1xbet, this is one of the proven scam casinos because they did not pay one of their players. So I warn you not to play here and choose other gambling sites instead.
550  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: October 20, 2017, 02:43:26 AM
So does this factor affect how you gamble?

If prices go up, do you lower you bets? For example, you normally bet 0.001 per bet, do you lower it to 0.0001 per bet?

If prices go down, do you place higher bets? For example, you normally bet 0.001 per bet, do you place higher bets like 0.01 per bet?

Not just me, but most people would agree that the price factor does affect the way we use to gamble.
It was easy to lose even BTC0.1 when the price was $250 (a time when I gambled a lot). Then, a time came when it crossed back 1000 again and I have fixed my weekly betting size to BTC0.05 (not per bet, but total bets' wagering not more than BTC0.05). It means even if I lose, I would lose not more than $200 a month, which was affordable. Then, the price had a rapid increase and it gradually caught the attention of media as well as investors and 5x was made possible. I now bet not more than BTC0.1 a month (total wagering of BTC0.1) which means I can afford to lose $500-$600 a month (not compulsory that I lose only, but just a speculation). That's the difference it made to the betting sizes, hope you understood how I gamble.  Wink

This is how I imagined how this should be answered. Now my conclusion is that we, the users of bitcoins, are not using it as much as how satoshi envisioned it. From what I read and understood, bitcoins should not really be pegged at the USD price but that is how we do it. We still equate it to fiat. Though what's good is that we have an alternative to fiat which is far easier to use in gambling sites.
551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Should I try to win back my loss? on: October 20, 2017, 02:37:55 AM
Updating, I lost my bonus balance at 27% rollover  Cry
So nothing from a comeback Sad

Too bad, probably on your next deposit you'll get those required rollover. Though you didn't even get near the rollover requirement, so I think it's really a lost cause here. Probably it is best not to try and win back the losses and just move on to other things. Like me, I just moved on out of a 3btc loss back in 2013. Though the value of that is not really as big as today, well I just want to say that I didn't imagine back then that it would grow this much.
552  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Free / Karmabet.net on: October 20, 2017, 02:34:13 AM
Great to see you are advertising here on the forum. Welcome.

Maybe you should also consider offering predictions that are based on odds from nitrogensports, since this is the most used bitcoin sportsbooks around here and your predictions coming from pinnacle.com might not be applicable to nitrogen.

Also do you offer paid tips or just these free ones?
553  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sports Betting Recomendation on: October 20, 2017, 02:29:54 AM
This site has a sportsbook and seems to support bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, bcc, dash and ripple with no kyc.

https://www.betcoin.ag

There is also this site which supports eth. Looks like they're for sale / shutting down.

http://eth.csgobets.org

Can't vouch for either of those places being reliable, have zero experience with eth books.

Well betcoin has been around for quite a long time compared to some of the other sports betting sites, i have never had an issue with withdrawing or playing there. If I had to suggest one for your particular preferences, I think that betcoin it's probably the best option available.
Betcoin is one of the oldest sports betting and casino games for a long time but i always thinking about what happen before when someone hit and win their free games before they are change the rules and they only pay half of winning bitcoin..  And then no other issue that i heard from them..
Since i am gamble there sometimes this is my own review that i still not experience bad issues when using betcoin games. .

They still have a bad history of scamming a player by not paying them. That's a problem gamblers should not overlook. They will never be able to clean up their name because the problem was with them and nothing outside of their control. Maybe you have a good review because you did not win something big but if you did and didn't get paid, then likely your review would be far different.
554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I won $123 for few minutes on: October 20, 2017, 02:25:11 AM
Nice analysis. Congrats to your winnings. However in gambling Im very sure that winnings are pure luck only. You win a good amount now then the next day you will lose a high amount too. But if your analysis will always be right then there will be a high chance of winning every time you gamble. Good for you, you really spend time to study those outcomes.

Well, I agree on the pure luck part but not on the days that you will win and lose. Maybe you've wrote it wrong but there's no guarantee that after a win, you'll lose next. It could be a win streak and another win streak, it could be doubled , tripled or more. If I'm right what you're saying is, chances to win and lose are all random, it couldn't be Christmas everyday.

As for the OP, it would be better if you'll update us on your future bets to see if your analysis really beats the luck principle.

First of congrats to OP, though I don't think this will consistently happen. Gambling isn't something that is guaranteed. There will be a time anyone will consistently lose, or sometimes there would be someone like OP who consistently won due to luck. We can't really predict the outcome of gambling, that is why it is gambling. The only thing we can do is hope it wins.
555  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UFC 217: Bisping vs GSP Info and Betting Thread on: October 20, 2017, 02:22:10 AM
I think bisping is going to get beat up pretty bad by GSP in this fight. Bisping is a pussy by the way. He would have lost to even to Soldier of God (yeah love his name!) if he faced him. But mr. Scaredy cat backed out because of an "injury." Though problem here is that GSP has been out of the octagon for too long and we'll have to see what he does in the fight.
556  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people are sharing tips? on: October 19, 2017, 04:51:38 PM
About the topic, I don't really think these tips are worth anything unless they prove their worth. So the question begs that these tipsters should post sample events and what are the odds of the game. It would be better to just share the betting slip, so that people could be appraised of how well the tipster is doing. Usually its just so hard to even keep up with everyone of them.
557  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: return as soon as possible and win back your losses . on: October 19, 2017, 04:43:22 PM
What are you expecting people to say here?
I like to think of it this way: If you think you can win back your losses, why didn't you win in the first place?

Then you are implying we cannot win in any case? Well so far I haven't won anything pretty significant in gambling, usually I just end up losing the whole deposit I made.
So probably there is truth to your statement. Though the chances are slim, I still believe there is a chance to get back your losses, but the chances of losing more is far greater.
558  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: October 18, 2017, 11:58:31 PM
They said if you win in a gamble you should buy something as a remembrance. So i guess i will buy a ring or watch or a necklace that is gold so that anytime or whatever happen i can pawn it.lol its an investment anyway.
I think most of the gambler when they invest money in gambling again put the winning amount for bet and for most of the time they lost the winning amount as well as they even lose their own investment, that they have put for playing gambling. i think the wise decision will be to save your winning amount or to invest it in some other profitable business.
those people are the one who really looking for an entertainment , so basically they play like this ... they are bring $100 into a casino and play it all until get busted. they don't want to bring the money back just throw that money for the sake weird hobby. i believe there's someone who did it. i just think always better to leave forever whenever you are in good profit.
Maybe the bring more than 100$ because it's up to them that how much they want to entertain there-self so it's better to say that we should need to learn from them we need to know knowledge from them because they are most experience people on the earth in gambling. So let's arrange some meeting with them if you want to become a more successful gambler.

That is right, since people can spent as much as they want to entertain themselves. Problem is that some of them are getting addicted to it and they can't stop. They aim for the wins and they end up losing more than they can. That is why probably winnings is not supposed to be their aim. Though entertainment is pretty hard to value it would really depend on the gambler.
559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there "safe" scripts for playing with 100 sat basebet? on: October 18, 2017, 11:47:56 PM
I'm playing with dicebot and i like it pretty much. The only disadvantage is that most of the gamblingsites have delays for smaller bets but when i want to play with a basebet of at least 100 sat then i have the problem that none of my scripts is safe anymore. does anybody have a recommendation for a script-source where i can find "safe" scipts with basebet 100 sat?
--i know that no script can ever be 100% safe but there are some that alsready come close to this..

Nope there aren't! All scripts are the same. It will bet the same amount at the same multiplier if given the same situation (all variables). That's the problem with scripts, they don't work since the mechanism of gambling itself will prevent anything repetitive to work. That is why if you check it for the long run, you'll see that it would all lose in the end, because of house edge.
560  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sports Betting Site Question on: October 18, 2017, 11:43:10 PM
Will there ever be a sports betting site that can beat Nitrogen?  I don't know how the rest stays in business because Nitrogen offers the best odds, offers the safest and most secure service and has one of the better selections of sports to bet at.

Tho they could use some prop bets to add some spice.  But still, I'm asking the rest of the BTC bookies, how could you beat Nitrogen?  I mean honestly...
There wold be of course, nothing lasts forever. Even Nokia died when back then it was the leading and unbeatable phone manufacturer in its time, this also includes blackberry. All of them died when the iPhone was release and as well as Android phones. I guess gambling sites will not be an exception. Someone just has to try and match them.
