542  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The best BTC cashout method? on: November 14, 2013, 11:27:34 PM
Would be nice to kow how localbitcoin really works? I imagine, like in action movies, two parties with laptops waiting for the transfer confirmation... The only thing that 6 confirms will take about an hour, which isn't really convenient...

Smartphone and 1 confirmation is all you need  Wink
543  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What do you think bitcoin will be worth in the future? on: November 14, 2013, 11:25:12 PM
I was watching an RT video with Max Keiser and they predicted that bitcoin could one day be worth $100,000-$1,000,000 each.
What do you think? Is that realistic?

It is realistic, as long as you are willing to buy 0,001 BTC for $100-$1,000 in future.
So answer if you expect yourselves buying 0,001 BTC for $100-$1,000.
544  Economy / Speculation / Re: All-time high price? on: November 07, 2013, 10:20:36 AM
1000$ in 90days? I don't think that is going to happen. When the price starts to rise many will stop trading since they will wait for a price to go up. No trade, price will drop.

That is actually just plain wrong. If almost nobody's willing to sell but a lot of people are wanting to buy the price will rise sharply (just as we see now).

Its unrealistical as most want profit or at least break even, so selling coins at some point. This bubble wont last long
545  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where do I buy LTC? on: November 07, 2013, 10:13:51 AM
I need a big reliable site with low fees where I can buy some LTC. BTC-E looks horrible and their fees are very high. And I don't know how reliable they are.

In fact if you trade, BTC-E has low fees. But I agree, withdrawing small amounts is costly

550  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: sha 256 on: November 01, 2013, 10:26:33 PM
i want to creat my own sha based coin

Use Scrypt instead, sha256D will be attacked by ASIC miners.

Alternate cryptocurrencies section will be good place to find answer to your question
551  Other / Off-topic / Re: Help... I accidentally sent bitcoin to the wrong address from coinbase on: October 26, 2013, 03:33:44 PM
If you see this transaction (even unconfirmed) at blockchain.info, nothing can be done  Sad

If not, contact Coinbase if they can cancel the transaction
552  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Best Paper Wallet on: October 26, 2013, 03:29:37 PM
What is the best way to make a paper wallet?

When generated, print it ! Do not try to just write it to paper from your screen - it is easy to make mistakes this way. I know it from serial keys

554  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Next diff ? on: October 20, 2013, 09:03:33 AM
http://bitcoincharts.com/
The stats are working, and is showing Estimated 317394413 in 1291 blks

http://blockexplorer.com/q/estimate
It gives 349942973.54871676, which is so different from the above number.

Any idea about the two different numbers?  Huh

All chains shows 349696347, the big differences depend on estimate function. Like when you expect new machines will be plugged in, the difficulty is predicted higher than if you expect no new machines are added for the remaining 6 days

You was quite brave to buy massive amounts of coins after silk road close up, so you deserve it. I did not expect to stop the fall and recover so fast, and I trading for some time already  Wink
