I warn people from social media and some telegram/whatsapp channels. i try to warn as much people as i can. but the issue is if i understand that they are scam probably they are not expert scammers  There are professional ones that it is really so hard to detect them 

Yes ethereum is going to reach 10000 usd i also agreee. And i dont think it will take so long it to happen. Because quantity of icos using ethereum blockchain is increasing day by day and ethereum becomes more popular. Vitalik is such a smart guy he knows how to make ethereum more powerful.

I check their telegram channel. if it is very crowded it is good beccause it means that project is popular so it is quite possible to collect good money or reach hard cap. second i check their spreadsheets and checking quantity of participants. if there are so many people already, i give up.

There are several tactics.
1. hodling- do nothing only wait till it recovers. (very low risk)
2. put stop loss and exit in the beginning and buy when it is deep (risky)
3. panic sell- (there is no risk loss is guaranteed)
