NO Withdrawals will be coming out of these addresses including the staking rewards. The wallet with the biggest volume is that of the soon to be Online Wallet which is https://www.toacoin.net where all the purchases were made. With this, we cut off the total volume by half including the usable staking rewards. What does this mean to the community? 1) Law of Supply and Demand dictates the price direction of the coin. What we did is cut the Supply in half while at the same time working on increasing the Demand of TOA after the recently concluded Cryptocurrency Expo in Bangkok. Lower Supply and Increased Demand definitely will increase the price of the coin. 2) In Blockchain technology, though it cannot be edited because you will be rejected by the rest of the users it doesn't mean it is completely uneditable. A group who owns more than 50% or majority of the mining/staking power can edit the blockchain to their advantage and force the minority to accept their edited blocks and dispose of the old one. Though controlling more than 50% of the staking power of TOA is not easy, it doesn't mean it won't happen in the future so locking in more than 50% which secures the chain and reducing the coins in circulation is like hitting two birds in one stone.

One suggestion is to stop the selling of the coins in packages because I think that is one of the reasons also why the price is dumping. Yes definitely we will be posting pictures/videos about it, we'll be compiling them as well and create a short-movie about it. About cutting it to 1B, that won't be possible since more than 20% is already being owned by the public and we're also in negotiation with some groups of crypto enthusiasts that would like to use TOA in their organization and use it for their e-commerce system. We removed the discount already in the website to reduce the amount of TOA being dumped in exchanges taking advantage of their 10% discount. As for the price being dumped lately, it has something to do with the price pump of BTC these past few weeks but we'll surely protect our TOA Community in the long run by providing usage in the travel industry. The expo also brought in a lot of interested group to TOA and those are not just traders, they approached TOA for bringing usage and introducing blockchain technology in Travel industry and with this we got a lot of support from several travel groups. And due to this, TOA will also spread in Thailand. As for TOA Team members accessing the locked coins, again this will look bad at us and it will negate all the hardships that we worked for these past few months. Any withdrawal can easily be seen in the Block Explorer so it will be foolish for us to do so.

We're planning to cut the volume of TOA Coin circulation to 49%. Neither Fork nor Burning of coins will be involved. Blockchain technology can only be edited or hacked if majority of the coins will be controlled by a certain miner for POW or someone who stakes more than 50% of the staking coins for POS. It doesn't mean that such has to be owned by just 1 person, it could be a collaborated effort aimed to edit the blockchain for their own benefit. With such, we're thinking maybe we can send 51% of the TOA to a number of wallets and the addresses will be made known to the public. No withdrawals will be made from these addresses so it effectively cuts the volume to 49% including the total new coins brought in by the 2% inflation rate. These wallets will also make sure no one or no group will possibly threaten the blockchain from being edited in the future. This plan cuts the volume to 49% without Forking. Burning of coins could have done it but there is this possibility of someone or some group to edit the blockchain in the future no matter how small it may be. If the question is, doesn't that leave us (TOA Team) to edit the blockchain in the future since we have 51% of the coins? Any first movement will surely be seen right away due to the blockexplorer. We will be having offices in several key cities especially the Cafe so this is a long term project. Editing the blockchain will definitely destroy everything that we'll be working on.
