541  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is becoming legal in my country! Any business idea? on: June 05, 2020, 04:26:53 AM
-seen

I think this is fully depends on your countries rules and regulations about crypto market. Govt may fully open cryptomarket in your country or can make medium level so that there may be some restrictions. So better wait for govt rules and then take your decision as there are many sector for business in crypto market like exchanges, project development, social awareness site as new to your country..etc.

thanks.

Pragna I can't fully agree with you, it depends on country rules and regulations, but even more it depends
from what you know to do, what kind of skills you have. You can have all rules and regulations, but what
that means if you don't have a skills to really do something?
If you are good in something and that's illegal in your country you can move to another country where you
can make money with your skills. I think business idea depends more on what you know to do, than from
rules and regulations of your country!
542  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: 2020 rising altcoin on: June 04, 2020, 06:36:39 PM
in my opinion 2020 has shown that eth does not give up the second position
ETH is amazing so it's always a plus to have it. Due to the rumors and updates regarding the PoS 2.0, this is gaining momentum and you shouldn't miss that.
I have been holding my ETH with the hopes that I can get a good return after waiting for a long time in losses.

Tabas we are on the same page here. I think in long-term Ethereum will make new ATH and probably we will
have a new high price of Ethereum in next few years. For me the newest update is work of developers, Ethereum
is becoming better with time, more popular! Who knows how much Ethereum can worth in next 5 years.
On list of potential alt-coins I would put Link, Matic, my newest investments. Binance coin, Tezos and Litecoin.
I have a long list and I wait for next bull run!
543  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Let's talk little bit about LTC! on: June 04, 2020, 04:17:26 PM
We can talk about LTC, I have LTC. I invested a year ago, and from my first investment I invested a few more times.
I plan to keep my Litecoins for years, and I know that some people think that Litecoin development stopped, but it's
not true, they are working like others but they don't have strong marketing like other new projects.
Litecoin is good, and they will have a great future. Now they are quiet, but that can change and they can make
progress in short-period of time.
544  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Home Court advantage = Not an advantage now because of no-live audience? on: June 04, 2020, 11:56:16 AM

If you didn't know I will tell you, for fans they say they are additional player to the team. If fans are crazy,
loud, if they support their team, if they bother opponents with loud yelling when they attack.
So what you mean here is having no Live audience is disadvantage?as if you can do something to reverse the situation?

why not just adopt about what is the set up now?you can demand that audience if available but now?either accept it or not but you have no choice.

Quote

Some teams have so big support from fans and I think playing without audience will be a different experience
for some players, attackers! They have most support from fans, for whom they will play now and have special
dances after scoring a goal?

then tell me what can we do now?do we need to let people enter the stadium illegally so you can have your audience?

Man be realistic, this is life now and players must adopt or else they have nothing to win.

We can't do anything Carlisle1, I agree with you! Don't get me wrong, I just thing that it will not be the
same, and that playing without audience will have effects on players and their performance! Audience is
making entire experience complete!
And I don't suggest anything, things will get back to normal I hope, but until than we will have to watch
games with empty stadiums! And for making bets we need to consider that, maybe home team advantage
is really lost, and it will be like that until we get back to normal!
545  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Altcoins Should Be Watched Closely in 2020 on: June 04, 2020, 10:45:39 AM
I recommend you to be aware of the top projects in this market, and the projects that are implemented IEO in Binance, which are good and potential altcoins in the future. Also I think Matic will be a great investment option this year

My last two investments were in Matic and Link, not in that order. First I invested in Link couple months ago, and
week ago I bought some Matic! I think this two projects will have a great future. At least I see that by their
communities and development!
Among all other alt-coins I have, these two are my newest, and I am glad I have them. In next few months I will
buy more, for now I invested a little over 20$ in one and over 30$ in other. Wish me luck and happy holding!
546  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Home Court advantage = Not an advantage now because of no-live audience? on: June 04, 2020, 08:00:40 AM
Home court advantage will always remain as is,because it is in the heart of player and not in the audience.Yeah it can add some boost for the players but the instinct of depending your own town is what installed into their hearts and Mind so yeah in some part there is some changes but the true player relies in their skills and not in fans.

If you didn't know I will tell you, for fans they say they are additional player to the team. If fans are crazy,
loud, if they support their team, if they bother opponents with loud yelling when they attack.
Some teams have so big support from fans and I think playing without audience will be a different experience

547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What's going on with the Kick token and it's 888888 Frozendrop? on: June 03, 2020, 12:53:18 PM
Remember the one thing: free money doesn´t exist and why would someone pay you for something that everyone, everyone received for free. It doesn´t make a sense. Bounty campaigns and airdrops are diffrent here you are helping the project grow and gain more money.  Wink

It's true, free money doesn't exist! For money we have to work, more or less, to be lucky and to earn more from
some less work, and sometimes we work hard and earn less for that. It's experience, you learn how to choose for
what to work and how much you can earn from that.
By the way I have those Kick tokens too! Got them from some airdrop long ago!
548  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: June 03, 2020, 11:48:03 AM
At first I thought it was a good idea to track it, but then I understood, the more you track, the more you will realize how much you lost and the more you wanna play to recover those losses. Because our human mind is full of unlimited greed and hence showing it anything will just fuel the desire to gamble more! So I stopped tracking and just gamble whenever I feel like. No track of wins or losses!

It's a good point Iamsheikhadil, and trying to recover loses will make you risk more, when you risk more
you can lose again, more chances for that. One of the reasons I don't keep track of my wins and loses.
I try to play and have fun, if I am good it's nice, I never go all in I try to play longer and make some little
profit.
I am thinking to try to deposit $10 and to try to make half a dollar or just a dollar every few days. Without
withdrawing, without much risking. Is it possible to do that for months and to make something with dice and
crash game mostly?
549  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Blockchain technology in universities on: June 03, 2020, 09:09:23 AM
Singapore puts Diploma Certificates on Ethereum Powered Blockchain Platform – OpenCerts Source of the link: https://blockmanity.com/news/singapore-puts-diploma-certificates-on-ethereum-powered-opencerts-blockchain-platform/#:~:text=Singapore%20puts%20Diploma%20Certificates%20on%20Ethereum%20Powered%20Blockchain%20Platform%20%E2%80%93%20OpenCerts&text=Graduates%20from%20local%20schools%20will,news%20outlet%20Channel%20News%20Asia.

Some schools are using it already! Singapore is one of the advanced countries, many countries are far
behind, including mine. With Blockchain it's not everything about payments, it can be used for many other
things. For me secure access to information from any device is what can help all of us!
We can't relay on papers and traditional internet security. Blockchain solves that problems, it's why it
will be more used by all in the future.
550  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Shady wallets for Android smartphones on: June 02, 2020, 10:04:32 PM
Some people need android wallets, I don't need it, not yet. Maybe one day when I will be able to spend them,
but until then I will keep them safe in desktop wallets, official wallets if possible.
For long-term holders desktop wallets are the best. Once you send coins there you keep them safe and they
wait there for future.
551  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: June 02, 2020, 09:03:41 PM
bitcoin is held mostly as a speculative vehicle, little used to pay for goods and services. Its value has been unstable, which impedes bitcoin's wider use as a payment medium. One of the most currency the earliest altcoins to be developed and launched after bitcoin, for instance, is accepted by dozens of businesses, per the Litecoin Foundation.

I don't agree with you Roman100! Bitcoin is used more than you think, and yes among everything else people
trade a lot with Bitcoin. I would never say that Bitcoin is held mostly as a speculative vehicle!
We can talk about fluctuations, but look where Bitcoin now, what you think where will it be in next 5 years? And
the same question should can be asked for some other alt-coins, that can have a great future!
552  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Timing to Hodl tokens is very important. on: June 02, 2020, 07:06:01 PM
I think that if you truly believe in project you will hold their tone for years! I understand urge for profit, to buy
low and sell high, to make a good profit to buy again. But I don't like to speculate that way, I think I would lose
more with trading that I would make profit.
For me every time is the right time for holding. One day when prices grows a lot, it will be a little difference when did you bought! If you choose right token or alt-coin that can grow a lot, 10k tokens will make you rich!
553  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: COVID19 and Its effect on Bitcoin & Altcoin Price? Your Thoughts ! on: June 02, 2020, 10:45:57 AM
Certainly very influential in my opinion because I see the movement of the crypto market is quite slow at the time of this pandemic, although halving has occurred but there is no significant increase or high spike, therefore I will return to normal after crypto.
I think it's not. the movement of crypto was really fast, it's considering ethereum needs a short time to recover its price to be doubled again. Bitcoin is also getting very fast recovery caused by the pandemic brings more adopters from a lot of sectors. It looks like a lot of positive impacts has been getting by crypto.

Marks1976 you are right, Bassbity is confused. Nobody here expected huge
pump of crypto-market during Corona pandemic. What we had here during that
days is good enough to push crypto-market while entire global economy was frozen.
I believe in positive sides of this pandemic for us involved in crypto-currencies.
And this is just the beginning, better days are ahead, bull market is coming.
554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: When you do think you can start betting in sportsbook again? on: June 02, 2020, 04:10:26 AM
This June a lot of good news from the world of sports, especially from the football branch of several countries have decided to start again
closed the doors match. Even the German Bundesliga has started since May. With this good news, of course I, as a sports betting fan,
will start again soon. And if it starts I like to bet on EPL, La Liga, Serie A and the NBA.

Perhaps, this June will be a new start for the sports event to continue or restart the schedule. I watch the news too on the television, and although I am not a fan of placing the bet in the sports, I am happy to see that the sports events are trying to start in the pandemic. I hope that every people who involved in the event will be okay, and I hope that they can make sure people feel safe to watch at the stadium if that is allowed.

If some sports event succeeds to start the event, I think that can encourage the other business to start, and we will see new things in many countries.

Measures are easing in the last couple of days. From yesterday there can be 1000 people on one place,
sport events are opened, with few rules to follow, like the one 1 meter between people! I saw couple of
games, but I didn't place any bets yet. I will let it for a while, to see where are teams and players now
because I am sure that this pandemic affected all of us and players and teams will need time to get back
in previous shape.
Slowly we are getting back to normal! The next few weeks will be crucial, and without many new cases
we can expect things to go back to normal!
555  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do not follow every market wave on: June 01, 2020, 10:26:21 PM
It is wrong if you try to follow every trade wave in the crypto currency market.
It leads to pressure, unnecessary emotional imbalance and fuds.

One thing is constant about crypto currency, either you track all trades, the bulls will come and the bears will come.
Fight a circle of spots and stick to it to not miss out on all.
I think it doesn't matter if you follow the wave while trading,
and it can give benefits, because the wave will determine the market direction,

It matter Lunnatic, you can lose money! Benefit is making a profit, but you can't make profit
with every market swing. I mean you can, but than you would be extraordinary trader! Rich trader!
I agree with Ifemini! To much pressure, it's safer and easier to just hold! Invest in long-term, in
projects you believe, that will make some changes in the world! I do that, and I don't bother my mind
with market waves! I try to use drops and buy in that moments, but many times I invested and price
dropped after that!
556  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump or HODL these coins? on: June 01, 2020, 07:35:25 PM
I don't hold coins for a long period this days. Many coin failed me in the past. Though, some delivered too. Currently, i hold few potential coins
it is better to hold a potential token and to be listed at the top of the ranking is better, because with the sudden situation there is a pandemic all new projects seem to experience unexpected disruptions and are not advised to hold it, waiting for the pandemic situation to be controlled.

Elisabetheva some people want to make profit in short-term, it's their goal and it's impossible to explain them
what long-term investing and holding really means! I think most of long-term holders hold for profit, it's obvious,
but in the same time we support the idea, we hope for future where crypto-currencies will dominate the world
economy! It's possible, and more time I spend in crypto-currencies more I'm convinced in that!
OP's list is amazing. Very long list, for many listed projects I didn't hear and some of them I hold too. The same
for all holders is that we add a new project from time to time, we all do that!
557  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Preparing for the ETH 2.0 PoS? on: May 31, 2020, 05:35:54 PM
Did anyone heard about ETH 2.0 staking? The minimum amount of 32 ETH is required if you want to stake ETH 2.0. If you are a validator, you need to run a validator node. But the only risk here is you need to lock your 32 ETH for a period of time.

Yes, we all heard about 32 ETH! Amount needed ti run masternode and to stake Ethereum. Sadly I am on half,
I will keep investing in Ethereum and eventually I will get too that amount. I would like to stake Ethereum and
I believe many others share this feeling, Ethereum is a good coin to have for the future.
It's nice to see that people prepare for Ethreum staking, that means Ethereum will last and it will grow. I am in with
my amount, and I will try to invest enough to have for staking.
558  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Investing in cryptocurrency but which altcoins is good for long term holding? on: May 31, 2020, 04:46:44 AM
there is no safe investment, all have risks. but by investing money in top altcoins at least you can reduce the rate of losing a lot of money because top altcoin has a more stable price than new altcoins which 90% only pumps and dumps for the long term

But don't forget that if the top altcoin down, the price can go down deeper, and it is hard to go up again if the bitcoin price does not increase. I think he can select bitcoin for the long term holding as bitcoin will rise so high in the future, and he can make a profit from the price. But yes, I agree with you that there is no safe investment, and we need to realize that. Before we invest, the first thing that we should think is about how much money we are willing to use in the investment, so if we cannot make a profit in some time, we will not be too regret.

Ethereumhunter you are right, here we talk about top alt-coins all the time, but in a fact things can change
and alt-coins that are on top now can drop down, and some new alt-coins can replace them! People here should
be ready for changes, that happened before many times, and it will happen again.
It's why my portfolio is getting longer every month! One of my newest investments, long-term investments is
Matic! For beginning I bought 1100 Matic!
559  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Tyson vs Holyfield Charity Fight on: May 30, 2020, 06:41:55 PM
If that's the cause, why we should look for a reason not to support them? This will be a show match and the problem is how they will manage to make this charity match into reality?
They are old and they are no longer in their primes, we can't expect an intense fight but it should be a good show.

It's what I think Tabas, this will be just a show! And people will pay money to watch that show, and that
money will go to charity, and that's fine, many people need help in these days.
I think it will be more than just a fight, there will be girls, some side shows, and that will be spectacle for
people, and it will help a lot of people with money they gather here. I will watch this show, I believe it will
be interesting.
560  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you gamble to escape your problem? on: May 30, 2020, 04:46:51 PM
It's hard to gamble in my case when I have problem, I prefer to take a break and just cool things down before I gamble again, I always lose when I am gambling with problems running in my mind, but it's a case to case basis, some people can and some people even forget their problems when they are playing, I can't do that I cannot concentrate.

This is a good advise for all people who have a problem. Don't run in another problem, take a break, think about it,
and do what you think it's best for you. Running from one problem into another will just make a huge problem, and
that will explode somehow, I wouldn't like to be near that person!
I think control is the key, take control over situation, solve the problem and relax after that with some game.
