OZ will struggle more in their second innings due to changes in the pitch its likely the match will end before day four and we will have a result for sure if there is no interruption rains.

Australia is already having a lead of 400 plus and therefore the pressure on the bowlers will be reduced. The absence of Hazlewood will be neutralized by part time bowlers such as Marnus Labuschagne and Steve Smith. And I don't think that the Kiwis will go in to attack mode with such a huge target on board. They will be defensive from the first ball onward.
5402  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Indian Super League (ISL) Football match updates, predictions and discussions on: December 14, 2019, 04:19:41 PM
First half of the match went in a much smooth manner without any goals in the first half. Second half has begun with continuous goals from Goa and ATK, and within the first twenty minutes of the second half three goals were played. Goa on its home ground with good support leads the match with two goals. With today's win Goa has topped the points table moving ATK to the second position.

For now FC Goa will top the table with 15 points from 8 matches. But we have the Bengaluru FC vs Mumbai City match tomorrow, and in case the former wins the match then they'll top the table with 16 points. In case they loses the match, or it ends in a draw then FC Goa will remain at the top. BTW, the match between Northeast United FC and Chennaiyin FC was postponed due to the rioting in Assam.
5403  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SCAM ICOs, what we can do? on: December 14, 2019, 04:08:37 PM
The most logical thing to do under such circumstances is to stay away from the ICOs. As per the latest analysis, more than 95% of the ICOs which are getting listed nowadays either turn out to be scams, or fail to achieve the soft-cap. So why take your chances when the probability of getting a positive ROI is so low? I would just stay out of all ICOs until the situation gets better.
5404  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 14, 2019, 02:33:57 PM
The point here is that New Zealand will not chase anything beyond 300 runs as the pitch will not be that easy to bat on, you can see how the Australian players struggled in the second innings as the New Zealand bowlers were peppering them with short balls and it was not that easy to bat on and in that case how can we expect them to chase a total like that and they have a good spinner in Lyon to contain one end.

Not just Lyon, but Marnus Labuschagne is also there as the spin option. During the first innings of New Zealand, he had taken the crucial wicket of Mitchell Santner. But that said, with both Mitchell Starc and Pat Cummins bowling in peak form, I don't think that the spinners may get much opportunities to bowl their spells. If everything goes as per the plan, then Starc will finish with another 5 wicket haul and New Zealand will lose the match by a considerable margin.
5405  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why Altcoins not Growing These Days on: December 14, 2019, 02:12:20 PM
How can you say that the altcoins are not growing? The Bitcoin dominance according to the coinmarketcap right now is around 66.5%. It was around 70% a few months back. So the market share of altcoins are increasing for sure. But then, I don't expect the shitcoins to go up for no particular reason. The spike may be limited to the coins that have real usage.
5406  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What is for you scam project and what is for you good project? on: December 14, 2019, 02:06:27 PM
It is very easy to identify the scam projects. If the promoters take all of your money and vanish suddenly, then you can be sure that the project is a scam. The catch here is that we'll come to know that it is a scam, only after we lose all of our hard earned money. It is much more difficult to spot good projects. You need to keep track of the project at regular intervals and need to make sure that the timelines are being honored.
5407  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Will binance reach $23 as per experts prediction? on: December 14, 2019, 01:56:28 PM
The decline in BNB valuation was unexpected. Six months back, the market capitalization for BNB was $5.5 billion, and a lot of the analysts were predicting that it may reach $10 billion. And now the same figure has declined to less than $2.3 billion, despite the exchange showing no signs of slow down or fatigue. Perhaps it was over-priced earlier and now it has reached its fair valuation.
5408  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: there are still many who invest in cryptocurrency? on: December 14, 2019, 01:49:54 PM
I think most of them prefer only Bitcoin as a safe harbor. It's risky to invest in any new project right now. Therefore, I think they will continue to wait until there is less risk environment and high profitable buying opportunities in the market.

Well.... Bitcoin was the original cryptocurrency which was invented by Satoshi Nakamoto. There is no other cryptocurrency out there, which we can trust 100% (not even Tether, after all the recent controversy regarding the line of credit given to Bitfinex). So if you want to take as little risk as possible, then the only option left in cryptocurrency market is to invest in Bitcoin.
5409  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Are stablecoins a definite solution against a bear market? on: December 14, 2019, 01:41:15 PM
Candidly speaking, yes. Haven the experience of a bear market from 2018 till date made me to developed more strategies for holding for gains and not for loose. My bitcoin and ether are always converted to stablecoin whenever the bear market persist. So, stablecoin are more safer than the fiats but not in all stablecoins.

Against smaller altcoins, this may be a good strategy. But I would not prefer this against the established alts such as Ethereum and Bitcoin. Because when the bull run starts, you will have to convert your stablecoins back to BTC or ETH at higher rates. I would rather prefer keeping my ETH/BTC as such in the wallets. We are holding them for the long term. So what's the need to worry about the short-term dips?
5410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 14, 2019, 01:31:32 PM
I don't like the Aussie skipper not talking the follow on. He would have won the match with an innings to spare and that is termed as a big win in Test Cricket.
The decision to bat was to give the bowlers some rest as  Hazlewood is injured and Starc and Cummins had to lead the bowling attack and then there is Lyon to hold one end and they need some rest as they cannot keep on bowling as they will get injured if they are not getting any rest and the decision not to enforce the follow on is understandable but they would have declared the innings a bit earlier to give a few overs before stumps rather than batting the rest of the day.

Even without Hazlewood, Australia will be able to restrict New Zealand for less than 200-250. So ideally they should have enforced the follow on. It is disappointing because Tim Paine has an impression as a captain who is not afraid to take risks. But his decision today went against the norm. Anyway, there is no hope for New Zealand. I really doubt they will be able to score anything more than 200.
5411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 14, 2019, 01:16:02 PM
Muthiah Muralidharan was born in Srilanka but his origin was from Tamil Hindu community,at that period there are some wars going on among Sri lankans and Tamil where Sinhalis asked all thamil people to go back to India and killed millions of people who refused to migrate but now Srilankan Cricket board proud of having such a player. Its wall fo shame or just for political benefits. Angry

Obviously in Sri Lanka, there is a lot of ethnic tension between the minority Tamils (who are mostly Saivite Hindus) and the Sinhalese (who are mostly Theravada Buddhist). But in Sri Lanka there is a clear cut separation of cricket from politics. You will not find a single Sinhalese who won't support Muralidharan. And similarly, you won't find a single Sri Lankan Tamil who doesn't support the national team.

^^^ Now I am not going to say that Samson deserves the spot better than Pant. It is up to the selectors to decide. But are the selectors doing their job without any bias? I remember the incident in which Hanuma Vihari was picked over Karun Nair, when the latter was in good form. And it didn't surprised me back then, because MSK Prasad (chief selector of the Indian National Cricket Team) came from the same state board as Vihari.
It is the biased decision of the selectors, Sanju Samson was selected for two T20 series and that too against weaker opponents and still if you are not getting a chance to play the game what do you call that, people are selected just to supply water and warm the bench Roll Eyes. They could have selected the retired Sachin Tendulkar instead to have a high morale instead of selecting a player just to view the match live in the stadium Tongue .

Samson should not get demotivated or demoralized. He is just 25-years old and he has managed to get the support from tens of millions of Indian cricket fans. If he has the talent, then he don't have to worry about anything. It is just a matter of time before he becomes a permanent component of the playing XI. The coach and the captain won't be able to ignore him for too long.
5413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 13, 2019, 07:00:46 PM
The selection of Rishabh Pant is getting very controversial these days. Keralites are not happy, because they think that Virat Kohli, being a Delhiite is giving chances to Pant because he is also from the same state. Those fans from Bihar wants Ishan Kishan to fill the position. And if MSK Prasad has his way, then some sub-standard player from Andhra will come up as the replacement for Dhoni.
It is true that keralites are not happy with the team selection, if you look at the amount of exposure and opportunity Pant is getting even with constant failures is frustrating as if there are no other players in India to be picked in that position and Pant might be getting the nod every time may be because they are from the same state, the reason why there is a huge cry for Sanju Samson is because there are not much players that are in contention to play for India but Samson is performing really well for a long time and still he is neglected.

Players from the smaller state boards always face this issue in India. I don't know much about Kerala cricket, but I have read about K. N. Ananthapadmanabhan. Once he was regarded as the best spinner in India. But he was never given an opportunity to represent the national side, because the selectors were afraid that if he performs well, then Anil Kumble will be out of the team. At least Sanju is luckier than him.
5414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to prepare for long term HODL on: December 13, 2019, 06:52:12 PM
I think this listing should start from the last. The best way for long term hodl is staying updated a coin might upgrade its blockchain to own blockchain, it could be delisted from exchange, it could turn out to be a scam as well. The only way to boycott this is staying updated with information as regards such project.

Boycotting is a stupid idea. There will always be noobs who are ready to invest in such coins and tokens. When I was new to cryptocurrency (early 2017), I was tricked in to investing in a few shitcoins. I suffered some losses, but that experience taught me some valuable lessons. Regarding your post, I would say that rather than pushing with boycotts and all, it will be better if we let market to decide the fate of a particular shitcoin.
5415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: December 13, 2019, 06:46:24 PM
This isn't happening only with South Africa. There'll be politics in each and every country's cricket board. In countries like India there is politics, but they create reasons and give retirement ans at times keeps players on rest. From India we can see large number of players getting their names on teams like UAE, Malaysia, Singapore and so on. One such player of India making big records from another country is Muthiah Muralidaran.

I am surprised that you came up with the name of Muthiah Muralidaran. He is a pure-Sri Lankan cricketer with no connection to India. His ancestors migrated to Sri Lanka many hundreds of years back and you can't label such people as foreigners to that country. He can't be compared to players such as Eoin Morgan, Jofra Archer, Ben Stokes and Imran Tahir.
5416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 13, 2019, 06:40:18 PM
Anyone still interested in the two ongoing test matches? The first one was washed out (Pakistan vs Sri Lanka). With two days remaining, I am 100% sure that it will end up in a draw. The other test match (NZ vs Australia) is turning out to be an one sided affair with New Zealand trailing by 307 runs with just 5 wickets remaining. Mitchell Starc broke the backbone of New Zealand batting lineup. And this same Mitchell Starc was dropped by stupid Australian selectors during the Ashes series.
5417  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to prepare for long term HODL on: December 13, 2019, 11:45:32 AM
In my opinion, one way to prepare for HODL in the long run is to continue to monitor price charts and pay attention to the good news for the development of the coins that we hold so that we can make a decision when is a good time to sell our assets.

Well.. that depends. In case you hold a large number of coins, then it may be difficult to track all of them. Also, the news from many of the smaller altcoins and tokens are not updates or verified in real time. By the time you are able to verify a certain piece of information, the price movement might have already happened. In the world of cryptocurrency, the coins can either skyrocket or become worthless in less than 24 hours.
5418  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: John McAfee Believes Dogecoin “Will Go To The Moon” on: December 13, 2019, 11:30:22 AM
I would laugh my balls off if Dogecoin became the defacto stable coin used for getting in and out of other coins. What a complete FU to the world that would be.
hahaha, same. His words will make DOGE more popular

Well.. if a coin such as DOGE becomes a stablecoin, then that can mean only one thing - something is seriously wrong with the current state of cryptocurrency market. How can a coin that was created just for joke become a stablecoin, with more than $100 million in market cap? And this is happening when a number of really good coins are going down in the market.
5419  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Test Cricket Prediction and Discussion Thread [self - mod] on: December 13, 2019, 11:23:04 AM
Kane Williamson and Ross Taylor are rebuilding the Kiwi innings slowly. Around 16 overs remaining for today and I hope that they'll get to around 100 without any further loss of wickets. And is anyone even following the Pakistan vs Sri Lanka match at Rawalpindi? Play was called off, after around 5 overs of play today. The first innings is not yet completed, after 3 days.  Grin
5420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: December 13, 2019, 11:17:49 AM
India has given more chances for Pant to perform and i think the pressure to replace Dhoni is affecting his performance, once he understand that he is not going to replace a legendary player like Dhoni then he might play without pressure, he is also missing catches as a keeper and we have much better wicket keepers than him right now and we need to give others a chance rather than putting more pressure on Pant.
