I think it will affect the promotion strategy of the new businesses related to the cryptos, we have seen in the past that many new service providers are running the signature campaigns to promote their business.
So? That's a good thing. Signature campaigns is a very useful marketing strategy to promote new sites, and forums are the best place to get a lot of information on the topics you are interested about because there will be a lot of helpful users around the forum assisting you on the problem you might be facing in the crypto-currencies world. So I would say if this forum exists, I don't see any particular reason to stop all signature campaign here.

That user is a spammer; therefore, why would it see anything wrong when they're doing the same thing? That depends on several thing, e.g. your settings, the market conditions, your starting capital. It can be anywhere from a few days to several weeks. -how much manual intervention needed?

If this equals to being a scammer, more than half of the *coin manufacturers* in that section would be scammers. Just my 2 bitcent.  He is claiming the retail cost is lower than it really is.
