Come and grab a cheap game now! Offers are welcome!
5422  Other / Archival / Re: Updated Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns on: March 03, 2015, 09:59:22 PM
The OP has been updated. polynesia, thank you for filling in the provided form! And of course, everyone who has posted updates, thank youa s well.
As of right now, BitDice.me isn't escrowed anymore. I've sent the 3BTC back to them, as request by them.

Don't you think that you should add a Cell for Staff members on the signature compaigns ? there is  few signature compaigns that have higher rates for Staff members . Such as PrimeDice & Bit-x which I see you left .
People have asked me this a few times and I haven't been convinced to change the current layout. This is because not a lot of staff members have a paid signature/are looking for one and it will reduce the space for text inside the table even more.
5423  Economy / Gambling / Re: MoneyPot.com -- The Social Gambling Game on: March 03, 2015, 09:22:11 PM
sed, for the love of god, stop complaining about bits. It has been used for a while now, MoneyPot didn't invent it (a quick Google search reveals that it has been used on 27 nov. 2013, which is way before MP) and if you can't handle a new unit, which isn't even hard to gasp, then just don't play. People have been answering your questions about bits every goddamn time in the most comprehensive form possible. If you don't want to play on MoneyPot because of that, well, go play somewhere else.

And yes, I don't like bits either, but I don't like any denomination outside BTC.
5424  Bitcoin / Electrum / Re: Electrum 2.0 release on: March 03, 2015, 05:33:35 PM
I'm going to repeat the question I had last time, which sadly went unanswered:

you need to create a special wallet, that will contain only imported keys.
see https://electrum.orain.org/wiki/Frequently_Asked_Questions#Can_I_import_addresses_from_other_Bitcoin_clients.3F
Could you guys explain the reasoning behind this and is their anyway around it? I have some imported addresses that are important to me, so I'm going to stick with 1.9.8 for now, I guess.
5425  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Dutyfree.io - Buy cheap cigarettes with Bitcoin on: March 03, 2015, 06:48:09 AM
Can you provide "tester" packages? Like one pack of 10 different brands or something?

If not, you should start something like that. Smiley
He has a tester package in his store. Just search for it. Wink

Hey all,

Here is a new update on our coins. I hope you guys don't mind the waiting. Max tries really hard to get everything done as soon as possible.

Hey Mitchell, this weekend I finished assembling the original eBay orders. I'm starting on this batch tonight, and will ship them out on Wednesday/Thursday Express Mail. Please thank everyone for their patience, I'm hard at work here and anxious to catch up with all orders.
5427  Other / Meta / Re: Username Change Because of Rebranding on: March 02, 2015, 06:13:23 PM
I am confused. Did you actually donate or did you have to do something else to get your username changed?
I'm guessing that theymos saw this thread and changed his name for him, because they would have a donator status if he donated.
5428  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Re: Book release : Blockchain Programming in C# (Part II) on: March 02, 2015, 03:39:33 PM
Damn, those are some sweet subjects! I might even start with C#, just to try this out. Keep up the amazing work! Grin
5429  Other / Meta / Re: Username Change Because of Rebranding on: March 02, 2015, 10:23:12 AM
Theymos might change your display name (not your username) if you send him a PM. He has done this in the past and may do it for you, if he feels like it.

Your other options are:
  • Buying a donator status (yes, donators can change their display name as well).
  • Registering a new username (someone already did that).
  • Use your personal message to tell people that you guys rebranded to Veldt Gold.
5430  Other / Off-topic / Re: The no ad-sigs posters allowed topic - come and not be annoyed by rubbish posts on: March 02, 2015, 10:00:39 AM
I hope it's okay if I join this thread. I have been a paid signature whore in the past, but I dropped it this month because I could no longer justify to be part of a group of users that spam borderline on-topic crap everywhere and that have shitloads of accounts. Yes, I do have a signature for Blocktrail, but it's not paid and I only have it to support a buddy of mine (Tjopper).
5431  Local / Nederlands (Dutch) / Re: Bitcoin... op weg naar 1000 USD :) on: March 01, 2015, 09:50:12 PM
Ziet hier iemand bitcoin nog the 1000 halen?
Ik. Geen idee wanneer, maar ik weet zeker dat we weer bij de 1000 zullen komen.
5432  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Dutyfree.io - Buy cheap cigarettes with Bitcoin on: March 01, 2015, 07:48:09 PM
I don't need more than one "slof" every 4 weeks, I think...  Lips sealed That'd be a bit too much for my lungs.

How toevallig that you're from NL too  Grin
You should be golden then. I have tried to find rules and regulations for cigarette import, but I couldn't find anything usefull. The only information that I found was how many you can import by airplane (so, when you get back from your vacation and bought cigarettes in the VAT-free area or in the country itself), which is useless to us.

And we Dutchies are everywhere. That's something I do know. Grin
5433  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Dutyfree.io - Buy cheap cigarettes with Bitcoin on: March 01, 2015, 07:36:36 PM
Are you located in Europe, by any chance? I'd like to ship to the Netherlands. Would love some vouches for that!
As a matter of fact, I'm from The Netherlands. I've received over 8 packages now without any problems. However, I never bought more than one "slof" per delivery, so that might be a reason why.
5434  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: Dutyfree.io - Buy cheap cigarettes with Bitcoin on: March 01, 2015, 07:33:24 PM
Mate, ordering in 1 week. Please don't be a scam  Embarrassed
If it helps, I can vouch for only. I have bought numerous times from him and I've never run into any troubles.
5435  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: GoldBits - Newbie scammer on: March 01, 2015, 07:26:08 PM
I've said that I would apologize if GoldBit's sale proofs to be legit and I trust elianite enough to believe that the coin is real. So, GoldBit, I hereby apologize for accusing you.

However, like others have said, I'm almost certain that you are going to pull a long con, based on what has happened and the PM's you have sent me. I cannot prove nor disprove this, so we shall see what the future holds.

Hey all,

I was away from the 26th to now. I will be updating this thread shortly (need to read up on everything I missed first). Thanks for keeping me in the loop.
5437  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Average Age for Bitcoin/Crypto currency users on: February 26, 2015, 07:58:10 AM
I'm a twenty years old male who has been using Bitcoin since he was 17. I am an IT student so I'm naturally attracted to Bitcoin and new technologies.

Awaiting on my 0.03 BTC, been waiting awhile now
You won't get anything and MICRO told you so. There is no need to repeat yourself.

Hmm. Weird. I was the first poster on the thread.

Username: Candy

Thanks alot guys!

Any reason I didn't get credited? It was my one and only account. Maybe I was missed?

Yeah, anybody who has more than -1 trust didnt get this and wont get future giveaways.

Its for more than -1 coz negative trust from one guy can be false but if there are more then we are safe to assume that user is a scammer or something like that and it did deserve that trust.

Sorry again, Stunna said they have right not to credit anybody they feel like abusing or scamming . And i posted couple posts above that people with negative trust will be disqualified.
