5421  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NEGEXC - Next Generation Exchange on: May 03, 2019, 07:42:14 AM
First point, our whitepaper is an original idea from our team ... it might look the same as some other projects
It's not original as it's copied from other sources. Don't deny it because I have the links

Second point, we enter a reference to tell the reader that the data I get is in accordance with the data
I don't see the reference links for the sources on the whitepaper.
Or perhaps you want me to open a scam accusation for plagiarized white paper?

I am trying to be lenient to you because if it was someone else, they would have already opened a scam accusation.

How did you install it? Using the tar or by downloading it via the packet manager? The last I checked was they had issues with downloading it through a packet manager. Try compiling from the source as per the instructions mentioned here : https://github.com/OpenBazaar/openbazaar-go/blob/master/docs/install-linux.md

It would be helpful if you mention the Linux distribution you're using.
I installed after downloading it: https://github.com/OpenBazaar/openbazaar-desktop/releases/download/v2.3.3/openbazaar2_2.3.3_amd64.deb
It was not openbazaar-go thou,
My linux distro is Ubuntu.

The desktop version on windows is working fine to me it looks like there are something corrupted files during installation. You maybe need to install reinstall it or follow the troubleshooting command line from the link below.

Thanks, It will try it out reinstalling and see if it helps.

Fake volume = Higher coinmarketcap 24 hour volume rankings = More traders registering/More Coins listing/More Money from listing and trading fees.
5424  Economy / Service Discussion / Openbazaar not loading images on: May 02, 2019, 06:38:15 AM
Is it just my computer or currently images do not load on openbazaar desktop client.
I downloaded it and it's my first time using it on my Linux PC.
Could I be doing something wrong?

I will be grateful for your help.
5425  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: The Complete Satoshi on: May 02, 2019, 05:23:21 AM
That's so crazy . Why someone claims to be Satoshi without cryptographic proof?

I also believe that the real Satoshi destroyed all his keys, so not even him could prove himself to be Satoshi . Unknown identity was the thing to decentralization of btc
All those who were claiming to be Satoshi after BTC became great are just some greedy bastards trying to create hype for the shitcoins.
If you ask yourself Why would Satoshi want to be known now and yet back then She/he/they tried all She/he/they could to be anonymous knowing that it would derail a dream he/she/they created 10 years ago?
5426  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] NEGEXC - Next Generation Exchange on: May 01, 2019, 09:26:36 AM
Why does your white paper have plagiarized texts and yet you didn't bother to include references to the original owners of the content?

5427  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Localcoin.is - Plagiarized Whitepaper on: April 30, 2019, 09:58:46 PM

You should investigate further more and don't point any fingers without any evidence

What more evidence do you need?
Your whitepaper was plagiarised and all the links from which it was plagiarized are in the OP.

Its you who hired the team and not ICOEthics. So do your part or else your reputation is at stake.
How shall you handle investors' money if you have failed to even manage the white paper situation for your project?
5428  Economy / Reputation / Re: Vod is a liar who abuses the trust network to cover his lies. on: April 27, 2019, 07:14:08 PM
hello, my name is Adeleke my account was hacked and the hacked begged for merit and you left negative feedback which has restricted me now that I have gain access to my account now.

Metalog records in BPIP show that your profile's password or Email has never been changed so i doubt there was ever a hack on your account. You are even just making thing worse.

You mean you have just seen it now?  Cheesy
AFAIK, the option has been there for a while now...
5431  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Localcoin.is - Plagiarized Whitepaper on: April 25, 2019, 04:30:11 PM
Despite the warning, OP of the ANN then went ahead and opened up a bounty thread the next day even without responding to the accusation.
I have put up a warning in the bounty thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5135574

Not sure if Xterry is part of the team or just an announcer but seems to me he doesn't really care about his reputation in the forum.

SCAM ACCUSATION ALERT ⚠️

There is an open accusation against this project and the team has refused to resolve it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5135210.0
Please do not advertise the project until they resolve the scam accusation or else you risk getting red tagged if you continue participating in their bounty.

5433  Economy / Reputation / Re: Bye Bye abusive trustfeedback on: April 25, 2019, 12:07:20 PM
Basing on your statements, looks like you really wish the trust system fails.
I am not saying it's a perfect system but with it in place, it's very helpful currently rather than if it was to be removed or if it failed.
People would no longer be trusted and trading, business and other deals would come to a halt in the forum which would not be a good thing for bitcointalk.
5434  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Verify short links before clicking on: April 24, 2019, 02:29:38 PM
It's a very important point OP. we have so many people creating guides here and Newbies can easily be tricked into clicking on malicious and phishing websites just because the links have either been shortened or have been masked using the forum's hyperlink insertion feature.
Members have to be pay so much attention to the links they visit.

2. Keep your Anti-Virus Version Upgraded!
never use anti-virus on my linux. i dont know it safe or not.
i have old pc 1 ram only when use that get lag for surfing
Using Linux doesnot mean that you will never get attacked one day. No system is safe from hackers.
It's just probably because Windows is a high priority for the hackers since it has so many users in it compared to other operating systems.
So it's better you have an AV in there.

Hey, sorry, I wasn't able to directly help you as I am not so familiar with Zcash but I propose you move the topic to Hardware walletsBoard to get proper help.
The Move topic option is on the bottom left.
Cheers.

Not only privacy coins but one can also anonymize transactions using
- Mixer services
- Better Atomic swap platforms that don't require login such as coinswitch
- Traditional DEXs
