So guys lets talk about prevention. After my coins were stolen I installed a TPM module and encrypted my drive. Will this help? Other than the obvious like an antivirus and a password on wallets, what else can we do to protect ourselves?

Guys X15 coin just shot up 180% on bittrex and I have a dead wallet with 200k of X15 in it, can ANYONE get this jump started?!!? I will chip in to a dev that can get this going.

I took a chance and emailed the bitcoindark dev to see if there is ANYTHING he can do to reverse the 7700 BTCD I lost. I dont know if he can roll back the chain or reverse this. I doubt it, but I dont know what else to do

HERE IS *ABSOLUTE PROOF*: Notice the time I downloaded zipcoin wallet. The second it was downloaded , I executed it.. in that SAME minute it created the keylogger Ztor.exe. The time and date are IDENTICAL!!! Also since when does a wallet qt file create files in such crazy locations, it even created a darkcoin.exe and a bitcoindark.exe in the same folders I mentioned earlier

The zipcoin file is CLEAN NOW, but I STILL have the original one, one hour after it was posted on Altcoinherald. The wallet that is there now, is NOT the original!!!

I DID use the print screen and brought up MSpaint, and saved them as JPG. Then I clicked on insert image and got :. I tried to drag and drop. Was expecting a browse.

Explain to me how I scanned my ENTIRE drive with HUNDREDS of wallets and the ONLY thing it found was zipcoin as a virus.. in the LOCAL FOLDER!?!?!? SINCE WHEN does wallet qt install there , AND install a strange exe in memory?!?!?!

Ill tell you why this file is running, is because its a keylogger designed to steal your keystrokes when you unlock your wallets for staking. See the pic below, if you have these files, its a matter of time before disaster strikes.

Check the following folder and see if these files exist on windows:
C:\Users\<your user name>\AppData\Local\Spoon\Sandbox\Zipcoin-Qt\2.0.0\Stubexe

In Stubexe youll find wierd folder names , in them youll find the following files:

Ztor.exe the keylogger that stays in memory

Darkcoin.exe this will suddenly pop-up for no reason, if you allow if, it allows remote access to your computer
 
Bitcoindark.exe This transfers all your coins from you to him.

The following wallets were cleaned out: Bitcoindark, litecoin, Xcurrency, and maybe more. I was trying to post pictures , but cant figure out how. If someone can explain I will post pics. I am ashamed that I am a computer expert and lost thousands to a scammer, but I wanted to come forward and warn the community. The mods from this domain need to take down the link and post VIRUS in big red letters on the op.

I think bitcointalk moderators should require a facebook page in order to list a coin. That would stop all this chinese bullshit, and it MUST be a mature facebook page. Either that or a mature account on bitcointalk. If you are a noob on Bitcointalk and have a coin you want to launch , you MUST get involved with the community and have atleast 30 posts. That will stop this bullshit dead in its tracks! Why has no one done this? NO MORE NOOB ACCOUNTS FOR DEVS, IS THAT EASY!!!
