Wow indeed! Smiley
So will they be getting the BTC logo on the airband area just like the other teams in the sponsorship deals?
Where will the sportsbet.io logo appear since they already have the front area occupied with emirates. Embarrassed

I got my yellow cap! Grin

Congrats rdbase!
Please PM Steve with your Sportsbet.io user name to claim your Yellow Cap (if you haven't already done so).  Wink

Yes I have and received it so thanks to you, steve and sportsbet.io for a good start in the round of 38. Unless the season will be cut short of the 38 games played for some odd reason or another. Undecided

Looking forward to the next one just a day away. Have already put in my picks early a few days ago just to get a head start of the group. Wink
5443  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 'BUYING BITCOINS WITH GIFT CARD' \0/ on: September 15, 2020, 03:45:31 PM
paypal agrees to link these gift cards
you know of other payment processors, where you can do the same Shocked
There is a service I just heard about https://www.cardcash.com
They are new so never tested them out so be wary.
Also worth mentioning they are more targeted towards people who are in the united states, so this might be a problem for you if you aren't.
5444  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 15, 2020, 03:37:34 PM
Great, thank you! I have directly created favorites for FlashScore + SofaScore.
SofaScore also has a really great iphone app. So I'm looking forward to the next game day Cool
Since it fits now well I would like to mention www.livescore.com because that also works really good on my mobile.

And congratulations rdbase. Have fun with the hat Grin
Thanks everyone for the congratulatory messages, It was all beginners luck really! Cheesy
So my question is how many yellow caps do you need to really make a dent in the prize pool? Smiley

As I didn't know you receive one for reaching 1st every week and remember someone saying (I think it was bitcoingirl) who mentioned we needed 18 games correctly predicted to have a hat donned on you.
But this is great to know so to make a better effort in the predictions for next week's round.

As for the score sites: I like sofascore because they show player prop points live during a match, so this feature is an added bonus for those who have certain players in their pools.
I've used flashscore but their interface makes it difficult to find things at times. Haven't tried their app so can't comment one that aspect of the site.
Haven't tried livescore and might check them out to see if I like them better than sofascore.
Thanks mole0815! Wink
5445  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🚀 Sportsbet.io - Proud partner of Southampton FC 🚀 on: September 15, 2020, 01:12:32 PM
^^Are you sure they will be trading Deeney to west brom?
He is the captain and they rarely have any team trade those type of players unless they are doing a reorganization of the entire squad.

They released a sportsbet.io app just before the match started and I downloaded it and it is quick and easy to use.
But two problems with it:
-It didn't put an icon on the phone screen after the download so to just click on it to start the app.
-The vip tier system is missing from the app when you login so you don't know how your progress is going.

I just reached gold tier level 2 and received my reward just before the game started and didn't see it available until I opened the site on my desktop instead of the app.
After getting use to the app I noticed these two issues I had when I first downloaded the addition and can be resolved rather easily:
The app icon can be placed on the phone main screen by just finding where it was installed in the search apps list.
Once found can be dragged as a copy to the main screen. Not a big deal. Smiley
To get to the vip status rewards page you just need to click on your balance under your username and at the top of the screen it will show your current clubhouse tier and by clicking on the Show my progress arrow will display your rewards page.

Just need to do some searching around for these features but they are there within the app.
5446  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 14, 2020, 09:21:26 PM
If Chelsea ends with a 3-1 score then this would give me a close result with 1.5 pts.
So I will end week 1 with 11.5 score on the leaderboard.
Stevebitcointalk was on a roll at the end and was catching up fast on the leaders in the top 5 fast.

He managed to get upto 2nd place in no time Wink

I got my yellow cap! Grin
5447  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 14, 2020, 05:13:29 PM
Whomever had Wolves to score over 2 goals had their dreams come true within the first 10 minutes of the game.
They lead 2-0 already! Wink

It will be very tough for Sheffield to score in this game. But I have them 2 goals so I hope so. Sad
5448  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Navi 21 next generation of rdna better to mine than current navi cards? on: September 14, 2020, 03:14:47 PM
^^
I am imagining the same scenario the way this is going to play out for this generation of cards being released by each manufacturer of their camps.
With Radeon VII(since discounted) having the HBM memory they will need to pony up the next evolution of this chipset to even compare to the ampere at this point.
5449  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Navi 21 next generation of rdna better to mine than current navi cards? on: September 14, 2020, 02:26:57 PM
Just checked the tech spec sheet on navi 21 the next amd iteration of their rx6000 lineup and it states it will have 12gb of ram onboard.
Yet this leak has 16gb labelled on the card itself. So this might be the testing for the next navi they could be releasing after 3090rtx is dropped after September 24th potential release date?
Or could be just like what nvidia is doing with the 3000 line releasing 3080 with 10gb and 3090 24gb.
5450  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Newbee: Is bitcoin a real currency on: September 14, 2020, 01:01:20 PM
The US courts did declare it a form of money in Washington back at the end of June of this year. Embarrassed
So to the states it is a seen as a real currency thus this is why there is strict regulation for any business to obtain a license for trading or anything to do with bitcoin & cryptocurrency. There was a whole documentary about it two years ago about this very thing.

This is a good color coded map showing which countries view bitcoin legal to use in their respective regions.

Excellent video released today regarding the different tiers of AIB involved with graphic card processing.
Also a leaked pic from a chinese tester of Navi 21 with a potential 16gb of gddr6 ram onboard.

Now I am beginning to have my doubts this release by AMD sometime in October will contend with rtx3090 from Nvidia being released later in the month.
5452  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2020, 09:15:07 PM
What a way to start EPL. I certainly didn't see Leeds scoring 3 goals here. And that's why I only got 2 points (Superbru) after three matches.  Grin
Current Top 5. The Cream of the Crop after those matches.

Nobody and I mean NOBODY saw Leeds scoring 3 goals let alone almost setting up a draw only if Salah didn't score that penalty thus allowing him to complete his hat trick.
So we going to call him Mo-Pensalah for the rest of the season? Cheesy

Just checked the leaderboard,
I missed watching this game due to some technical issues I had with a small project of mine being the weekend and all.

Was surprised to see I'm on top of the leaderboard after day one. Shocked
If Liverpool had just kept to the script and kept the scoreline 3-1 (I tuned in when it was 3-2) I would of been over the moon with today's result after my first time participating in the EPL pool hosted by Sportbet.io.
Thanks goes to them and hilariousandco for messaging me when it started.

Bring on tomorrow's matches! Wink
5453  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io Betting discussion thread rev on: September 12, 2020, 04:15:13 PM
Southampton just about a draw with Ings right infront of the box but the Crystal Palace's goalkeeper had a game saving deflection at the 6 minute mark into injury time. Shocked
They deserved the 3 pts this day.
Wilfred Zaha scored the only goal and almost put it away with 15 mins left to play but it was ruled offside.
There goes my saintly offer bet on Southampton to draw. Wink
5454  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2020, 01:41:09 PM
Decent start for me. 1 point from 1 match. I had 1 - 2 win for Arsenal.

I did not watch the match, needed to do some work to manage free time to watch Liverpool match. There will be no chance for Leeds at all!

Let's wait for the line up.

Does this qualify to get a yellow cap? Beginner's luck in the pool for me. Wink
Long way to go. Still we have 7 more matches and if you finish at the top then you will get the yellow cap.
I see okay thanks for the little bit of info on how to get it.
Once our picks are locked we can't change it before the match starts?
5455  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Sportsbet.io's English Premier League Football Pool Discussion Thread on: September 12, 2020, 01:30:55 PM
Looks like I got the first one of the season spot on! Grin

Does this qualify to get a yellow cap? Beginner's luck in the pool for me. Wink

With this being Gabriel's first appearance on the team and it was a good start for him and Willan as well.

Anybody watching Watford vs Middlesborough? It’s only just kicked off, I thought I’d tune in to see our boys first game of the season.

GO HORNETS
Yes I am because I knew they would be mad as hornets after being regg'd out of the EPL so they will be very anrgy and out for blood in this game.
And 10 minutes in they score 1 for the good! Wink
I think it's the new coach. Didnt know his win rate was 71% prior to this match. Shocked
Let's go boys! I went with the special on this one! Cool

Fantastic Steve, you keep spoiling us like this, thank you. This is going to be the easiest 10x this entire weekend guys =p

I've gone on and put down a bit more than my usual tenner, because well, Liverpool are WELL WORTH IT.

Also in on MMaster, Mmagic and SportsGuru. And if anybody still wants some of that Watford special magic: 5/1 on Over 7.5 corners, Over 1.5 goals, Over 2.5 yellows and Watford -0.5 handicap. What can I say? I'm all in.

I think they are all winners except for the multimagic one only because I have tottenham to draw for my EPL pool pick.
I have a strange feeling mourino hasn't done anything since last season and they will not come out of the gates running for this season.
Did you see Harry Kane during the Nations for the last two games?
He is just playing dreadful.
I do like the liverpool all three scoring though. Thanks steve for listening to LFC_bitcoin's suggest on that one in time to get the team on it so to make it happen before the weekend's game.
Salah and Mane to score is a given but Firmino is the only one that probably would need a free kick or penalty to score one for it to hit like the others.
Just hope Watford can score this game today since you don't know how they will do with a new lineup without doucoure being on the team any longer.

Big Navi announced to drop tomorrow according to a tweet from one of the AMD devs it seems.
https://wccftech.com/amd-big-navi-rdna-2-gpu-powered-radeon-rx-6000-series-unveil-tomorrow
That article was two days ago.. that news was out yesterday.
According to youtube it was less than a day ago which they had leaked information about the 6900 series performance for AMD where they will be releasing it October 28th.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y1JUNBAXusA
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xw43n0Hv8rY
But release dates always change and I would assume they will bump it closer if the RTX launch from Nvidia on the 17th of this month is going to blow their new offering out of the water.
They will start to get scared the closer this launch date is from Nvidia. Embarrassed
