Due to in demand of bitcoin I think $3000 dollars were easy to hit for bitcoin. Also holding bitcoin for the following price was good idea because I believe that bitcoin value were raised up.
Yes you are right that bitcoin will hit $3000 very easily because bitcoin is going day to day establishment in case of increasing investors so if the price of bitcoin is up and down never sell their bitcoin because in the becoming months its price will going to increasing and never goes to below so I also suggest that holding bitcoin when its price will not goes to $3000 . Yes I think everybody is anticipating tha $3000 per bitcoin. Hope after this constant decreasing we will see some made in heaven rate. Trading with btc - eth, I buy too high ( 0,082 ) and today I sell all on 0,077. Before that trade btc - ripple ( xrp ), make mistake buy 0,0002150 so today I sell with price 0,0001200. I decide to sell all because my patience is finish. I have loss almost 40% from my money, my question is simple ................. stop or continue?

While trading sometimes I drop back from my original plan. Such emotional decisions often bring loss cuz I tend to change orders on panic or when I mistakenly expect more potential income. How do you deal with that if you feel the same way?
When you feel like losing, take a break, just inhale and exhale. Clear your mind from everything. Pick up your thoughts. Drink a glasss of water and ask yourself how far will you go. Is it enough or not. I think these are the ways in controlling your emotions. We all want to get at least some profit but the most important thing is never get panic. Calm yourself. |

Yes it can be but not for now. Maybe some more years, when bitcoin is acknowledged all over the country. When all the merchants are accepting btc as payment. Of course there will be no long waiting for confirmed transaction, no need to show your phone just to make him believe that you already sent. No double spending. Oh I wish it will be happening sooner. But for now cash is the most convenient to use as ever. |

Ultimately, the economic majority along with miners will decide where bitcoin should head. If UASF fails perhaps bitcoin would continue to be as it is now but we're likely seeing a SegWit activation either way. Hopefully no major chain split will occur because an "added value" scenario like ETC with ETH could me more damaging in bitcoin's case.
Activation of SegWit will improve or worsen the situation? Of course, it will improve the block chain. That's why segwit2x is here. Let's wait for the activation and put our hopes in positive way. And one thing is sure after August 1, bitcoin will be still on us. |

For long term storage, please use offline paper wallet or hardware wallets. Paper wallet must be carefully generated though.
For daily/ frequent use, you can consider one of the mobile wallet- after all you do not bring your computer with you everywhere. Try breadwallet.

Huge amount of bitcoin for long term savings - choose offline wallet. Lower fees, shorter confirmation times. All of this is for bitcoin, of course. Other cryptos need the acceptance part of it. More integrity among the users, as this crazy crypto world is full of shitbag scammers and other knaves. That's about all I can think of. Well I don't really have that much so I just using online wallet ( coins.ph ) and offline wallet ( electrum ) for my back up.
But when I got some really much I'm planning to back up in usb type. I think its much safer than anything.

Honestly I believe bitcoin is better since one you don't use your credit card so you don't loose you needed cash but instead your cash that you could easily earn back from mining. Plus, it's open to all ages unlike credit cards.
We need both, althought cryptocurrencies can help for make transaction fast, cheap fee, privacy and security but some people old year old or poor country not know it and how to use! Regular currency very important and easy for use. About crypto, I think it will help young children can buy online without credit cards, this is good for them if they want buy any things but not old enough for have credit cards (I was one of them  ) I'll go for real currency. Just my opinion, crypto currencies will be worthless without fiat. And this is how it works. You can't tell that you're rich when all your "money" is in just in your phone. It's still only a number. It will become valuable when you convert it to fiat then you can tell yourself that you're rich. |
