I have Linux bootable USB already, but since with non-persistence disk, whole of installed file are lose, i install this linux using rufus, i don't know if it fully OS or just trial OS. I will try to learn it again

at the very least you must verify the dll you downloaded by checking its SHA256 hash (don't trust the SHA1 provided, it is weak) and the certificate it has to belong to Microsoft.
Thanks for the input, I really want to use Linux, but because there is an office system that can only be installed on Windows. So, I can't switch OSes at this time. Regarding updates from non-3rd parties, I admit it was too risky for this decision. However, Since i try to install VC_redist only, but doesn't work, and I did not find a vcruntime140.dll file that I could except to download from the 3rd party. So I do this. Aneh juga kalau tiba" error dan filenya corrupt, jadi bikin susah buat troubleshooting. Ane kemaren juga update dan install feature upgrade tidak ada masalah sama sekali.

Dan biasanya yang jadi faktor pemicunya ialah :
- File VCRUNTIME140.dll terhapus secara sengaja/tidak sengaja
- File VCRUNTIME140.dll corrupt
- Perangkat dan OS terjangkit virus atau malware
Iya mas, mengenai vcruntime140.dll ini memang tidak hanya pada electrum, cuma pada kasus saya ini saya rasakan kebetulan saat electrum versi 3 terakhir tiba2 error dan nyoba install yang baru kaya gitu. Kasus vcruntime140.dll error ini juga pertama kali saya alami sejak punya pc. mengenai filenya sendiri saya scan PC ga ada masalah, mungkin emang karena corrupt, soalnya PC saya baru melakukan update terakhir (auto) sabtu kemarin, minggu saya ga buka PC, jadi baru ketahuan kalau ada yang salah pada saat buka electrum karena file tersebut. |

I don't know the previous version of vcruntime140.dll I have, because I'm not checking it. For the version I downloaded is version 14.26.28619.0, for VC_redist which has x86 and x64 versions of the default system (and my electrum also has no problems before. This problem I experienced today) and in this case, I only reinstall the x64 version (because my pc is based on x64).

This is one of the mistakes that is often made by newbie. They are trapped in the desire to get a lot of profit from altcoin. I did that a few years ago, there was no bitcoin, I chose 5 altcoins, all of which were altcoins in the top 50 CMCs (because I used to depend on ranking on that time), the result, my lack of knowledge made me lose a lot of assets when prices all coin plunge. Since then, I think diversifying with altcoin in order to pursue high profits will make us enter into the "greedy" trap as mentioned by the OP. So, choosing coins that are safer and stable/fiat is the best for me. However, if you think you are investing in all altcoins to find diamonds, that's no problem, we have our own views. DYOR |

Just want to add for points 5, Diversify with only on altcoin can also be a mistake. Most coins are following Bitcoin, when bitcoin goes down, everything goes down, actually losing bitcoin can be less than investing in an altcoin. If you really want to invest in altcoin, in my opinion, the only thing done is 40% in stable coin/token, 30% in Bitcoin and the rest is up to you (you can change the portions as you wish).
