5461  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can disappear? on: August 23, 2016, 08:06:58 AM
changes is the only thing permanent in this world.nothing will lasts forever. even bitcoin can disappear in the future but i think bitcoin still has a long way to go. don't worry mate, it will still last more years. for now, happy earnings to all Cheesy
Of course, so we should not trust 100% in bitcoin and will blindly put all our investment, it is the principle in investing that even how good the investment is we need to diversify it as we do not control the future and anything could happen so it is better to minimize the risk.

Couldn't agree more. I think that when doing an investment you have already have knowledge with its risk to prevent in being broke in the future. Some dont need to experience a big loss to know that. Just some simple testimony from others and knowledge.
5462  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 23, 2016, 06:46:28 AM
Both of them, I buy a lot of things on the internet, because its convenient and I see many flexible opportunities to invest with bitcoin.
yeah I also use them. I'm using bitcoin to my advantage. I use a variety of methods and I used to earn and sometimes I use it bitcoin to buy something (as my currency). but it is very rare Because You know bitcoin has not been so accepted

We are all the same with this problem. Well it is not the currency when you are walking in a mall. But when you are using a monitor a keyboard and an internet then it will be an easy to use currency. Many online shops now are using it as a currency for payment.
5463  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People hate Bitcoins? on: August 23, 2016, 06:34:49 AM
People who hate bitcoin are crazy people.
That is not the reason why they are hating bitcoin.. and i think they are just luck of knowledge about bitcoin thats why they are hating and ignore the uses of bitcoin.. but if bitcoin will be more popular and more countries and stores are accepting bitcoin they will change their mind.

People don't hate bitcoin, but the gorvernment officials hate bitcoin, especially Chinese officials, they defamed bitcoin is a ponzi scam, how retarded they are.
Not all governments actually hate them. Some governments actually love them since it's a new way for them or something else to put tax on.
Some governments however recognizes bitcoins as currency in itself and some just don't care.

Yep, communism countries hate bitcoins, like Chinese, Vietnamese governments hate bitcoin and ban them. But they are incompetent to ban them.

I think China have the larger percentage of owning bitcoin. In my opinion, they would grow it more and maybe use it for power someday. They are good in thinking for their future and not just waiting for what happen.
5464  Other / Off-topic / Re: Do you actively spend your bitcoins? on: August 23, 2016, 06:20:42 AM
yes we have 2 shops here in our area who are accepting bitcoin, sometime when i need some thing from that shop i visit and do shopping in bitcoin, its really feels very good while shopping in gambling.
its cool for you, i have no bitcoin shops around me and i dont have any places to spend my bitcoins on shopping
you are right there is also bitcoin is not acceptable in shops and i recently use bitcoin just for online shopping, but i am sure we can be use bitcoin in shops in the future .
I saw someone that is shopping with bitcoin, the thing he is using is some debit bitcoin card, soo its possible already to shop anywhere as long they work with cards. I dont spend outside online almost my earnings are invested into bitcoin projects and all online.
my friend using xapo debit card for buying anything in ebay.com, that's very easy to use, in this time so many new debitcard linked with bitcoin, but only few merchand accept 'real bitcoin" in his payment processor.
It is fine that we have to bear the little charges on debit cards as long as we can spend conveniently, everything is possible with bitcoin and we can actively spend our bitcoins indirectly with the help of the company who believes in bitcoin, like those providing credit cards.

Indirectly will not be enough. If we want to really get known we must do more than this. But I guess this is a good step. We cant hasten it and it should one step forward maybe in a year or every 6 months. There should be something new that will pop up which can make bitcoin more seen by the public.
5465  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: August 23, 2016, 05:50:47 AM
if you talking of income outside the domain of bitcoins obvious you need to get a job but if it's on the forum I see loaning out BTC as a way to make you some money

Lending is bit risky as you don't know how genuine is a person you are dealing with, so its better to concentrate on signature campaign and by offering services from where you can expect guaranteed income.

signature campaign is good source to get some income for sidejob, the rate is very acceptable, i can use from signature campaign to paying my electric cost so i get full profit in mining Smiley

but for me campaign can't used as steady income, we must use other way for steady income

Anytime we could lose this income. We better be always ready for that and have looked for more while this job is still existing. We dont want to be idle in some time, that would be sad.
5466  Economy / Economics / Re: USD vs BTC on: August 23, 2016, 04:01:58 AM
USD still popular over high popular is compare bitcoin
you wrong is compare, maybe compare dollar paypal , dollar perfectmoney dollar okpay is right placed compare
is comare USD not equal, USD real curency in the world , bitcoin digital curency

I have no idea what you are trying to say but for me I think USD is still better currency in compare to bitcoin as it can be used anywhere to buy anything.
thats not true, in my opinion bitcoins are way better because it is a decentralized currency that is not controlled by governments

That is why it is not going to become higher than USD. Because it is implemented by the government and controlled by them. That is why bitcoin is just relying on the price of USD for its value. If you are going to ask the government to make bitcoin as their primary currency well that is the time only that bitcoin is going to be on top.

We all know that we have government in every country democracy, anarchy or monarchy they all want their own currency to be on top. It shows how good a country is and  proving they are way better than others. Bitcoin have no home or own government so where could it get support but only from free people.
5467  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin worst decision you will ever make? on: August 23, 2016, 03:56:11 AM
the worst decision I ever make with bitcoin when I am not buying bitcoin when its first launch on 2009  Grin and I don't follow any news about bitcoin. until this year 2016 I've meet and know what is bitcoin. but i'm not regret it, still I am very luck I can know bitcoin as soon as I can and I think its a long journey to start following bitcoin journey itself.

I also made the same mistake. One of my friend asked to me invest in bitcoins in the start of this year when the bitcoin price was $380. At that time, i didn't have full confidence in bitcoins. Now i feel i made a mistake.

We all have that same worst decision, we did not trust bitcoin before.  Even myself before already heard about bitcoin but of course it is such hard to believe that a programmed currency would really have a price in the market.  If only we know that bitcoin thing is real before many could have became a millionaire.  Hope that it would happen on the newly evolved altcoins in the market right now cause I have invested on them. Wink

I remember bitcoin at $250 and I really dont thing it will grow this much. I used to look at oil price and I see just one digit movement in it per barrel. Maybe I got used too much with this movement I didnt see bitcoin would go with three digit movement. It proved we cant really predict something.
5468  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: August 22, 2016, 04:17:04 PM
I cant see any future for paper money . Paper money era will be dead .Long live Bitcoin
Not that fast bro, you have too much confidence on bitcoin that you will beat what the government are implementing, paper money will not be lost in the circulation and that is for sure because we do have our brothers and sisters who does not know how to operate online transactions using bitcoin.

Sure it is not that fast. But in more years to come children will grow and they will be the one who will be in to bitcoin. We dont forget about the old ones. I am just saying that it is circulating and we know how technology grows and even children can manage to use a computer nowadays.
5469  Economy / Economics / Re: Investing Bitcoins? on: August 22, 2016, 04:13:14 PM
investing in bitcoin is very unique way to growing our money, because bitcoin have very unstable price, if we can invest at right time and close our investment in right time too, we can get more profti than invest at gold or home stay.

Investing money in bitcoins is really a good investment to make, but on other hand investing bitcoin online is very risky as there are not many places whom we can trust.

Specially wallet exchanges and the possibility of a hacked bitcoin. There is so many risk but it is the same with keeping a gold or wearing it. The risk of a thief robbing you and might also kill the person and the risk that your house will be trespassed by some bad people. Same with banks.
5470  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin really unbreakable? on: August 22, 2016, 04:09:24 PM
Since it is in the world wide web then it is breakable. I think someone must have seen it but wont do it with the fact that he could get arrested anytime or might be even put to death. So much money is being talked here so it cannot be done by a single individual who knows the risks of breaking it.
5471  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin be replaced by another cryptocurrency? on: August 22, 2016, 12:24:21 PM
I hope it will not happen soon or will not happen because I have my investment with bitcoin. But if that will happen I have no choice but to accept the reality. So maybe this time I should also be investing with altcoins since there are altcoins that has a good potential now to replace bitcoin like ETH.

Well you can do both and it is actually profitable. Many have testified it and they are still doing it up until now. Not having any problems but gaining more in this process.
5472  Other / Archival / Re: Do you use bitcoin as currency or investment? on: August 22, 2016, 09:35:11 AM
I used to invest by bitcoin. I love to invest in some kind of HYIP programs. But they all turned in to scam so i did not invest anymore. NOw i use bitcoin as a currency to buy and sell things.
If you want to invest I prefer to invest on such gambling or casino site's but yeah it's not like HYIP can give profitable double in 24 hours but better it's safe but still risky tho.
That's good you've started trading now with Bitcoin, mine too but still I'm using both of them and mostly as currency as because investment for a long term.

How I wish I could start trading. I am seeing myself trading soon. I still need to study the workaround and the fundamentals of trading though. I still don't have ample time at the moment but I am seeing that I can do that within the end of the year. It will be my retirement hobby soon Smiley

Trading will just be there waiting for you. Better to have more knowledge than just running through it with a gun but with no bullet. It can be a hobby anytime for it doesnt take much time.
5473  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin dropped to $1, what you do? on: August 22, 2016, 07:50:55 AM
Many people here don't seem to understand bitcoin at all. Bitcoin at 1$ can't happen. As it drops, either there is no particular flaw and the drop won't go too far, or there is a big flaw and bitcoin will simply die. Miners will stop their hardware, and you won't be able to even send or receive bitcoin, let alone exchange it for fiat.

Of course we all know that bitcoin is not going to fall at $1 but op is just getting the opinion of the people here and majority tells that it is going to be a good time for buying a lot of bitcoins. Because falling of bitcoin is going to be happen only for a short time and mostly the rising of price is going to be longer than its downfall.

If bitcoin falls to $1 then it will be the best time to collect maximum coins, as everyone is sure that it has an potential to rise again in future, so after that even if it reaches to $100 then it will be a great profit to earn.
I think the potential bitcoin after falling to $ 1 would fall dramatically I think once that happens, the better withstand the desire to buy because it is very likely the price will actually be down very sharply and the price may be dead. so look at the situation before buying dude

Well if no one is going to buy with that price for sure the economy of bitcoin is going to be dead for real. But I know that there are a lot of people who are very wise in the economy of bitcoin because it is always going to be profitable for them even what it is going to happen with the price of bitcoin. If the price is going to be low then they are just going to buy.

Thats not  the case since as they see the bitcoins price had declined  they would lost  their trust  to it  and for sure there are new alternative or new alts that would take the place of bitcoin and  those  big investors  would   buy  those coin   rather  than to bitcoin again which they already saw  that its already declining  or even  dead.
If you say that the bitcoin is going to die i do not agree with you mate and there is no alt coin will replace the mother of crypto currency and i also not agree with you that the users will lost their trust and bitcoin and just pick other alt coin to invest. Some users do investing in alt coin but it remain their main cryto currency is bitcoin.

He didnt say that it would  happen  he already stated  bout  his view about the possibilities  when bitcoin price would go to $1 price.  He might a point though i think because  if bitcoin  would decline like that maybe ether  or  any alts would  rise its  value against btc then   some investors would find   a good price alts  rather than $1 of bitcoin, you  could only say that bitcoin is superior because hes top  of the  cryptocurrency world  .

Good point. Instead of investing to bitcoin that decreases its value already to $1, invest instead in other alt coins against bitcoin. Well, the big profit here is the process bitween current bitcoin prices down to $1. When the $1 mark is reached, less to no profit at all if we invest to other altcoins against btc.

I think it the film "The Big Short" who have done this. Betting against a large economic mortgage housing investment. All of them laughed but not him. Though it is really like at the end he aint happy of what really happened.
If this $1 sh!t happen then I am off also to a better one. But I will still leave some coin making sure that if it goes back to a better price I have some in it.
5474  Other / Off-topic / Re: Where u use bitcoins? on: August 22, 2016, 07:15:33 AM
I am using bitcoin in poloniex to buy and sell coins alt, then when it was my profit partly widraw and so I use again in poloniex

Good strategy.  Grin Doing it also at poloniex. I guess it is now the most trusted exchange since Bitfinex is gone, many will be switching in it and it will grow large I hope they dont end up same like others.
5475  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: "Bitcoin" is the hottest topic for me.. on: August 22, 2016, 06:18:19 AM
I think no because I believe the hottest topic for now is "Pokemon GO"
But according to Google, you can see that "Instagram" is the most searched topic in the past 5 years.

And this is Bitcoin's
https://www.google.com/trends/explore?q=Bitcoin

Since bitcoins are currently used some % of people in the world, and it will become hot topic only if any significant good or bad news comes out on bitcoins or related to its transactions otherwise I don't think it will be a hot topic. At least in my surroundings many people don't anything about bitcoins, it will become popular only if it is accepted in any mainstream business.

The hot topic so far is always the bad news. It is like media, government and people against it are rejoicing whenever something bad came up. They dont know they are helping in advertising bitcoin and putting a question in some people mind. "What the heck is bitcoin?" Then there you go another bitcoin user is born.  Tongue
5476  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Safest way to sell bitcoins? on: August 22, 2016, 02:32:15 AM
Posting trade advertisement through the localbitcoins.com website is the safest way of selling bitcoins compared to other bitcoin exchange websites.

You just gotta make sure though if you do place the advertisement its under a escrow option which most people know this but I`ll repeat it.

The non escrow options are people doing local transactions that meet up for cash.

As I mentioned before depending on the amount youre selling though.

I will go with the escrow thing. You are minimizing a lot of risk in here. The meet ups are the safest but where will you find one that would willingly exchange, the other problem is, are there someone near you that would do it,?
5477  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: reasons to buy from individual? on: August 22, 2016, 02:24:29 AM
i think it is faster to buy from individual and you don't have to give that much info to him

Yes, that is true. Mainly people buy from individuals primarily for some reasons they don't want to share their personal details to buy bitcoins either through bank or any other ways people can track. But if we want to buy faster nowadays there are places we can buy almost instantly with bank accounts, so I think the main reason is they want to hide the identity.
It is also cheaper. When you buy at a paid website then they need their investment back so they put larger price in their items. Same with exchanges. Altcoins and bitcoin have a larger price compared when you buy in a person where you could talk where the price is just at the middle of the buy and sell price.
5478  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you do with your btc? on: August 22, 2016, 02:17:28 AM
Hello btc users! Just interested - how do you spend your BTC bitcoins?
Buy something, trading, maybe just collect and waiting for good price? Smiley
keeping them until bitcoin reach 1000$ then withdraw it all and spend   Grin Grin Grin

That will take time. Do you have the patience to wait for it? I say use it to create some more. That way, while you are waiting the profit that will take place will also be larger.
5479  Other / Off-topic / Re: Old people earning bitcoins on: August 21, 2016, 02:26:57 PM
Most old people will unfortunately never own, not even understand bitcoin, because bitcoin is a thing for the next generation, for the kids that are being born using smartphones. Old people is too used to physical cash and bank accounts, so once the new generation is old Bitcoin will be huge. All those kids in Steam already know what bitcoin is, but they are too young to own any.

I hope that is not just the way. We also know that this old people are risking their money to some mutual fund or a equity and bonds. They put money in there expecting it will grow in the future. What if they know there is another way. Then we get more investors which are older ones who takes the risks better than young ones.
5480  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What if POKEMON GO let people earn Bitcoin? on: August 21, 2016, 03:58:27 AM
I don’t think letting people earn bitcoin by playing Pokemon Go is a good idea because this game is meant to be fun and entertaining, and if we let bitcoin involved in this game, it won’t simply be a game anymore and people will see it as a place to earn money and when that happens, what’s the real point of playing this.
Pokemon Go’s aim is to make players have to stand up and go around to catch pokemons so if you buy some rare pokemons on the online marketplace, why do you even play this game for? It tents to be fun, don’t turn it into something that deals with money.

Actually it deals with money. If you want to be really the best in this game tou can buy some of the items in their shop to make it really fast, like the double experience. This is a game where Niantic will be the winner not the players, same with other games.
