Most of the bounty hunters do not get payment despite their hard working and some gets a little with shit token. Can we prevent it? Just an idea.
What if we everybody stop to promote a project which offers only token?
For launching a project, the project owner or developer should have some money to promote the project. Say for example- they have to escrow a minimum of 40% of the bounty allocation in term of usd or btc. Only then we can prevent scam ico and bounty hunter will get their money. Can we start following this rule?
I think this a very good idea to encourage bounty hunters at least to have something to earn at the end of the bounties in term of real coin not shitcoins however to implement this idea the forum moderators are the only authority that can implement this idea else a lot of bounty won't response or key to this idea they would rather disobey this order. |

The collapse of the USD doesn't automatically mean that the majority of people are going to move to bitcoin. While yes, some may do, but majority(especially the non tech-savvy people)? Probably not; though I definitely hope they give bitcoin a shot. My number one issue with this is bitcoin being stolen from the non tech-savvy simply because of the lack of knowledge in how to protect their funds.
It will absolutely be very difficult for non tech-savvy people to cope with the adoption of bitcoin having been used to fiat and lack of knowledge in the transactions of btc is going to spell doom to them as you rightly said there are a lot of challenges ahead if possibly the US dollar is ditched for bitcoin and its subject to global recognition by counties willing to adopt it however that is going to be a plus for btc users if eventually China carried out their threat definitely the price of btc will pump. |

Every month or so, new altcoins get listed to crypto exchanges
But I do not see their "intention" of getting listed in this situation of the market.
What is the point? They are becoming more and more worthless, even up to 0.0007$ or so?
If i overview the technological aspects, most of them are data platforms, service platforms, or reverse-ICOs.
I mean, is Blockchain technology even going to develop further so that it can be commercialized and standardized?
Its true looks like everyday we have new ico new ANN thread new worthless coin/token, Some are just creating ICO and collecting money with no real use case and scammed so many people so we need to be careful on what altcoins are we going to invest. I think SEC will step in and will eliminate worthless ico's. SEC will eliminate the ico which has gained money from US investors. They will not even care about what will happen with investors from another country. Most of icos don't even know what is blockchain and how to research its potential. Basically they are creating their own idea based on their imagination. And wild imaginations they have lol Most just go nowhere... Also to many scams... iv been victim to a few which led to me stopping investing in ICO's Its becoming very worrisome in investing in ICOs now as the whole idea is getting out of hand with the massive proliferation of scamming ICOs and their worthless token, well I hope the much awaited SEC will sanitize the system so as to restore and bring back confidence to potential investors and I just hope it won't take long before the approval by SEC. |

I bet we will see better and baddass projects in 2020 simply because bitcoin halving is 2020 ,since what most devs care about is market condition and fear of dumping there tokens 2020 will be a better target for upcoming projects and that doesn't mean there won't be scam projects too ,profits is all we care about isn't it?
i think it will no t be called an ICO that time because now some has changed already into STO security token offering where the project will be registered through government concern agency. This will ensure investors investment that will going to be implemented in a project will not be scammed by any team unless it will fail and a refund will be made. Changing ICOs to STO will bring in more confidence for investors and probably scam-free with the government interference however having of bitcoin in 2020 may not have any tangible impact on any ICO or STO because this is subject to how the existing ICOs had fared recalled many projects of ICO are already dead or dead on arrival with worthless tokens. |

I was quite aware that many airdrops requesting for KYC sole aim is to steal people's identities thus I kicked against in participation rather than the illegally sending of fake IDs which is absolutely uncall for. |

I don't how weird this may seem but my most used cryptocurrency is Ethereum and my major use for it has been gambling, I'm not a gambling addict and I could have my Ethereum for several months or most times even convert my fiats into ETH not and decide not use them, but more often than I used it gamble on decentralized betting platform, and convert into BTC when I'm to gamble on BTC-only accepted platforms. What would the websites be, or physical places you visit for your purchases? About 90% of the times when I needed to convert fiat to ETH or BTC has been online, via Luno or Paxful (a peer to peer market place with variety of payment options) respectively, In my country there are not so many physical places where you can trade cash for cryptocurrencies. I agreed with you with using cryptocurrency as a digital currency for trading purposes I use ethereum for trading binary options I am quite satisfied and fulfilled while avoiding the cumbersome processes of using skrill, PayPal etc. I also used a decentralized broker where the issue of price manipulation by scamming brokers is a thing of the past while I don't have issues with withdrawal of my crypto funds as well as exchanging it to fiat. |

The bear market has persist and since you open this thread till now nothing has really changed except downwards movements of pricing. Bitcoin has been going down and it is just a little above $3000. I think something technical or fundamental has to happen before we see changes in the direction of the market.
Updates and some new adoptions will bring the market to go high again, we don't have any ideas regarding to possible change trend but while waiting for this moment, we can help by holding what we have inside our wallets and share more ideas to those who are ain't aware about this system, bearish will only ends when more end users will buy and hold following the principle of supply and demands will awake the bull to run back again.
