I wonder how much in total crypto world has created money into the world. Think about it they are paying salaries, they are earning income, they are paying taxes, they are spending money on stuff they buy because owners get rich. There is literally a whole economy created by blockchain and crypto.

All those companies and all those owners and workers and partners all making money from something that didn't exist 10 years ago or so. People who are working as blockchain developers are building dapps and ICO's and so forth all learnt it in the past 2-3 years probably, max 5 years, its a brand new thing.

There is literally no 20+ year experience people on the market, everyone is literally around intern levels for most other business' yet we are still making enough money for a 20+ year experience person because we are valuable.
5482  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: June 08, 2019, 09:01:49 AM
The tricky situation on 3-1 leads is that raptors are going back home now, if they win then they win however if they lose then they are going to play on oracle arena yet again which warriors may get Durant or not but still at home, if warriors win again the series are tied and then on game 7 the warriors have the momentum on their support so it gets very difficult not to lose a 3-1 lead if you lose at home.

However, I do not believe it will be like that this series, I feel like warriors are looking like they have already given up and they will be just playing for playing's sake and not to win, of course there is a winning mindset in them since they are NBA level players but not like they were previous years and not like raptors have this year.
5483  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How safe is Bitcoin gambling on: June 08, 2019, 08:17:41 AM
Depending on where you play it is the most secure and safe way to gamble. Normal online gambling or even the casinos in real life are usually scams, you can find one or two good ones but in all reality most of them are scams, even if not legally scams they are just charging way too much for the house edge and they "steal" your money in that way.

However, in crypto gambling the house edges are much much better than the other ones as low as 0.5% in some places (most commonly 1%) and you can literally test if they are scamming you or not with provably fair. Hence bitcoin gambling is by far the safest gambling option anyone could possibly have if they do play at the right place.
5484  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in - Win a Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2!! on: June 07, 2019, 03:10:09 PM
I still can't believe they come as far as giving away a Lamborghini. I mean when I first registered to freebitcoin there were ads everywhere and as far as I remember there wasn't even dice (or maybe it wasn't emphasized so I don't remember) I remember the faucet and I think I remember lottery too but vaguely. Now this place is full of games from sports betting to other bets to lottery, dice, rewards, daily compounding investments, contests and anything I am missing out.

So, in order to fuel all of that they do keep on adding new stuff that will make them money because the more places you have the more money you make on average but also the more chance you have to lose money as well, if you have hundreds of games just one of them might have a big winner and you use the other games incomes to pay that up.
5485  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲EOSBet.io - Licensed Casino Platform 🎲Provably Fair 🎲NOW ACCEPTING BTC ₿ on: June 07, 2019, 02:44:54 PM
You can maybe sue them but I am pretty sure if someone got their money stolen they will not also look for someone here to tell them pay upfront 5% of what they lost and wait for a call.

I am sorry game-protect maybe you are trying to help people (I doubt) but even if you are legit and want to help "victims" no victim would like to give you money upfront online without knowing you at all when they already lost money on the casino, they prefer to meet with a lawyer face to face and press charges to the casino that way, its expected from people that got scammed online to not trust online people asking for money for a while. If you were scammed by a bank would you go to another bank to press charges? I don't think so.
5486  Economy / Speculation / Re: Address 36png4nUpGkCrYnRXNR4PMSRFEgGadmh8S sent -25,160.31BTC to coinbase on: June 06, 2019, 09:03:10 AM
If this is the case then you have no idea how lucky we are right now. I don't know how many bitcoins were sold during this new drop but if it was as high as 25k bitcoins and we only dropped from the resistance to support levels and didn't drop any further then we are super lucky.

Normally, when something as big as 25k is sold we drop like hell, I mean like 30%+ lost in a day is not something shocking in bitcoin we had that before so if 25k was sold and we are only here that means people still believe in bitcoin and we will definitely get to a higher price because there was just one person who sold but all others are still long on bitcoin.

If this created some wave of people selling then it would be bad for us but it didn't so I would suggest everyone to buy bitcoin right now and hold, we will go above 8.5k soon.

Okay so what do we have now? Klay is probably out, at least they may not want to risk him, Durant is definitely out, Looney is out for the series. That leaves warriors with curry-iggy-dray-cousins and all toher bench people I assume. Its still not a bad team of course but if raptors can't beat the warriors in game 3 with that many people missing then I am sorry but they will not be able to get any chance like this in their entire life. This looks like the weakest warriors has ever been on finals and I think with game 4 or 5 Durant will return so raptors needs to get this win. Hell they needed to get game 2 as well, if they were 3-0 with this roster at least it would be possible for them to win even when Durant returns, now the series is at 1-1 and even if raptors win it will be 2-1 and Durant may return which will still be decent at least not getting sweeped but low championship chances.
5489  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: June 03, 2019, 04:53:45 PM
One of the most boring matches I have seen in my entire life. Liverpool just found the score through a penalty on just second minute and all game just dropped the tempo. They literally made Tottenham sleep all game so there was no rivalry or anything going on, all both teams did was stay calm and pass as much as possible without really going into attack ever.

I am sick and tired of this type of games, Chelsea used to play like that and that sucked so bad, they won couple cups as well but at what cost, I understand Liverpool fans are super happy because after all they have won the cup but all other global fans that are just here for the cup really couldn't possibly be happy for this game, look at the 4-0 Barcelona game and look at this, so much difference in the team with just simple tactical changes.
5490  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Intraday vs HODL on: May 31, 2019, 04:58:47 PM
Everyone can hold easily but everyone can't do the trade! So, who can trade they always will prefer trading because it is better than just hold and sitting! So, it depends on you. For example, I love to trade and I am a holder too. If you are a trader then you have two options!
The market has already created opportunity for everyone, and both have their own benefit that sometimes, I imagine which one is more profitable, but the reason why I will prefer long term investment is because I am someone who is a bit hypertensive, and day trading will give me lots of tension that I am not prepared for.

I don’t want to die before I get to enjoy the money, so I would rather hold my coins and just lock my mind that it is a future investment, let’s say 5 years, because if one is not careful with Holding too, you will just be getting yourself worried on a daily basis. So holding is mine till we moon.
5491  Economy / Economics / Re: Belarus has launched a regulated bitcoin exchange on: May 30, 2019, 05:49:13 PM
We have couple of regulated bitcoin exchanges all over the world, some of them are so legit and so into government that they are literally hiring consultants from ex-government workers like literally senators and congressman and what not in order to be legit and never have headaches. That is the bad part about government, if you know a senator yourself than they will do whatever they can to protect you and unless something major comes out of it that would lose political parties votes than nobody really challenges you as long as you have the politician in your pocket.

We have an exchange like that which pays taxes, hires employees, have a big building and what not doing all amazing work just because they have an ex-politician partner and that is all its required to run a grey company in white zone.
5492  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Next Bull Run on: May 30, 2019, 04:59:33 PM
This value is no longer a prediction, this is now a reality as I can see it happen already by the end of June, I think this next momentum bitcoin will surge on should get us to that value and if we can get to that value by the end of June, then it will be quite sure that we are heading towards 15000 dollars by the end of the year, because the remaining half of the year is expect to really be the best time of this year where we will get a lot of investors as a result of many projects that will be released then. by that time, we are already talking of technical companies releasing their project, litecoin halving, ethereum upgrade and many more.
If I personally had the power to change the market first order of business would be putting a lot of buy orders on great support points. Like lets say we reach 9 thousand dollars then I would put insane amount of buy orders at 8.5k, we break 10k? Put all those orders on 9k. We break 20k all time high and reach 25k? Put all the money in the world for 20k buy orders.

Basically I care about "not going down" more than I care about going up. We will always go up, this is bitcoin, from the day I joined to this day there has always been a lot of days where bitcoin went up more than 10% in a single day, it will continue to happen. The trick is not to go up, we can do that, its easy, the trick is not going down after that, remember that 20k all time high? That ended up with as low as 3200 dollars at one point, I would stop that.
5493  Economy / Economics / Re: Jobs Created by the Blockchain & Bitcoin on: May 30, 2019, 08:04:54 AM
There is a website called crypto.jobs and they do provide you with just an idea of how much people want to work in blockchain field as well. We all know there are more and more companies on blockchain field every single day from technology firms to exchanges to even casinos, anything related to any crypto currency you can think of.

This creates a great chances for people to get hired because its a new sector and it is definitely improving so they are hiring more than the sectors that are already established. However even though they are hiring so much every day the reality is that there are even more people applying, so no matter how many blockchain jobs opens up there will be at least a thousand people applying there every single day, I found couple of jobs from there but it was a bit demanding with little pay so I didn't continue with it.
5494  Economy / Speculation / Re: The Next Bull Run on: May 29, 2019, 05:38:44 PM
Hello guys
With the recent pump being experienced with btc, could this be the next pump and break out to $10k0and above?
What should one look out for.
I really think this is the bull run we break the all time high. I honestly believe that.

The difference is last time we did an increase like this we did it very quickly and that made it impossible for us to put support numbers too high, people stopped selling or even buying and everything just went up super quickly. We got punished for it by the drop of the price and there  was no support to stop it from falling so we realized maybe going up so quickly isn't that smart.

Now, we are going a lot slower but we are definitely going to break 20 thousand dollars, when we break it there will be a lot more supports since we did it slowly and if we ever go down there will be supports to stop us going too low and that will make sure we do not have the same 2018 bear year once again.
5495  Economy / Economics / Re: Exchange market data manipulation bringing the whole crypto market down? on: May 29, 2019, 03:29:21 AM
It is also a must. I mean I can understand why people are mad that manipulation is a thing and they want the market to be pure but without manipulation we wouldn't have come thus far. It was the people who manipulated the market that made bitcoin so famous and so volatile, it did went up a lot and went down a lot all because of manipulations and without them it would have been very slow and very stable which wouldn't create these stories and narrative of bitcoin making people super rich.

Without manipulators we are bound to live with a currency that is basically not moving that much and constantly on the same price, it would have some ups and downs but not as much and it would be quite similar to ups and downs of the stock market, it would still be good but not "life changing" amount of good.
5496  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2019 NBA Season on: May 28, 2019, 05:39:03 PM
Nobody really doubts the possibility of Raptors winning this series, it is not unlikely, there is a chance however we all know the reality of playoffs and warriors so we give them a small chance. Realistically speaking Kyle Lowry is not a bad defender, he is also very thick which means Lowry could bother Curry a lot and during screens there is great defenders on Curry no matter who guards him, kawhi can lock him down, Danny green could lock him down, Siakam is not bad, the only bad defender on curry could be Gasol and doubt that will happen frequently.

Klay is a great shooter but we are talking about Danny green that managed to guard anyone he faces so he is an amazing defender and could lock Klay down. Kawhi is so good he was the first person to keep Giannis to a low shooting night. Basically speaking they have great matchup against warriors but the deal is ALL DEFENDERS, and I mean ALL of them have to do this for a 7 game series without missing one night. That is unlikely and that's why warriors will win.
5497  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How to deal with greed whilst trading? on: May 23, 2019, 03:08:27 PM
Hello!

I'm doing alright trading, learning.
However - I spotted myself being very greedy earlier. I wanted a bigger position as I was confident of the direction of the market..
So I entered in at a lower spot, with a higher position - lowering my entry quite significantly.
I've actually done this twice in two days.

How do you deal with this particular emotion in trading?
I'm trying to be as mindful as possible - but i get really excited.. and start getting reckless.

I think I need to read some more books on trading psychology.
TG
It`s part of being a human to become emotional specially when it comes to money, we can`t control ourselves. What I can say is that you must set a goal that could satisfy you and when you achieve that amount, then call it a day, no more instinct or maybe maybe. Just stop when you achieved your desired amount.
This is a weakness that is common with so many human being which we cannot completely take away from them and no matter how much they try to control it personally, it will always find its way to them, We are all greedy but the only way we can really control our greed is first to decide to control it, after which it doesn’t end there, when it comes to trade.

There are so many tools that have been created to help control our greed like the stop loss tool and take profit tool which is what I have been using to control my greed. Anytime I enter my trade, I make sure that I set my stop loss tool and then my take profit, so I dint get to be tempted when I am directly watching the trade.
5498  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Novice trader analysis advice on: May 23, 2019, 07:11:06 AM
As for me, it would be hard for a beginner to focus on technical analysis. Try to do trading the simple and basic way of trading first before you apply any kind of analysis. Trying to trade with analysis might just confuse you in the beginning. Either Bitcoin and Ethereum is good for both short and long term investment.
The only way for him to trade without having to use technical analysis as a newbie is just for him to temporarily be an holder like many of us because trading has no other simple way to go about it other than studying charts and maybe 1 or 2 other technical strategies, except you just want him to be entry trade by just randomly assuming.

I have done this several times though but it is quite too risky, that is why I am always careful in making a guess trade, but for a newbie, he should be an holder first pending the time he learns how to read his charter and able to make a decisive trade that will not go wrong for him.
5499  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Question for more experience traders! on: May 22, 2019, 07:35:23 PM
For those who trade both crypto and stocks. Which market is more predictive and easier to trade?

I guess you mean predictable, not predictive. Grin
No market is 100% predictable, because if it really was predictable, all the traders will make profit and nobody will lose, which is an impossible situation.
Crypto is way easier to trade and kinda predictable(but not really),because of the price patterns and how all altcoind follow the price of bitcoin.
I think he is right, I know we are in crypto space and we are cryptocurrency lovers, but sentiment aside, stock trading is a whole lot more predictable than crypto trading.

You know that stock trading is being controlled by government, and there is no chance for a whale to do anything strange with a large fund, if an investor drop money in stock market more than he should, he will be arrested, so there is no fear of someone crashing the price at any time with large fund, which makes it easy to react to market fundamentals exactly the way it is being presented in the news.

I learnt that they have officially announced their liquidation, that is so sad of them, I guess what the hackers stole if far more than what they even declared for them to go down easily that way, because if they were that very big as they claim, why has Binance not dissolved too when what they stole form them is not even up to the half of what was stole from Binance.

I really winder what will happen to the funds of people after liquidating, will they refund other people’s money or what, because I have never really been in this situation and I really don’t know how they intend they go about this.
