It's always a great time to buy altcoin, just treat it once u buy the coin as your starting price and wait until it meets your goal. It should not be that difficult if people actually think like that. You may see that people will say "wait until the price is at the bottom or cheap" but when does exactly that happen? People didn't know that.
Thats wrong because this will be depending on what purpose are we buying because the question presented is general address and not for specific user. Like for example i will Buy Ethereum for Daytrading,i think this is not appropriate because top currencies usually slow moving coins and not good for day trading. On the other hand i will buy Cheap currencies for holding then again not appropriate because there comes a time that this will die soon. So basically if you are buying altcoin make sure you have strategy in which will fit the currency you will needing. But try at least buying coins for daytrading but if you fail then extend for short term holding. |

According to the recent effect of Halving the movement is plain and normal,we have no Big dump happens and slowly moving up so in this sense there are no chance to predict what will coming next and besides this is very early to predict as the volatility still showing up regularly.
Look at the price chart and you will find the similar answers ,i have been watching the flow since the day Halving happens in May 11 yet nothing Crypto has been proving aside from having 11% max growth for this event for Miners but of course nothing is certain because the market can Go high later or fall down tomorrow. Why or why not?
I think it will peak again but not in 2020. Although bitcoin halving has already taken place and good news is being rolled out regularly, with the current economy I think growth will be quite difficult. At the highest level, bitcoin could only rise to $ 16k and then collapse. when a lot of people lost faith in bitcoin then it rebounded and could break out old ATH. 2021 will be an exciting year. The pandemic effect will stay according to the expert until next year so if this is indeed then we might see growth middle of next year 2021 or at least end of 3rd quarter ,Though we are all praying that the much awaited Bull appears early this time. |

If i were to choose?personally i will take my Ethereum back instead of Holding BTC because i already have enough Bitcoin in my wallet that sits for year now and having ethereum is my another option since i am waiting for the 2.0 version of ETH this year or next.
i fail from ETH back in 2018 because when i saw the market falling in the end of 2017 i though everything will falls down so what i did is sold my Ethereum and Bitcoin and wait for the dump again but the sad part?this coin make a Hype in the next year at January so my regrets really flows in my heart and mind promising this will never happen again. so if you will take my advice?better get eth back and just keep holding for the whole year if you can at least sustain your living not thinking of your crypto investments. |

For me, bitcoin is much better than the real money at the moment. Because of the volatility, it became an advantage of bitcoin to other real currencies. It also became an opportunity for everyone who wants to earn or to have savings in the future as well. This might be the reason why it became big to them although so far it was a virtual currency.
Don't just look in the positive side instead check both areas if the volatility really helps or not.Yeah there are many good effect if the market is Growing and we are profiting from this,but what about then the market is drowning like what we had few months ago?is this really advantage?well in some way for those who are looking for another buying this is indeed but not to those who are holding and expecting to profit in sooner time.
But on the other mean i would agree that if we Knew how to use and take advantage in volatile market?then for sure you will at least get what you wanted but not continuously because market has downs and ups better expect everything than just the good one. |

Manipulating bitcoin price is easily possible & Controled by big fish Trades, whales & holders. If we notice bitcoin chart from January 2017 to till 2020, Eerywhere indicates manupulation.
This has been the case for long time now,i remember since i am new here there are many accusation of Bitcoin price being manipulated yet nothing proves it right all is speculations.so one thing is certain if you doubt investing then don't do it,simple as that. After making market bullish, they told us a fairy story that bitcoin is illegal.
Can be stolen by hackers, Reasons for money laundering and so ban by
usa, china, india or bla bla bla. Then people sell their hodling share to
save theirs balance and thus market drops.

I agree that there will be a recovery phase that will take a long time, I agree with that, but I do not believe in the notion that there is some people behind this. Nobody really gained anything from this, check the whole world, who is in profit right now? Who is doing better? Nobody is doing better, hence nobody did this.
Definitely it could be manmade who knows, but even if it was manmade, it wasn't to release and kill people, it was probably some science trial that went wrong and thats about it, I do not believe it was anything else. Recovery will of course happen, what are we expecting, everyone to die and no money left in the world and just ruled by animals with no humans? Of course there will be recovery, but the longer it takes the more people it affects.
Well, if we assume the main beneficiaries of the pandemic, then immediately there is an option with China. this will be depending about the character and attitude

A little story in my place of residence, last night I went out around 00, time in my country, and I passed a casino place that during this time, there were rules from the government while all land casinos were closed to prevent covid-19 outbreaks, allcountries have that rule, maybe.
Strangely, the hour to 01 (night), I saw one by one people continue to arrive and enter the casino building, finally I also went in to see what was done by that person, at the end of the story the person put up a bet and gambled.
That's what gambling addicts do, even though the government forbids people from visiting casinos, however, ignoring them, in their minds betting and gambling, ignoring the rules.

Six people were arrested in the Netherlands and the UK over a $27 million "typosquatting" scam, which involved making a fake website to gain access to user Bitcoin wallets. 5 man and 1 woman got arrested with warrant by the policeman at their homes Charlcombe, Lower Weston, and Staverton (UK), and Amsterdam and Rotterdam (Netherlands). Good thing is that, they had already caught those six people because if that thing does not happen, the number of being affected by the scam will grow continuously. That is how expert hackers and scammers are. I really love seeing news like this because this criminals must be put behind bars and also everyone that making the same bad things to crypto users,as this is the reason why many people are afraid investing ere because of their activities.i am also hoping that my country will have the same strong guts and perseverance to make things happen because the spread of scamming and hacking is rampant in my place now because crypto is being popular nowadays. |

from my observations so far it seems that after Halving the price of Bitcoin isn't too bad,
even though it had dropped at $ 8500 now Bitcoin is above $ 9,000, a good start for Bitcoin for a new adventure
We had an early halving pump happens first day of 2020 so maybe this is also the reason as investors being frustrated seeing the big dump happened last march.but i know this is just a normal effect because there is a economic problem now and crypto market is not safe from the Corona virus infections so we should be expecting no good growth that will come this second and third quarter of this year. |
