5521  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Climbs Above $19,000 – Heading to New All-Time High? on: November 25, 2020, 07:09:38 PM
Reaching a new ATH is pretty easy from here, but the tough part is staying in that zone for a long period which I doubt will happen. I feel like BTC inorganically rose in price because of the presidential elections, halving etc.

Am expecting BTC to pull back to the $13K-$16K zone in the near future after which it will probably continue rising organically in value. This is just my assumption based on historical trends.

However, I hope I am wrong and BTC should continue defying everyone's expectations and continue climbing higher and higher.
5522  Economy / Gambling / Re: Sportsbooks that aren’t paying out on Biden winning the US Presidential Election on: November 25, 2020, 04:35:18 PM
Pinnacle, Betfair, and those who affiliated with these books still have not paid out these winning bets yet and won't until probably January 20th when he has to step down even if he has not conceded/saying he has lost by then.
This would be the very last date the bookies would need to settle their bets.
Absolutely pathetic. They should have informed all punters regarding this rule before the elections started since very few read the T&C due to how complicated they are. Am seriously surprised to see such top books and exchanges delay player winnings like this.

Many books which are way less popular than them in comparison already paid out Biden bets even though they were aware of the risks.
5523  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2020 US Presidential Election | Trump vs Biden on: November 25, 2020, 04:11:33 PM
in the meanwhile for those who don't mind "locking" funds for a while, it's possible to makesome easy money longing TRUMPGO on ftx shorting TRUMPSTAY
(if you don't have an account there yet and want some discount on fees drop me a PM).

I really wonder why they opened this contract when the outcome is so obvious.
I found this weird too. It's like they want to give out free money to people. Many books even offered around 1.05-1.1 odds on Biden even after AP called the race in favor of Biden which took me by surprise. Easy money.

Lost is Lost but what if the evidence is concrete that there is cheating in this election?that this was planned to put biden in white house while waiting for His death as he is very old and may not finished the presidential term  Grin
Lol. Crazy conspiracy theory. The democrats didn't just select Biden as their nominee out of the blue. They probably thought of all variables and then decided to select him as their nominee. Think people.
5524  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2020 US Presidential Election | Trump vs Biden on: November 24, 2020, 06:52:07 PM
Due to the uncertainty in the US political scene, payouts have been partial as with many other sportsbooks. We will provide another update once we receive the greenlight to make the payout. Make sure you follow this thread for further updates.
What uncertainty? Are you guys expecting everyone to wait until Biden officially sits in the office early next year? You guys are simply not willing to take risks even after the official votes matched the projected votes after recounts in several swing states.

Trump literally admitted himself that he will allow Biden to begin using Presidential resources recently. Books like Sportsbet, Stake etc paid their gamblers quickly.

It would be wise to process all bets without wasting anymore time since the results are clear and there is zero chance for them to change at this point.

Luckily wolf.bet finally fired disgusting mod Crypker which was misinforming people in chats saying he had 48 reds streak on 2x.
I dont even understand how they allow to mods say such things which can only scare the players....
48 red streak? That is impossible in my opinion. I have done a lot of research regarding Martingale over time and I have observed 33-34 as the maximum. It's usually lower when playing offline in physical casinos.

Why would a moderator intentionally try to scare the players? Weird. It's like he had something against Wolf.bet and decided to do this. Good job Wolf.bet.
5526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 24, 2020, 08:02:08 AM
The BCCI would have lost 4000 crore if they did not carry on with the tournament as the broadcasting rights were already sold and any new viewership does not mean any additional profit for the BCCI as far as i understand but the increase in viewership means increase in revenue for the broadcasters.
This is why I mentioned that the BCCI are lucky in this case since many including didn't expect IPL to be conducted this year which is why they exceeded our expectations by delivering one of the best seasons in the middle of a pandemic.

They even managed to ensure the safety of all the players. Some CSK players were diagnosed positive, but they managed to recover pretty quickly without spreading it to others.
5527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: T20 and T20I cricket prediction and discussion on: November 23, 2020, 06:17:31 PM
BCCI profited a lot from the recent IPL season unexpectedly even though the pandemic caused a big delay.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.timesnownews.com/amp/sports/cricket/article/4000-crore-bcci-earned-a-staggering-amount-of-money-by-conducting-ipl/685387

I did expect them to set new viewership records thanks to the pandemic, but didn't expect them to profit this much considering their expenditure and the shift to UAE. Lucky BCCI as usual.

Problem was I was feeling like I had a perfect strategy: then the extremely bad streak came and I ended up losing almost everything (good I had placed stop limits). 6 months to reach 7 BTC and 16 consecutive losing bets to go back to 2.5BTC.
Damn. Greed is the reason why so many gamblers end up losing their money in the long term. They try to recover their losses and earn more and more profit no matter the cost and end up regretting it.

You could have stopped betting big once you reached 7 BTC and stuck to betting small amounts in order to make sure you stayed in the profit zone. In this case, you stand to lose small amounts and still end up winning in the long term.

Personally, I controlled my greed on many occasions and came out winning with decent profits.

5530  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency is poor men Lower class wall street on: November 22, 2020, 07:37:21 PM
If that was truly the case, cryptocurrency liquidities would be way lower when compared to what we are seeing now and market manipulation would be way lower when compared to the current scenario where whales rule the markets.

Cryptocurrencies provide the lower and middle class opportunities to jump into the rich sector with minimum effort if luck is on your side thanks to the extreme volatility involved.

All classes equally benefit from cryptocurrencies legally and illegally based on what I have observed.
5531  Economy / Gambling / Re: Exbet is LIVE >> The Bitcoin Betting Exchange [exbet.io] on: November 22, 2020, 05:32:51 PM
Perhaps, a shift on focus from large institutional partnerships to user acquisition might help with the main goal of this project which you clearly described. I'm suggesting this as simply having an interested community might be on your side when presenting your project to particular VC and it might make your case stronger?
The best way to shift focus in this case is to advertise Exbet throughout this forum in various ways like signature campaigns, bounty campaigns, contests etc.

Without marketing, Exbet will most likely be a small crypto betting exchange with low liquidity. They need to put in the effort like other crypto gambling sites in order to reap the rewards.

Focusing on the bolded part. How can a site has very rude support like you said? Unfortunately if you didn't took any screenshot, it seems you can't do anything to support your proof. Your TRX deposit problem has solved, but i still curious about their live support, maybe you remember the nick/name of that guy?
You can find rude support guys/ladies on any site which is why sites usually provide feedback options to criticize them then and there itself. If they don't provide such options, then you must proceed to file a complaint against them by contacting other support agents.

Very few people record their chat sessions etc which is why it isn't always possible to provide screenshots etc as proof. Instead, complaining as I suggested immediately helps in most cases.

So, for a chance of winning 25k satoshi, you are risking all of your money or at least 20 losses in a row, is it really worth to risk that much for that little return?
Gamblers are aware of these flaws, but still use Martingale and other progression strategies since they try and recover their losses in whatever way possible which is tough to avoid to be honest.

However, if you are starting with a very low minimum bet, it is possible to use these strategies effectively, but you will earn negligible amounts due to the low betting speeds offered.

If you can run multiple sessions simultaneously, it is possible to earn huge profits through these strategies as long as you don't encounter insane red streaks.
5534  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOLF.BET - $1,000 Daily Race! 30% Rakeback! Advanced Dice Game 2.000 Bets/s⚡ on: November 21, 2020, 12:55:49 PM
As you can deduce from the balance, I was able to survive a losing streak up to 34 rolls, give or take. As my balance grew, I constantly augmented the increase on loss to squeeze maximum profits from this martingale system. I had been using it for a couple of months and started with free dogecoins
Surviving a 34 roll streak is seriously something else even though you started out with dust basically. I would love to run this strategy on a supercomputer which could possibly simulate thousands of these sessions concurrently leading to decent profits.

Anyway no matter it is marginal or martingale, is this even worth to do it with such low starting bet amount? I do believe it may take days or even weeks to get 10doge profit, I wonder why someone is willing to do it. Imo, it does not even worth the electricity/internet bill he need to pay while running the dicebot.
It is pretty much pointless with such a low bet due to which he never earned much. He was just trying to demonstrate that it works in the long term and ran experiments on variance etc.
5535  Economy / Services / Re: [OPEN] Stake.com Signature Campaign | Legendary Only | 25 Slot on: November 21, 2020, 08:08:14 AM
You guys don't seem to have learnt from the mistakes related to your previous campaign. I was one of the participants in your previous campaign where I believe Steve was the campaign manager.

Many posters will probably try and spam like crazy in order to earn $100 per week which is why it's better to pay something around $50-$100 for a fixed amount of posts(25 etc) with 10 posts in gambling section like other campaigns.

Also, accepting only legendaries is uncommon since most campaigns accept both heros and legendaries at the very least. Just a couple of suggestions from my side.

Had fun working on this campaign even though it ran for just a week. I liked both the Hex avatar and signature designs. I hope Hex become successful in their future endeavours.

This tool is what I usually check it out whenever I need to analyse historical data along with Oddsportal.

I found success on many occasions using these particular tools and I would like to know what advantages does your software offer in comparison to these tools. You need to provide samples of your software in action too.
5538  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China is cracking down again on bitcoin mining on: November 20, 2020, 04:20:05 PM
No matter how much the Chinese government tries, they will never be able to ban cryptocurrencies or crypto mining since their citizens will find solutions due to the financial incentives associated with them.

If they ban one mining operation, another one takes its place. This has always been the trend there and history has proven that which is why I wouldn't care too much about the above article(Legit or not).

To be fair, I am amazed at some point because doge is cheap, one doge costs 0.0029 USD. For 3 dollar, you get 1000 dogecoin, for 300 - 100 000. Idk what to say but personally I think that with 100 000 dogecoin, you can beat the house, your fail can't continue infinitely when the house edge is 1% and the possibility of win is 45.5%.
It is possible to beat the house with such a small Dogecoin minimum bet using Martingale or other strategies, but you will need to run thousands of sessions simultaneously. You could achieve this if you had access to a huge server.

If you try running a single session with such a small amount, you will earn a few cents everyday and nothing more due to the limited betting speeds available.
5540  Economy / Gambling / Re: WOLF.BET - $1,000 Daily Race! 30% Rakeback! Advanced Dice Game 2.000 Bets/s⚡ on: November 20, 2020, 11:10:20 AM
And that's why you have to use Dogecoin and start with the lowest base bet. With as small as 0.00000001 doge it would become quite a different story if you could actually start with that amount. And since flashbet allows you to run thousand bets per second, even small profits accumulate way faster – unlike probabilities which don't add up.
I don't think that is possible in Wolf.bet. If it was possible to place 0.00000001 doge as the starting bet in flash betting, gamblers wouldn't be complaining about the 10 sats minimum bet.

It is easily possible to beat the house in the long term with such a low Dogecoin minimum bet which is why the house wouldn't allow it. You could set it as the minimum bet in regular auto-bet mode, but you would earn negligible amounts unless you run thousands of sessions concurrently.
