First thing first I must commend your efforts as a one man team but you still need to improve you website design and bring in more games for players to have wider options to choose from and also work on reducing your fees because at that rate it still way high for players.
Even if we believe that since this is a project of only one man, even then the website design is very boring and plain. A lot better design could have been made. Also whats the point of taking so high fee as the site is just a new one ? I know it is hard to be a trader, but if you should go full time, you should at least have a working strategy. I hate to see a trader going bankrupt and homeless.
