5521  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think are the biggest disadvantages of Bitcoin? on: December 17, 2016, 04:52:11 PM
There are two big disadvantages at bitcoin, one is connected to the high security, thats the time till the confirmations period, this is the general complain or issue that people would like to had some kind of solution. The other one is that bitcoin is being exposed deeply as dark currencie and well people does call it dark money and connected just to ilegal activities, till the day bitcoin clean its image this will always be the big problem around bitcoin.
Yup the time it needs to reflect on to another wallet takes too much time. Maybe because of the huge increase of transactions per day that's why is now takes longer to process. For people who are not in rush to have Bitcoin than you won't notice that it takes a lot of time. Also let it be of they call Bitcoin a dark currency, they are the kind of people who only knows one side of the story.
5522  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is bitcoin is the new era of currency? on: December 17, 2016, 12:36:56 PM
I might refer Bitcoin as a new currency but certainly not "new era". I can consider bitcoin as a mode of payment rather than a currency because for it to be a major currency it must be accepted legally by a country and count Bitcoin as some form of secondary currency. But the chances are slim to none because Bitcoin cannot be controlled by anyone which means it can be hoarded or other things that can take advantage to others.
5523  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to determine the price of a product in bitcoin on: December 16, 2016, 07:36:37 PM
From my uderstanding Bitcoin is the one who needs to adjust its price. For example you will be buying shoes worth 220$ as of the moment it is .28 Btc but it can go as low as .25 Btc  or it can go as high as .33. It really depends on when you buy it because shops won't let you take advantage about the value of Bitcoin because they will be the one who will lose.
5524  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and Conservatism on: December 16, 2016, 06:10:33 PM
Yup the government has hinder the growth of Bitcoin, and I don't blame them for doing such thing. I mean what country's government would allow a foreign currency to even be their 2nd official currency it is not right and will make things unbalance. Unbalance such us people will hoard Bitcoin to raise their value before dumping all of them. Also now only resident citizens will benefit having a 2nd currency but also foreigners will be allowed to control a country's wealth.
5525  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Effects of Banning Bitcoin ? on: December 16, 2016, 04:38:03 PM
If Bitcoin is banned than people who get started to use Crypto currencies will afraid to use other alternative  crypto currency so the Bitcoin ban will also effect other crypto currency or we can say  all crypto currency markets will die.
if bitcoin banned, it will be very many people are panicking because of it, especially on the internet money seekers who rely on bitcoin or other cryptocurrency. banned bitcoin will have an impact on all the coins. maybe people will not want to believe in coins.
If Bitcoin is banned around the world it would simply be over for all of us. The government can easily control the content of the web. The government even has control on what goes in the dark web. Cryptocurrency in general will have no value at all after that happens it won't be use by anyone or accept by any establishment. Even creating a new kind of cryptocurrency won't solve the problem.
5526  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2016/17 NBA Season on: December 16, 2016, 11:55:57 AM
Great win by the Timberwolves over the Bulls on the other night. Honestly I did not even watch the game and just watched the highlight of the whole game. Come to say with it the Timberwolves get back up from being down by 21 points and after that they keep changing leads. But overall I like their performance from Rubio to Lavine fastbreak plays to Towns crossover.
5527  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is there new people coming to Bitcoin? on: December 15, 2016, 06:08:29 PM
Bitcoin's popularity for me hasn't reach its peak yet. Also when you think of it even though it is not know to many people Bitcoin's price is way above than any other currency out there. And it is evident that the popularity is rising because everyday there is new people joining this forum. Lately the price of Bitcoin is rallying toward 800$ I hope to see it back soon on that level.
5528  Economy / Gambling / Re: BITDICE CASINO - 90BTC MAX WIN, 1BTC JACKPOT, BET BACK, DAILY EVENTS! on: December 15, 2016, 03:26:04 PM
Hi bitdice, I am using a laptop to login in my account while I click the link as authorization on mobile but it will not allow me to sign i in the laptop. Looks like the security really is too strict that I can't login while using a different device to authorize.

I think that is good, even if you are not be able (atm) to login in.
For sure the security is strict and we all want this from a gambling site.

I hear very good things about this dice site, so i will register and try my luck there also.
I hope it last and be so good for a long time... Tongue
IT is good indeed but honestly not in my case. I think it's a bit too much to not even be able to login while I already authorized it. I think my only option now is to use a 2fa which will likely be a mandatory option for me if I want to access it in different devices without logging in my email everytime which is really a hassle for me.

You can also switch off the email verification in the Settings after you login should you decide that you don't want to use it. I would recommend 2FA if you decide not to use it to increase the security of your account though.
If you trust yourself that your account is safe and secure than you don't need email verification. But it is nice to see how BitDice wants to protect your account from other people. I know it consumes your time but it is a necessary step for your account to be safe.
5529  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: December 15, 2016, 10:46:07 AM
i think bitcoin bank is necessary for bitcoin users ,
for what ? i think bank local can help bitcoin users .
so i think if there is bitcoin bank for what ? i think no need

Uhmm I don't know anything about your logic but for me Bitcoin Wallets are as good as banks for holding the Bitcoin you have. With its given volatility it's more than any Interest bearing savings account in a bank. Putting money in a bank is just making big companies even richer while our money is not anywhere near what we expect from it.
5530  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: December 14, 2016, 12:56:42 AM
There is no safer way or method whatever you call to do gambling. Simply accept the reality that your chances of loosing are much much more higher than winning. If you claim there are safe ways then you are going to regret in future. Play with what you can afford loose and all is well.
Yes, that is right. There is really no safe method of gambling. And gambling is all about risks so why would you want to risk your money if you don't want to loss, right? Risk are closer to being lost than winning. And if there is really are ways on how safely you can gamble, then there will be no player that will lost and having a problem about gambling. It is really play what you can afford and stop if you lose them.

I don't know why people are asking for a safe methods in gambling. Gambling is called Gambling because there is a chance that you can earn or you can lose instead.  I know we Gamble because we want to earn but looking for a safe method is impossible because whatever safe method you have in the long run you will just going to lose. What you need is self-control not safe method because as long as you can control yourself   in betting you can easily call it a day if you are already winning.
Yes and that is if you are winning. But what will you do if at the first few games you did not win anything? Or until the end? It will make you hungry for more bets as your want to recover all the money that was lost in gambling. Stopping is a quick aolution for winners but never for losers. It forms a certain kind of mentality that you want to recover your losses.
5531  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How serious is BTC to you? on: December 13, 2016, 05:07:05 PM
Well maybe the thread you come across was full of positive thinking miners. As for them we all know Bitcoin is limited, and yearly it is harder to mine Bitcoin because of Halving the reward. Aside from that they will also handle the issues such as electricity cost, maintenance, and the reward itself too name a few. I don't think that I will be happy one bit if I know I am losing money rather than earning Bitcoin.
5532  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin to be international currency on: December 13, 2016, 05:00:33 AM
USA and japan were regulated bitcoin as payment option. If those big country start to accept bitcoin, I think its possible for bitcoin to being international currency, and if its happen people will get so many advantage like no need to exchange or tax.
yeah, i think so. But if it happen, many traders will move to another crypto or anything else. Because bitcoin will have stabile price, and it will make small amount profit for traders.  Cry
Maybe it will have a stable price or maybe it will go up as it will have a higher demand. I don't think its possible for them to use other kinds of currency, the nearest that Bitcoin can be use as payment is when converting it to Fiat which is definitely accepted by everyone in their respective countries. Also Bitcoin as payment is a choice of a person/business its up to them on how the handle the volatility.
5533  Economy / Economics / Re: If you were in desperate need for money.... on: December 13, 2016, 04:14:07 AM
Well, if I really needed the money, I have to do is find a job that provides a salary corresponding to his job. if I really need it, borrow it is the way that I should select. yeah, but, I'll just borrow according to my needs, so I had no trouble to replace it in the next day
It's more easier and safer, I guess regardless of our achievement in life as long as we are healthy we can always find a job, it's easy if we do hard work and we will not quit in times of trial. There are rich who does not even rich college so we have equal chances here.
I guessed you have heard the lines "It is easier said than done". Of course finding a jobs can solve the porblem about money, the question is will there be a job that satisfies both your time and needed money. Also borrowing money now is a hard thing to do, you have to be employed and you must have the ability to pay or else your collateral will be gone.
5534  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If bitcoin died tomorrow on: December 13, 2016, 01:12:08 AM
If it did die tomorrow, it would be a great representation of the saying, "don't keep all your eggs in one basket". I wouldn't be that sad, but I definitely would be pissed of because I have invested quite a lot of time in Bitcoin. Losing money is also pretty bad.
we will regret what we did. we are already using our money to get bitcoin.
we will be emotional and uncontrolled. was reasonable because we lost all of our expectations.
Yes that is one example of not keeping all your eggs in a basket. Honestly I have never invested real money to have Bitcoin. Because for me Bitcoin is an opportunity online to make money without spending real money. What I earn in Bitcoin will be spent on investments such as stock market which is more secure than putting your Bitcoins to HYIPs. Trading cyprtocurrency has more risk than reward compared to Stocks and Forex.
5535  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is the best source of bitcoin nowadays? on: December 12, 2016, 04:37:07 PM
I  voted other I could also vote trading but everybody here in the forum do not trade  so other is better option I selected because the most popular source of Bitcoin earning is Bitcoin faucet and signature campaigns this tow source do not require any special skill and anybody including newbie can start earning Bitcoin.
How did you know that most people here do not trade? Maybe you are in the wrong section saying that. There is a whole section for "Trade Discussions" you can go there and maybe learn a thing or two with it. Also I don't think that claiming Bitcoin in faucets can be called as one of the best source of Bitcoin, because they just give you a little amount of Satoshi and it takes a whole lot of time for you to claim it. But I agree with you that Sig Campaigns are one of the best source of Bitcoin.
5536  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Coin Collections will become more valueble when Bitcoin replace Fiat currencies on: December 12, 2016, 03:42:08 PM
Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin. It doesn't mean that the word "coin" in those cryptocurrencies can affect the value of all the minted coins out there. I don't think a certain currency can affect the outcome of another currency. But they do affect the value of currency in which shows who has more value. And also I do believe that Fiat won't be replace by any kind of cryptocurrency out there, for Bitcoin to be the official currency of a country it must have it's own working government, which it does not have.
5537  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: December 12, 2016, 01:10:21 AM
I do not think banks will disappear, but there is no doubt that their business model is outdated and will be forced to evolve in a big way, and that is why we are seeing them make significant investments to in the development of institutional "blockchains", although perhaps they are arriving a little late to this innovation.
That's true if they will not upgrade or evolve to new generation like bitcoins the people who using banks will decrease because they will switch into bitcoins because bitcoins has many benefits unlike bank accounts or credit cards.
What do banks need to evolve with? I honestly think they are not lacking into anything. I mean they are really good at what they are doing from wireless money transfers to credit card payment, they even have loans for you to buy a car. I don't know why do you think they are worrying about Bitcoin that they will ran out of business because of one kind of currency, that is wrong.
5538  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: December 11, 2016, 05:43:54 PM
What are some the more idiotic and stupid mistakes that you know you shouldn't have made but did anyway. Yes this includes other none gambling stuff like sending btc to the wrong address. I'm interested to find out the stupid things other people do.  Roll Eyes
The worst thing i and stupid mistakes that i experienced i withdraw my winnings  in wrong bitcoin address. That is very terrible i made in my life i lost 0.2 btc in a minute just one click all gone. I almost cried that day but its my fault.

That's really terrible man, why did you not try to double checked the bitcoin address that you will send your withdrawals? It is all our duties that we need to check again and again the bitcoin addresses that we will send our bitcoin withdrawals. I haven't experienced this yet and that's kind big amount for me 0.2 BTC with just a click it all gone, terrible.
The only chance in making that mistake is by typing your address. But when you just copy it like straight from your wallet then you have no worries thw withdrawal will be sent to you. Also double checking your address is a good step on not having that mistake again. But I don't think that what happened to you is gambling related rather is is a personal mistake.
5539  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you Still believe in Fiat? on: December 11, 2016, 01:12:04 PM
Maybe it is not a bad reason to don't believe in Fiat because Fiat money is the source of one country's success. Also whether you are rich or not we all depend on what currency is the government regulating in our country. Honestly Fiat currency is the one that can control the economy of one country, over printing of it can lead to price depreciation and inflation and vice versa, that is how strongly it can affect a country.
5540  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin make Banks disappear? on: December 11, 2016, 08:57:36 AM
Bitcoin can't possibly go that far, because Banks are handles by conglomerate they know what they are doing. And as of the moment they are not panicking about Bitcoin and they have a reason not too. Bitcoin is a limited kind of currency and other than that it is unstable making it hard for any other people to use it. Also Bitcoin is not allowed in certain countries meaning they won't affect locals that much.
