Minimum deposit amount on waves wallet is 0.01 BTC and you cannot send lower amounts to that. You can send waves or any of assets (token) directly to your wallet.
First send BTC to one of exchanges which support waves or any of token you want. Buy waves or any other token.  Then withdraw from that exchange to your waves wallet.
To know which exchange support waves or a special token go to coinmarketcap.com and search for that .

I think the reason is that most of Antshares trades are made with Chinese Yuan and in China. Antshares completely differs from altcoins such as ETH, LTC, XMR, etc.
Most of Antshares holders are Chinese people and what happen to bitcoin doesn't matter to them.

I think it's impossible to get this amount of return in short-term and without any risk.
Of course sometimes we see some coins rise even 1000% in a day. Those are coins with low marketcap that can be pumped easily by some peoples and investing in them is very risky.  If you want 10x-100x return in short-term just forget such trustable coins such as ETH, LTC, DASH, ETC, WAVES, etc.

In my opinion Waves has the potential to take over Ethereum as it is useful for ICOs and day by day more projects are using waves platform. But this will not happen soon. Now Ethereum market cap is nearly 70 times higher than Waves. We should wait and I said it is not impossible to see waves listed higher than Ethereum on coinmanrketcap  in future.

I think investing in such coins is like a gamble. There is some one who determine the price. That person decide whether the investors win or lose.
See the total market cap in coinmarketcap. It is only 500k dollar. The market can be controlled easily by some people. Now the price has increased more than 30 times just in 3 day. It's a bubble and I think the price will fall so fast.

I am sure that the project will cause investors to make huge profit. Lots of game players that now do not know even what cryptocurrency is, will use the platform. As they will need these tokens for playing and competitions, the demand for GGS will increase and will cause the value to rise.

As waves platform can be used for crowdfunding projects, I think soon lots of ICOs will use this platform same as what happened to Ethereum. So it causes lots of people to invest in waves. As a result, it is not strange that we see waves price rise to 200 dollar only in one year.
And about waves price after 5 years:
We should just wait as lots of unpredictable things can happen in cryptocurrencies world. It is impossible to speculate price of waves or any other cryptocurrency in five years later.

I think what these whales do is a good opportunity for small fishes like me.
In this case, small fishes can be wise and use the opportunity. I mean they can buy coins in low price and sell them in higher price.  But unfortunately lots of these small fishes are eaten by those whales. They buy coins in high price and after falling prices, get into a panic and sell their coins as they aren't patient enough.

The price of one unit of a ctyptocurrency does not matter. Right now there are some coins listed on coinmarketcap that are more expensive than bitcoin. As an example one CHAO costs about 44 BTC and the funny thing is, market cap is only 11 BTC. Another example is Project-X which costs 138 BTC.

AdEx is an Ethereum based token. The ICO started on June 30th and was supposed to finish on July 30th. The ICO finished less than half day and now AdEx is listed on Bittrex. The price is rising so fast. I recommend all of cryptocurrency traders to invest in Adex as soon as possible. A coin which its ICO finishes that fast, has a huge potential to rise in value so much ( 10 times or even more) .

As I see on HitBTC, The price has changed. Now the price of every AdEx token is 0.00113 ETH which is almost equal to the prices on Liqui and Etherdelta and we can say that the price which is shown on coinmarketcap is true.
The current price is nearly 30 percent higher than ICO price. (ICO price = (1/1170) =0.0008547 ETH). It's a great success.

1 billion dollar total funding is really unreasonable.
As an example, June 30th was the first day of Initial coin offering of adEx which was very successful ( ICO finished in less than half day). In that project the total fund was only 40000 ETH which cost about 10 million dollar. There is no need for funds higher than this.

It's a good time to buy bitcoin and hold them. Don't convert your bitcoin to coins such as waves and ripple. They don't worth it. Just hold your bitcoins. I am sure that bitcoin will rise in value soon after more than a month stability ( Note that changes up to 10 percent are normal in cryptocurrencies).
I think demands for buying bitcoins will increase after Bitcoin SegWit Activation August 1 and solving the problems such as transaction times and this will cause the price to rise. So now it's a good time to buy bitcoin.
About converting your bitcoins to altcoins I should say that converting some amounts of your bitcoins to coins such as Litecoin and Ethereum might be a good choice. They worth it. They have the potential to rise more than bitcoin however it is difficult to predict. Forget about waves and ripple.

LTC. There is no doubt.

I think it takes long time for LTC to take over ETH as Ethereum market cap is about 10 times more than Litecoin market cap.
In my opinion, ETH will rise in value again. but it doesn't have the potential which LTC has. There are some problems like the ones you mentioned with Ethereum that prevent it from rising in value as much as Litecoin will rise.

Ethereum might reach 1000 dollar( 4 times the current price) But LTC has the potential to reach 500 dollar (10 times the current price) at the same time.

I think in short term every thing is possible as we experienced high increase in prices of most of major altcoins such as Ethereum. But in long term everything depends on what will happen to Bitcoin.
In my opinion in future we will have only one acceptable cryptocurrency. If Bitcoin can solve its problems like high transaction fees that you mentioned, It will be that cryptocurrency. If not we should wait for another cryptocurrecncy that will replace Bitcoin.
We should also consider another important issue which is governments decisions. In future after accepting bitcoins by entire world, Governments would like to have more control on the system. We should wait for their decision whether they want bitcoin to be that major cryptocurrency or not.

Investing in these coins is the best thing you can do, I am sure these coins can cause you to make good profits in long term.
Invest in that coins and also invest in Monero and Ethereum classic. I think in that way, You will have all major coins.
If you can afford invest in some ICOs and some coins with lower market caps in addition those coins to make profit in short time. There are lots of other coins with high potential. Just do some research and decide wisely.

I don't know what do you mean by cheapest currency. We cannot compare the cryptocurrencies with their price as their circulating supplies are different.
As an example, a coin which costs 400 dollar might be better than a coin which costs 0.1 dollar. There is no need to buy 1 coin. You can buy 0.01, 0.001 or even 0.0001 of that coin. Note that the price of one coin doesn't matter.

I agree that ICOs cause ETH to fall. But it's not the main reason for reduction in ETH price. If you see coinmarketcap, All major cryptocurrencies are falling even more than ETH.
Now the reduction in ETH price is very slower than last days and I think soon the price will increase again.
