5541  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: State of Bitcoin Q1 2015 (by CoinDesk) on: April 13, 2015, 04:11:31 PM
Well, I would like to see more differentiated investments and not all spread over a few companies.
5542  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Hash Profit has my BTC on: April 13, 2015, 01:36:05 PM
So I've been away for a few months (car accident, rehab, etc...). I've been going through my emails and see Hash Profit closed down. 2 BTC lost...
What happened to them?

One of the most obvious scams there is. I really do not understand how you people did not see this. Sorry for your loss and I m glad you made it through that accident.
5543  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: cloudminr.io is a nest of thiefs beware on: April 13, 2015, 01:34:46 PM
me and the seller of the account had tried to make that happen but after a day of waiting we both just said fuuuckkit cause you know what? they should be on top of their shit.. at least a little bit.. and especially when their handling so much money that is not theirs. and it should not be such a big deal for them.. especially since that entire account was worthe ~0.15 btc total

its not unreasonable to expect them to respond to support tickets within a 2 business days is it? especially when there was at the time a notice saying they tend to respond in a few hours.

i am not amused to say the least

So what s the end result? You lost your money and your account, right?
5544  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you would be able to get back in early 2009, what would you do? on: April 13, 2015, 01:32:57 PM
I would not have gotten back with my ex for the sake of the kids, that's what. That would have saved me over € 50.000 in debts and a lot of screaming and fights which did none of us good. That is what I would do if I could go back. And then ofcourse invest big on bitcoin Tongue

If I had a time-machine and only 1 chance to use it, I would pass it on to you bro. You would use it better then I would.

5546  Bitcoin / Mining speculation / Re: Bitcoin Mining 1btc a month? on: April 13, 2015, 06:24:34 AM
A single rig which can produce 1 BTC a month net? There s no such thing available. You would need to get a few S5 miners and have access to cheap power.
5547  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: LTCgear.com, the best scrypt/scrypt n/X11 cloud mining service, Not paying!!! on: April 13, 2015, 05:14:59 AM
Selling 80K shares for 5 BTC

Hehe....and what if he pays tomorrow.....
5548  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: help! paid for 5 miners through minerslab on: April 13, 2015, 05:13:02 AM
Any resolution on this one? Have you received your miners?

Since you guys seem to have a lot of faith in bit-x can someone summarize how it works? The only functionality I see on the site is for trading. How do you mine there?

Check out the 'Mining' heading here: https://bit-x.com/pages/about

Any other questions please ask!

That didn't tell me anything. Can someone just summarize in like one sentence how to buy hash power on bit-x? I've looked all over the site and don't see any options to do so. That's all I'm asking here guys. I answer questions about other sites for people all the time on these forums, is it too much to ask for a little help in return? ffs

What to you mean how? It s the same like Hashnest. There is a market where people buy and sell hash. Deposit BTC to your account there, go to the market and make you bid. Once your price and quantity matches what somebody else is selling, you get your hash into your account and it starts hashing immediately. You sell it the same way.
5550  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: HASHNEST Discussion and Support Thread on: April 13, 2015, 05:09:54 AM
Im able to login

Everything works now and even it seems Antpool luck s been improving today.

how can you tell? Finding blocks faster?

Yes, the result yesterday was a bit better and it seems it might be the same for today. However, this is still not what I would like to see.
5551  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 13, 2015, 05:08:15 AM
At this point I simply do not care anymore. I will not be moving a finger until I see some resolution. They ve started throwing trash at each other and who know what is the truth here.

5553  Economy / Securities / Re: Anything sustainable worth of investing? on: April 12, 2015, 08:16:36 PM
Hey guys,

I post these questions a lot recently on different forums but I ve not been able to receive a satisfactory answer. Has BTC economy really turned into a sea of ponzies and scam?
Is there ANYTHING worth of investing these days? Anything which might provide sustainable dividend, regardless of how low it might be?

Pls do not post cryptodublers, pyramid schemes, 5% per day ROI websites and similar junk. Only verifiable and transparent options pls.

Not everything in the world of bitcoins is a scam or scheme pozi, what happens is that the bitcoin has been used to scams, thats why iit has a bad reputation, my recommendation for investment is hold, holding you can earn good money, and helping bitcoin structure

BTC economy s not gonna develop if we old hold coins. Somebody s gotta invest into crypto businesses. I do not accept this hold argument.
5554  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: cloudminr.io is a nest of thiefs beware on: April 12, 2015, 07:06:12 PM
So I bought a hashrate contract from a fellow bitcointalk member recently, and since no one was responsive via messaging on the cloudminr.io site we transferred the account itself over to my control rather than simply the hashrate. I messaged them a few times over the course of approximately a week asking them to help move the contract itself as I didn't like having redundant accounts. After having not responded whatsoever for about a week, they updated their twitter saying they were processing all support tickets. The next day I try to login to my account only to find that it had been pulled from the system altogether-my email address was not even recognized.
A heads up to you all, this service is trash and I think they might pull an exit scheme at some point, so tread with caution.
I would not recommend giving them any of your bitcoins.

Try to contact their support by creating another account.

What kind of dump solution is this? Why would this work? They re going to answer somebody else about his account?
5555  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: April 12, 2015, 07:03:42 PM
Well, you would have to admit you are creating Fear Uncertainty and Doubt about anything Josh says lol?

Yea, of course. People need to stop believe anything he says

This.

However, even after this, Paycoin s got a very strong community. Just look at the number of posts on Hashtalk. How is this possible?
5556  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If you would be able to get back in early 2009, what would you do? on: April 12, 2015, 06:33:04 PM
If I got back in early 2009, I would tell Satoshi how amazing he is, sell of my property and give the money to him, get his phone number, then like anyone else, I would buy and mine as many bitcoins as I can then finally in 2014 I would call-up Satoshi and give him 50% of my investment in his technology.

So you probably spend your days ass kissing Satoshi? I have to say that s a new solution nobody has come up with.  Grin

You might scare him away and that would be the end of it. Satoshi is above such earthly things as ass kissing. Or if you did get Satoshi's phone number you might wind up in a shipping crate in Afghanistan listening to Barney the Dinosaur for 96 hours. We'll never know.

I m sure that at the point of creation of his life work, all Satoshi had in mind was some foreigner arriving to his place to share his ideas with.
5557  Economy / Services / Re: [BIT-X.com] Earn Bitcoins by Posting | Signature Campaign on: April 12, 2015, 06:30:22 PM
If I were you guys, I would insist people who are part of the sig campaign not being able to join avatar campaigns of other companies. I understand this is a bit restrictive thinking but if I were financing my own campaign, I would like my audience to be focused on my stuff.
5558  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cloud Mining on: April 12, 2015, 06:26:43 PM
I got ~0.05 BTC invested in scrypt.cc - just flip a coin and go for it. most of them, if not all, are just a ponzi and your chance to lose everything is pretty high. good luck Cheesy

Heh, you know it s a ponzi but you cant resist. Something tells me you re not going to stop on those 0.05 BTC. Greed is a very powerful motivator.
