Good (late) morning Bitcoinland.

Still going sideways I see. Last night's little dip didn't last long.

It was enough to wake the beartards up though.

Let's not overlook the possibility of people or groups sacrificing a bit by dumping a few thousand coins at a fairly small loss in order to lower the exchange price that determines the price they pay for tens of thousands of coins off-exchange, i.e. from a mining consortium.

Not everyone is a day trader.

Bitcoin "accounts"?

 Huh

I think the lack of bidwalls are baiting another spike to 255

Not going to take the risk though, 260 is good enough for me

i wonder what btc will worth on monday ?

My guess is around 1 bitcoin

We're currently building a huge bear flag, target around 270 and then dropping to the core again  Wink

Of course we are Wink

You keep up those shorts now!! Don't be afraid, bitcoin always goes back down

And it always goes back up.

Good morning Bitcoinland.

Still bumbling along in the $260s I see.

Glad I didn't get a chance to get out to buy coins until after yesterday afternoon's dip down near $250.

Paid about $255 and got home to see that some whale had already spiked the price up close to $270. Good timing.

Lucky isn't something you are. It's something you get.

Time to grind some beans. Mmmm.

He's always polite and never resorts to name-calling though. .
of course you do fatty

You call yourself Fatman. I don't see "fatty" as name-calling.  Undecided

Who the heck is the tarmi/scharmi people are talking about?

He's a bear who makes a lot of bearish posts, and has been caught in the occasional fib.

He's always polite and never resorts to name-calling though. I wouldn't call him a troll despite his extreme  and constant bearishness.

I think he's just talking his book and dreaming of cheaper coins.
5549  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 19, 2015, 04:14:07 PM
Good morning Bitcoinland.  Almost halfway back from yesterday's dip I see.

The big drop below $250 occurred too late for me to take advantage of it last night but I guess a $20 dip is still worth buying.
5550  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 19, 2015, 02:54:38 AM
Holy moly. Went out for St. Patty's day and didn't get back until tonight.

Seems the bears were running wild while I was away.

Too bad I have to wait until morning to go and buy what I can afford.

First serious dip we've had in a while.

I'm despaired waiting for the despair.. Does that count?

Bears desperately waiting for despair?

5555  Economy / Speculation / Re: Who has more than 50 BTC? on: March 17, 2015, 05:07:04 PM
50 bitcoins isn't worth that much really.

$15,000? People often waste that much on frivolous luxuries like jewelry, automobiles and cruises.

At least with Bitcoin, you have the chance to make some big money, given enough time.

5556  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 17, 2015, 04:50:26 PM
Good morning Bitcoinland. Happy St. Patty's Day.

Nothing new today so far.

Price dips $3 and its a trollfest around here. It seems to take less and less each time but $3?

The bears are getting more and more desperate.
5557  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 16, 2015, 11:48:35 PM
Yes, I'm probably more drunk than you will ever be, looser.
Btw: The word is spelled loser. By misspelling it, it boomerangs on you.
How cheap to criticize someone on his second or third language. How perfect do you speak yours?

Because English is often not one's first language around here, people don't usually criticize grammar or spelling, but this case is an exception.

"Loose" has become a bit of a meme here.

This was probably just a typo though.
5558  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: March 16, 2015, 09:07:45 PM

Thank you for the clip!! makes me feel less alone... you know people around me think I am crasy for loving Bitcoins, by the way anybody have the same problem???

I think it's a subject best kept to oneself. If you run around evangelising it then you sound like a pushy nutter. If you persuade someone you know to get involved and anything goes wrong, be the whole thing going tits up or them getting hacked, it will forever be no one's fault but yours.

I wear a ballcap with just the BTC logo on it, not the word itself. Those who recognize it are usually predisposed toward Bitcoin and will often stop me to ask about it and my involvement with it.

Toronto being a hockey town, most people think it's something to do with the Boston Bruins though. LOL

It's kinda like younger women. If you hit on them, you're a dirty old man. If you let them hit on you, you're a cool old guy.

If you shove the subject of Bitcoin in people's faces, you're an evangelizing pushy nutter. If you let them approach you first, you're a knowledgeable aficionado.

 Cool
