As could be expected, the ESC 2020 is canceled due to coronavirus pandemic. It is the first time the event has been canceled since it started 64 years ago. It is expected that all this year’s candidates will be invited to take part again, however, it is unclear whether the same songs will be admissible. The following is from European Broadcasting Union, EBU: Why not postpone the event?
– The current situation across Europe is likely to remain uncertain for the coming months and at this stage we cannot guarantee we would be able to stage an event of this size with this many stakeholders later this year. A Contest later in the year would also reduce the amount of time the winning broadcaster would have to prepare for the following year’s competition.
Could you not have held the contest without an audience?
– We are carefully following the advice of the relevant authorities to protect the health and wellbeing of all citizens. Dutch restrictions on gatherings of large numbers of people and international travel restrictions mean that holding the event, even without an audience, is impossible at this time.
Why couldn’t you have held the show remotely?
– It’s in the DNA of the Eurovision Song Contest to bring delegations, artists and fans together in one place and provide an equal platform for all artists to compete together on the same stage and the same opportunity to shine. We felt that under the extreme circumstances we face this year, organizing the Eurovision Song Contest in another way would not be in keeping with our values and the tradition of the event.
The unique format of the Song Contest as an international live event means that it is not possible to identify any realistic alternative. We therefore have no choice other than to cancel the show.
Will the selected artists be able to perform their songs next year?
– This is to be discussed with the Reference Group and the participating broadcasters and a decision will be communicated later.

It has always been like this but as far as I know "Off topic" topics are not moderated unless they violate forum rules. So, do you also agree that a separate 'Off topic' section would be useful for the Croatian Local Board? Personally, I would like to see only Bitcoin related topics in the main section. |

Isto kao i sa Bitkoinom, opet sam ostao na samo nekoliko rola u najgorem trentuku... Mislim da ću početi koristiti zalihe alt-papira! Sta ces pocet brisat prkno sa novcanicama?  Daaa! Imam neki tech instagram account i upravo sam procitao o social media kampanjama, pa me zanima da li ja kao user koji se tek jucer registrovao na forum (i usput ovo mi je 3 post ukupno), da li mogu da se prijavljujem na social media kampanje (i opcenito bilo kakve kampanje)?
OK, razumijem da si nov' na forumu i, kako sam kažeš, crypto svijetu ali valjda ti je jasno da otvaraš temu koja je bila mrtva preko dvije godine?! To se, u internet žargonu, naziva necroposting i iako na ovom forum nije izričito zabranjeno, općeprihvaćeno pravilo je da se treba izbjegavati. Što se tiće tvojeg upita, imaš u Altcoins (Hrvatski) boardu aktivu temu 🍀🍀 Bounty kampanje Altcoin – Signature, Telegram 🍀🍀 koja je aktivna i primjerenija za ovakva pitanja. |

I kažem im tamo u Erste Banci srušit ću vam legalno promet za nekoliko milijardi dolara samo zbog 1 prijevare koju napravite,sad neznam jesam li to rekao ili nisam ali htio sam valjda jesam.Ali tak budem ak nisam ,i da ću na par stotina foruma objaviti da Erste Banka vara i svim prijateljima to reći pa nek im se sruši cijela banka ak ne prestanu muljati.
Lave! Pa ti onda imaš veću 'SNAGU' i od Gorana Aleksića. Zaboli banku 'ona stvar' za tvoje prijetnje. A čovjek te lijepo pita da objasniš kako si riješio problem što bi eventualno moglo koristiti i drugim članovima... |

Jesi li siguran za postove u local boardsima? Ne vidim ništa o tome u pravilima kampanje... Evo ja sam već nekoliko tjedana u kampanji i koliko vidim sve mi se računa. Imao sam samo nekoliko odbijenih postova koji su vjerojatno bili kratki odgovori ili prijave na nekakve promocije.
Slackovic se nije referirao na Bitvest nego Roobet kampanju, da se ne broji postovi u local boardu, i da mu je to minus. Aha, sada kužim. My bad!  Jedini bad mi je plaćanje kvantitete. 60 postova tjedno, za maksimalnu isplatu, je nemoguće ostvariti bez spamanja foruma a to nikako ne želim. Ali tako je, pretpostavljam, bilo i u svim drugim kampanjama...
Bitvest ima malo previse shitpostera, bolje bi im bilo da to sve srezu bar za pola i povecaju ostalima lovu. Ali valjda znaju sta rade, s obzirom da im kampanja ide vec duze vremena i stabilna je. Ali da, nije losa opcija ako se nema nista drugo, i ako se moze nastancat 60 postova. Ja sam bio tamo par mjeseci, dosao do Tier C ali nisam nikad uspio doci do tog broja postova. Nema šanse da itko može naštancati 60 'pametnih' postova tjedno osim da ovdje 'visi' 24/7 što nikako ne može biti isplativo. Evo, čak i ovo osobno smatram 'shitpost-om' al' barem je u lokalnoj sekciji pa nek' se broji u statistiku... Možda tako prije dobijemo moderatora. BTW, Tier C u par mjeseci mi zvuči odlično! Je li OK kontaktirati managera ako primjetim nekakvog shitpostera, burstpostera ili člana koji na neki drugi način krši pravila kampanje iznad sebe pa si na taj načn pomognem u napredovanju ili se to smatra 'kick in the nuts' potezom? |

Uvjeti su super za ljude koji ne pišu 99% u lokalnim sekcijama jer se postovi u local boards ne računaju. Ma nema veze... Prihvaćen sam u Bitvest kampanju koja stvarno traje dugo i nadam se da će potrajati i dalje. Možda bi mi bilo pametnije da nisam niti otišao iz nje (jer bi sad već bio Tier C ako ne i B), ali onaj SmartMixer je stvarno davao dobru lovu. Jesi li siguran za postove u local boardsima? Ne vidim ništa o tome u pravilima kampanje... Evo ja sam već nekoliko tjedana u kampanji i koliko vidim sve mi se računa. Imao sam samo nekoliko odbijenih postova koji su vjerojatno bili kratki odgovori ili prijave na nekakve promocije. Istina, slabo plaćaju u početku (Tier E) ali uz malo sreće moguće je napredovati u relativno kratkom vremenu jer manager Brainboss svaki tjedan provjerava sve članove i sankcionira one koji nisu zadovoljili sve uvjete. Ja sam napredovao u Tier D za manje od mjesec dana. Jedini bad mi je plaćanje kvantitete. 60 postova tjedno, za maksimalnu isplatu, je nemoguće ostvariti bez spamanja foruma a to nikako ne želim.
