5542  Economy / Speculation / Re: NEW BAKKT game on: February 12, 2019, 12:06:33 PM
Either way, regardless if they launch or not, it doesnt make a lot of difference does it? From here onto the end of 2019, btc just needs any kind of reason to go back up. Bakkt or shmakkt matters very little in the long run..

Fair point, it’s likely the next bullrun will start slowly as we approach the next halving. It’s unlikely to be triggered by any single event. Those hoping for the SEC to approve an ETF will be disappointed too.

Patience is required.

It’d be a dream to crack this but I have neither the technology nor technical know how to be able to achieve it.

Whoever does it is a lucky guy.

Is that twice now that Wolves have scored injury time goals against Newcastle. The first one was a winner in injury time at Newcastle & then last night a last minute equaliser.

Poor Newcastle Cheesy

5546  Economy / Speculation / Re: I expect the market to be in green throughout this month. on: February 11, 2019, 03:06:29 PM
A green month throughout would be fantastic, it feels a long time since we’ve seen this. Let’s wait & see though, the market is still slightly bearish.
5547  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: February 11, 2019, 03:04:54 PM
Wolves vs Newcastle - Wolves are good at home so I predict a home win here. New astle have a new striker though, they will hope he can start with a bang.

More bad news for PSG. Cavani is injured and probably will not play in first leg against Man.United
Verrati is coming back after long absence. He still can be not ready for Tuesday game
PSG chances are vanishing before Tuesday competition

I thought when the draw was made that Man Utd would have no chance. United’s form is really good plus Neymar & now Cavani out it could suddenly be a lot more like a 50/50.

Still no positive update from Cloudbet, this is not looking good. My geography is very poor, I googled Curasco & notice it is in Peru. I’m not sure they’ll be trackable, I doubt the feds there are going to be much good.

30m looks rather nice, right now...

$3640 - $3650 achievable in the next 2 hours if we have the volume. Would really to see north of $4,000 by the weekend though, not sure how realistic that is.
5551  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CloudBet allegedly defrauding customer for 330.58 Bitcoins? on: February 10, 2019, 01:50:17 PM
So the guy made a 150 BTC deposit?  That should be alarming for Cloudbet if they couldn't handle the action imo.  They should at least limit how much that guy could bet or they'll probably take a huge hit.

If they couldn’t pay out the win then they shouldn’t have accepted the bet, if they don’t pay out it’s disgraceful.

Remind yourself that less than 1% of the world has even touched bitcoin and crypto.

You took the risk.
You made that leap.
You are now an early adopter.
You reap the rewards.

This isn't about just next year, but for the next decade.

I daren’t even dream about what 1 bitcoin will be worth in 10 years Wink

Liverpool did the job yesterday by winning a good game against a medium quality team like Bournemouth.

It will be interesting to see Manchester City against Chelsea as I think we will see a match with many goals but in the end Manchester City I think it will win and will keep the fight for the title alive.

I think it will be a really close game but Man City to win by 1 goal. My guess is City 2-1 Chelsea.
5554  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Rugby Union : 2019 Six Nations Championship on: February 08, 2019, 10:00:42 AM
Round 2 starting tomorrow with Ireland v Scotland and finishing on Sunday
with England v France. Two big games and two must win games for both
Ireland and France.

I see Ireland bouncing back after last weeks defeat and I cannot see France
beating England based on Frances Jekyll and Hyde performance last week.

Agreed, no way can France win this one. I hear Itoje is out of the game but England has enough good players to replace him.

Are France any good these days? When I was a kid (I’m in my early 30’s) they were a good team. My Dad watches a lot of Rugby, I’m not a fan myself but I always watch good sport when it’s on TV.

I guess England are outright favourites to win it now after beating Ireland.

I remember when Man City lost to Newcastle at the end of January, Liverpool fans were bragging all over Twitter saying that they have the Premier League title won lol. Its amazing what a couple of games can do as now all the pressure is back on Liverpool to win, that is why I never get too excited as we never know what can happen in the final weeks of the season. Man City have come behind to win the title in the past and so have many other teams and lets not count out Tottenham either as they are right there if Man City and Liverpool drops a couple of matches.

I think there will be lots of surprise results before the end of the season. The lead will probably change hands every week. It will definitely be an exciting run in.

I never like the braggarts, so yeah that sort of turns me off about Liverpool when I see, but thankfully the forums here have the "good" type of fans, for all the teams, so I feel happy here. Twitter and FB are so poisonous.

But yes, so many surprises left, as we can all see from our weekly predictions gone wrong. Liverpool shouldn't feel worried, they just need to play football like they do, draws and losses are part of the game. Just enjoy it.

Spurs also, just play. Kane will come back soon with Dele so meanwhile just go and play football.

Yeah, whoever becomes the Champion out of City, L’pool & Spurs will have deserved it. Over 38 games you can’t really blame luck, bad decisions even themselves out over a long season.

Coutinho hasn’t set the world alight at Barca so I could actually see that move to Chelsea as Hazard’s replacement happening. He would be a good fit for Chelsea.

5558  Economy / Speculation / Re: How much Bitcoin to accumulate now to be financially set after the next boom? on: February 07, 2019, 10:07:43 PM
21 bitcoin’s is a cool target to have, think of the % of the total supply of 21,000,000.
My personal target is lower though Smiley
5559  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bakkt really an overrated event? on: February 07, 2019, 04:22:56 PM
Undoubtedly - if the Bakkt platform will be opened and running without any restrictions that could interfere with its work on the part of SEC, this can very positively affect the entire cryptocurrency market. But I think that the SEC can still announce a number of conditions that will limit the capabilities of this platform.

I haven’t seen an update for ages now, when is BAKKT due to open its doors, so to speak.

Hopefully Higuain continues his great start for Chelsea by tearing Man City apart Smiley
I think it would be great for LFC to win the title after so many trophyless yesrs.
