I think I've written a few articles which describe multi signature articles, would that help? moreover, even coinbase has a kind of a multi sig technology, check out their vault feature.

Of course it would help! Smiley

I'm creating this because I think that there should be a push for bitcoin services to use multi signature technologies. Scamming can be reduced by taking away the need to trust a third party. Feel free to comment with educational material I could use in the OP as well as services using multi-sig.

It could be quite important on a case by case basis. It could be used as evidence in a counter scam accusation and such.
Just because one person left negative feedback first does not mean that they are or are not scamming. Often times negative feedback is left as a means of trying to extort someone into their demands and other times it is retaliatory. I don't think the time that someone left feedback is going to ever have any meaningful value.

Often when someone is being investigated for scamming a negative will be withheld until concrete evidence can be gathered of such scam.

Would the change I'm suggesting hurt anybody? It's just a more accurate time stamp.

Bad bear, I'm just hoping that This upcoming tool won't become an excuse for merciless banning to take place. I've tried to point this out again: warnings can be perceived nicely and help people learn a lesson in a positive way too.

I think that just showing the date isn't enough. Hours and minutes would be useful.

Can I ask you why do you want also to see the hours and minutes? In my personal opinion it is not necessary and obviously not of primary importance (but this is only my personal opinion).

Well, I saw a scam accusation thread earlier on, the accused got a negative trust rating before he got the chance to reply. But there's no record to prove this.

OP the more you try to convince people that this is not a pyramid scheme, the more you make a fool out of yourself. If you want your negative trust removed, close it down and move on. Otherwise, quit trying to make other believe that this is not a pyramid scheme and move your topic to the Investor-based games board.

Are you incapable of posting what the BTC prize amount is?

Welp his previous rewards ranged from 0.001 to 0.005 which is not bad for what he's doing. Smiley

They're super new and googling their name doesn't bring any other results other than their website and pages... Seems like a red flag to me. Just be cautious

Well first and foremost, the ignore feature of the forum is close to useless. Currently, if you ignore someone, you can still see an empty post whenever he posts and you see his full posts if they get quoted.

I try to use the ignore feature when I see constantly trolling just to see their full posts whenever someones takes their bait.
5575  Other / Meta / Re: Signature Adblock Script on: March 27, 2015, 07:05:34 AM
Funny how a this is created by a mod. I'd be interested to see if there are any after effects if it gets popular.

I wouldn't install it though, I don't see signatures as spam besides some very specific exceptions.

Not really, it's basically this, which both theymos and I think is needed, except not integrated into the forum. Basically an ignore feature for signatures, possibly including auto ignore at a certain point. It's not a solution to sig spam, but as part of a larger effort it will help long term.

Is this larger effort going to give us an option to hide signatures on a user by user basis from inside the forum? I'm sure that if people were able to do this without having to download a script it would be more effective.

why you ask for 0.01 if you can earn much more if you use your own BTC address for refferals? something is fishy here

He's providing the source code of this rotator, not selling the website.

Give me your BTC address and it will be used as refferall on every faucet in rotator

Well it seems unclear. He also says that will provide the source few lines below.

Contact Vod, he'll probably ask you to close down what he called a ponzi

By the way, if you have a web designing portfolio, I could do a good deed and help you find a job. But you having ran a pyramid scheme isn't an advantage.
