2. What are your biggest issues with specific wallets you're using, or with BTC/cryptocurrency wallets as a whole?
There's no perfect wallet that combines a bit of privacy with being fast to use (SPV) and cross-platform (for example, Electrum, while it's great on PC, it doesn't work with HW on mobile). 3. What's your favourite wallet and why? Is it the user interface / user experience, colours, specific functionality, habit, perceived trustworthiness, something else?
Electrum for desktop. UI good enough, all the important features are there, pretty much trustworthy, and yeah, habit too. 4. What changes would you like to see with the wallet(s) that you're using?
We seem to lack wallets friendly with complete newbies. This is something I think that's missing badly. Some people need more than the functionalities made simpler, they also need everything explained, they need to be told where to be careful (for example to double check recipient wallet before sending), maybe wilth the hints being optional (easy to deactivate while the user starts learning his way). I would love to see Electrum for Android also work with HW. I would love to see in Electrum more privacy-oriented implementation (there were proposals so the logging/tracing of users' addresses would be a bit more difficult), maybe even allow Electrum also call Bitcoin core directly (provided that tx index is 1, obviously)? I would love to see a very good Electrum server and block explorer solution well done and configurable for Windows. Most of the current solutions are done for Linux, most have each and everyone of them its own data (so one may end up with Bitcoin core indexes, Electrum server DB and also block explorer's DB).

oare unde gresesc?
Salut. Incearca in Mining (Altcoins). Bafta!

Who could have so much patience if this SmokerFace not game-protect?
I don't know, this guy landed in my ignore list waaaay quicker than g-p. But maybe I no longer have the same patience...?

I don't know how relevant it is for you, since it's another country here, but most of the few times I've bought for bitcoin the merchant used a local payment processor (Netopia) and I've paid 8-10% over the preev price. I paid once via BitPay too, but so long ago I don't remember if I had to put my details (I think I didn't have to back then).
While unfortunately this doesn't help the ecosystem, if I have to put my details anyway there, sorry, but I find Bitcoin cards cheaper and more handy (yeah, some may start throwing stones on me now..)

paid with the Commissions from the hacker who used ChipMixer?
If you would read more before posting trolling, you would know that Chimpixer is for free, no commission involved, only donations. I wanted to continue with "So you were saying what?", but no, I won't, since your answer doesn't matter to me. Trolls are trolls and should not be fed.

Done. I added a low, medium and high fee. I think we should leave it that simple. Perfect! Thank you! Do images update on your Chrome? Just to be sure, could you open a Firefox and a Chrome and refresh the page? I think that in Firefox it works properly, but in Chrome you have to open them in another window to refresh their results. There must be troubles with cache involved.
I can reproduce the mentioned issue (easiest visible at current price) on Chrome and Edge too (also Chromium). And as fix I suggest the good old CTRL-F5. It works.

I've installed not long ago Electrs (Electrum server in Rust) and last week-end I also installed a block explorer called BTC RPC Explorer, both under WSL (windows subsystem for linux) where I've put a Debian (because I had issues with Ubuntu accessing Windows HDDs - I don't know if it was because of Ubuntu or myself). It needs Node.js and Bitcoin core. If you want more features, an electrum server helps. If you don't want fiat prices for the bitcoins in transactions, I think that it doesn't use anything external, but you or others may have to check/ensure that.

Do you still recommend Aegis?
I still use and recommend Aegis, it works wonderfully with Firefox on both Android and PC.

Then I will do my own analysis on it.
As long as you do your own analysis then you should be (more or less) fine, as long as you don't have to pay. Still, keep in mind that trading is a very risky business. And if you do your own analysis too, you'll see that in time the list of technical analysts you read (and follow) their opinions will expand/adjust over time; some of those signals will disappear or become irrelevant in time. Good luck!

What do you think?
The thing is that you should go by your own decisions. You can't expect unknown people over internet just be always accurate and be liable if they're wrong. You don't know who is behind those twitter accounts and what are their aim. Some may do it for the common good (such cases are very seldom), some will do it for their own good/benefit. So think what would be their benefit, for all cases. From what I see all they do is advertise their own website with their own banners and probably paid membership. This means that even if they get it wrong a couple of times, they may lose some users/followers, but not as much as the people trading based on their signals. Especially as the membership is paid upfront. So I'll be gentle and just say: take all that with a grain of salt, don't jump in head first.

I don't wan't to use those so-called change addresses provided by Electrum. Thus I always use pay to many function so I can manually chose change addresses.
If you want to send the change back to original address, you can obtain the behavior much easier, if you uncheck Tools->Preferences->Transactions: Use change addressesAlso if you use non-standard change address, the hardware wallet may complain (my Ledger does).

There might be an idea to add functionalities for some simple fee estimations, like mempool.space displays (low/medium/high prio). The point would be that it could maybe make easier topics like Loyce's "consolidate inputs" thread or when people will come and complain that their tx was not confirmed. But I don't know how big would be the overhead for that and how many will actually use.. still, an idea ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Do you spend your Bitcoins or just hodl?
Since I earn bitcoin too, I spend some and I hold some. Bitcoin is money and it's no use to just gather/hold them all for after I'm turned to dust. If you spend What for and do you miss something that cannot be bought for Bitcoin yet?
I buy rarely for Bitcoin. It's not really an option in my country. I usually have to convert to fiat first. So the answer would be... that I'm missing almost everything that money (fiat) can buy? If you hodl For how long and why don't you spend? Do you have exit strategy or you will spend it after you can buy your desired thing?
My strategy is to keep a balance between fiat and crypto. If my bitcoin stash becomes reasonably big I will probably sell more than I earn, maybe even diversify in other investmnets; but I'll think more on that when I'll get there, if ever ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

I had once in the last 6 months money sent to Binance from funds mixed at ChipMixer. Those funds went from CM (I want to make it clear, the mixer not the campaign) to an address of mine and after a while (I don't remember if it was days or weeks) to Binance. It's not something I do often since the risk is there, but I've done it exactly as a test. Of course, it was not big amount of money (since that's how tests are done), but in my case it worked.
It was before this late Binance-KYC drama, still, maybe my test does help somebody.

While this could be a good idea/list in some users' view, some others may consider it off-topic, since it contains also bounties paid in altcoin. Also, while I don't know if Bitcoin bounties are centralized anywhere, we do have Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns and in time altcoin bounties get centralized by this or that user, depending on who's active and willing to do it. list of bounties good quality (new update 17_07_2021), despite the date in the title, was last updated less than one week ago.

this is my own account and i verified with my own paperwork I followed their rules and uploaded a video anbd face recognition they needed already. its been a day since a issue and waiting for withdrawal aprrove. i figured out when i try to log in with pc it happens i checked the devices in (app)and every time i log in with pc it shows different ip but for the same city i use . for example 1.1.1.5 1114 1113 so i dont think its gonna be a big issue because its my own account but i wonder if they have problem when i use a vpn!
Not your keys, not your coins. You'll have to play by their rules and also have patience (their support are still people, some better trained, some worse). You already started that, so you also have to have patience. The VPN may be indeed an issue since some users try to fake their country with VPN, making Binance wary about that practice. If no change in.. let's say one day, my advice is to discuss, as possible, with the support, and try to find out together what's the best way to continue. And for future reference, try to not keep too much money at exchanges. I repeat: not your keys, not your coins.

Yea, lots of people have definitely been mislead with these kinds of headlines on social media, and it definitely helped the upward price pressure. But to be fair, apparently the chances of the futures ETF being approved is really high.
Yes and no. Many were probably misled, also "buy the rumor" probably works greatly, but overall I was surprised by this topic. If this (Bitcoin ETF approved) would have been for real, the media and twitter would have had many many more news on this. Since I am just drinking my coffee, I didn't even try to read what the paper tells, instead I've scrolled down to see what a few Legendary members tell about it. And your other post, which I've merited, tells simply and clearly the story. My only regret is that the forum doesn't rearrange the replies and makes that one the first to save people from reading/scrolling too much ![Cheesy](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/cheesy.gif)

Trading really require more skills and knowledge of crypto and the trading platform, hence I don't want to rush in.
That's great that you have found this out. Indeed, trading is riskier than most (traders) would like to acknowledge. I hold some coins but I wonder if I am making profit that way.
If you hold bitcoin, as long as the price grows, the value of your bag grows. Of course, that's unrealized profit (virtual profit) and the actual profit happens when you sell. If you hold altcoins too, I recommend you pay attention to them, since altcoin prices tend to drop on long term compared to bitcoin's. So, are there ways to increase my bag without Trading?
Bitcoin is money. The best way to increase "your bag" is to buy more or earn more (usually by working for it). [But only invest what you afford to lose; Bitcoin price rises and falls, it can be risky and you have to understand that] Then there are many scams, from HYIP (websites where you can deposit and they promise that get huge returns) or doublers (with lies like send me any coins and I'll send back the double of that) and most cloud mining sites. Again, those are scams and will make you lose money. Then there are legit places where you can deposit and get some rather small interest/returns (some exchanges maybe, or even some faucets), but here we talk about small amounts, under 5% per year. But here too, the "not your keys, not your coins" applies and you don't have 100% certainty that you will get your money back and the interest. Faucets and other means of free money may also look interesting, but keep in mind that the amounts you usually get are so small, they mostly don't cover the electricity and time spent. Mining needs expensive devices, so that is out of question.
So the best way I know is to hold in your safe wallet and buy/earn more from actual work. Sorry to disappoint you.

Based on my past experience, BTC RPC Explorer is easy to install. While mempool.space have lots of dependency (such as Electrum Server & MariaDB), this one only require you to install Bitcoin Core and Node.js. BTC RPC Explorer seems to not know if a transaction has RBF or not. Since I'll use it for my transactions, it's not that bad. Correction: it does know if RBF is on, but it shows the info only for unconfirmed transactions. As a minus, the look & feel is not that great. On the other hand, it doesn't have yet another database, which is very nice - having 3 databases for the same thing (just because electrum server and blockchain explorer are made by different people) is counterproductive. I may give it a try, let's see how hard it is to install/configure. Thank you. Update: in under 1h I've got this also running. Impressive! Thank you for the hint!
