5562  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: coinjedi / betsofbitco.in SCAMMERS: Declares "Push" on obvious win for BFL bet on: April 03, 2013, 05:20:09 AM
I think this accusation is too ridiculous to spend time typing up a defense (it's obviously bogus), but if any moderator is taking it seriously for any reason feel free to contact me.
It's pretty obvious that coinjedi won't be declared a scammer, but it's a black mark for betsofbitco.in and you.
5563  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Mincoins on: April 03, 2013, 05:18:17 AM
All of the initial bonuses have being premined already so.

Worthless premined coin.
5564  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bytecoin Dice! Provably Fair :) on: April 03, 2013, 05:10:40 AM
Bets processed and winnings sent!
5565  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: coinjedi / betsofbitco.in SCAMMERS: Declares "Push" on obvious win for BFL bet on: April 03, 2013, 04:59:36 AM
I bet no on bitbet.us and bet yes previously on betsofbitco.in, so I have to say I can't really complain much about this.

But declaring it a draw the wrong thing to do.. This is a prototype.
5566  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NEW CURRENCY] Maria 2.0 was banned, here is her proof. The birth of Bytecoin! on: April 03, 2013, 04:55:28 AM
I've had GUIminer running for the past few hours with this pool and I have 29 shares accepted and no Bytecoins received at the address I'm using?

(Before anyone asks, it IS a Bytecoin address  Cheesy )
Doesn't work for me either.

Solo mine.

5569  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: hardsoft (Manuel Roldán Arroyo) is a scammer! on: April 03, 2013, 04:34:31 AM
Chargeback, goods not received, your paypal money back.
5570  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Ian Bakewell on: April 03, 2013, 04:33:45 AM
I don't believe Ian's intent was to default.  Hopefully he will return on his own and attempt to make amends.
I don't believe Ian initially wanted to scam the coins, however after the ~5x rally he couldn't afford to pay back and just thought "fuck it", deleting all his posts and changed it to closed Tongue
5571  Economy / Gambling / Re: SatoshiDICE.com - The World's Most Popular Bitcoin Game on: April 03, 2013, 04:31:17 AM
Had a great session today. Made a couple of bitcoins Cheesy

Loving this game. The fact it takes quite a while to reply sometimes is a little annoying though. Are you ever looking into fixing this?
Yes, according to evoorhees there will be improvements

5575  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [NEW CURRENCY] Maria 2.0 was banned, here is her proof. The birth of Bytecoin! on: April 02, 2013, 09:56:43 PM
Nah, you don't get banned for releasing an alt coin.

Bets will be processed when I have access to bytecoin-qt Wink
5577  Economy / Securities / Re: [MPEx] S.BBET Monthly Statements on: April 02, 2013, 11:43:23 AM
Nice increase of profit over the previous month. Hopefully we will continue to see the profit increase by 10x each month Smiley

That doesn't seem likely.

10x per month continuously is too much, but S.BBET is probably on a trajectory to surpass S.DICE is markey capitalization eventually for the simple reason that dice are boring while Kim Jung Un and Carlos Beltran are not.

Hmm?

You spent 7 BTC on house bets, you won 5 BTC. Not the other way around (unless your numbers were wrong).

The advertising obliterates the need for Mircea and Matic to be perfect handicapers. It's a gambling site rather than a pretend hedgefund like BitBillions.
Referring to this here:

"iii. 7.77000000 BTC worth of house bets were resolved in the current month, putting the house’s 5.39503980 BTC well above even."

So I am guessing this is still SHA256 hash alg?

If so, uber fail on Maria's part.

ASICs will destroy this chain.
Because ASICs are totally going to stop mining BTC and mine some useless coin..

BTW, ASIC-proof is a bad thing.

1. I can see someone pointing an asic for 24 hours and killing this coin.

2. Who said ASIC-proof was the issue at hand? LTC isnt ASIC-proof.

Would be quite easy actually but why do it?

LTC is ASIC-proof from all the current ASICs.
