It's getting exciting to those that have endured all of the painful days of the bearish market and can still hold bitcoin on their stash. I've used it for almost the same use, trading, investment and the sole purpose of it being a currency in itself. It's a good feeling when I'm able to purchase goods and pay it mostly with bitcoin. I prefer them to pay altcoins so that I can save more bitcoin but most of them prefer bitcoin as it's what most of the payment processors accepted cryptocurrency.

My take on this is you are right that crypto's haven't reached the full potential of it and there's more way to go for its use case.

What website you have visited that tracks the price of bitcoin? I don't see it as 7% but even if it will hit -7% fall, why it looks something new to us?
