5582  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I have a Dream... on: April 24, 2020, 07:37:26 AM
Very relevant dream mate because ever since i start earning Bitcoin(and also other cryptos) all i am looking is where can i use this as direct payment.
and one day there is a Motor repair shop that i come across when my bike had a trouble and while waiting to be fixed i have a conversation with the owner and he saw my bitcoin logo sticker in my Bike so he asked me if i have idea what is Bitcoin all about and that starts the exchanging of idea about crypto and in the end?i did encourage Him to add the option for payment in His shop at least 5 main crypto From bitcoin and he does,so when i am going to pay?he asked me if i can pay Him with bitcoin thing that i agree and thats my first experience using bitcoin as payment,Hoping one day everything that needs payments will accept Bitcoin as well.
5583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can I 'delete' useless tokens from my wallet? on: April 23, 2020, 07:34:05 AM
Is it possible to remove tokens from dead projects/tokens that are totally useless and worth $0 from my wallet? Do I just send them to a random address? I don't want to burden anyone else with those shitcoins  Cheesy
Dont just throw them away Mate because there is a chance that one day those useless token will have value again.
there are some chances that dead project will be active again once the Market reached the High demand and the adoption happens for real.
in this case developed and teams will come back and make their old dead project alive again.and besides it is just a decoration in your wallet lol.
5584  Economy / Economics / Re: Corona has killed economy of many businesses on: April 23, 2020, 07:18:03 AM

How long will it last? What's the antidote for Corona?

So far there are companies that are testing the vaccines, but it will take five months to a year to prove the vaccines are effective, all we can do now- is take precautionary measures like wearing a face mask, social distancing and washing your hands every country is doing all their can to flatten the curve if there are no transmissions the virus will die on its own.
actually Even China did not fully stopped the Virus meaning there are no vaccine
but prevention is what they do to stop the spread.
Korea is also eager to Find the vaccine because they become one of the fastest spreading country last march but now they seems to be stopping also the Virus.
asking about when is impossible to answer but prevention will make this gone if only all the people will cooperate and follow what the Government is asking them to do this is not for individual but for the whole world.

5585  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Bitcoin Become Negative in Value? on: April 23, 2020, 06:29:00 AM
I was shocked for reading a market breaking new as strange as this.

I paused and reflected again and again by applying this condition to other market assets.

I read from Blomberg that the price of crude oil has declined into a negative  of $-37.63/barrel.

What will happen to countries that depend solely on crude oil revenue?

What will happen to the investors in crude oil?

A very serious reflection is that fact that, is it possible for bitcoin value to also drop into the negative?

What if the following happen:
1. A ban in the demand for bitcoin and a ban in the use of bitcoin.
2. Backing off of bitcoin miners from the business of mining?

Could these causes bring the value of bitcoin to something similar to the historic oil Price drop of $-37.63?

What do you have to say about this?
Never mate because you must not compared Bitcoin to other physical form
as they are not meant to be.
Bitcoin can become lower in price but won't end the demand so it is impossible to turn zero value and will never in negative.
and also even Miners stops mining yet the value will remain as people will continue to use this and never to be abandoned .
5586  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: April 22, 2020, 10:47:08 AM
I do keep track of my expenditure in gambling and no I do not consider this as an investment, this is part of my therapy to cure my addiction, to look at it and regret what I spent.
If we look back on how much we lost in gambling it makes us regrets playing those money. For me I dont track my gambling journey and move on when I lose its because it will be hard to forget if I dwell in the past. Its not an investment but instead its a way to grow your money if you're lucky or an entertainment for some of us. Its fine to gamble as long as you're prepared for the consequences incase you became an addicted player.
I also find it hard to find the reason about the topic because i have never
meet evena  single person who's doing this.
Like your Point it is only harder to accept the truth that you have lose those
amount in gambling when the truth is
This is not an investing that needs to be monitored instead this is amount that
we are only willing to Lose each time we wanted
to Kill our time and have some happiness specially in this boring days of locking down.
5587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Xcard a scam? on: April 22, 2020, 09:02:34 AM
What's happening with Xcard? I participated in this bounty campaign and since months ago now everything seem quiet and no one is talking about the project, is Xcard a scam project or a failed project?
Even if this is Scam project or a fail one,the thing is they will not going to pay
you so thats all you must accept.
Remember that joining a Bounty now is like a trying your luck to at least
having 10-20% chance because
of the newly project created now is to Gather money from the investors and Go away or create another one again.
same things happen all the time.
so if you want to prevent being a victim?then better stop joining and helping them advertise their scam project.
5588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Airdrop Discussion on: April 22, 2020, 08:32:12 AM
How do you say if a scam is only a small part? Do you have a link that has real airdrop? because I myself still see most of the airdrop scam and no income whatsoever from airdrop.
There are still few that is legit and paying but only for smaller payments not like in the past that we can earn Decent payments just by joining airdrops.
I had some friends that make a living way back years just only by doing airdrops and Bounties but now?days are gone and the good profit is impossible to find.
I believe there is a airdrop in Binance that just been ended?i forgot the name which is.
5589  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Government Taxing Bitcoin? Here's the Answer on: April 22, 2020, 08:22:15 AM
I always wonder how could an economy operate and run without taxes from cryptocurrencies. How could a government obtain taxes from people when people are completely utilizing a currency that is not supporting taxes. Would it be really good if we completely have our fiats converted to crypto? For me, there's always a way if our intention is good. We cannot really deny how government is providing regulation that is mainly for the betterment of us despite of some issues regarding corruption and frauds.

For me, the way we could still make it possible is to establish a local exchange wherein, if we convert our money to crypto, these local exchange could already have the portion intended for the tax of each transactions.
The fee for us to execute orders is the exchange's profit, then they pay taxes and that doesn't include our taxes. If true, the government's tax system will look at your account monthly to know your income and thereby collect your taxes accordingly. But now the governments don't seem to have a suitable tax policy yet because traders still trade in the black market quite a lot and can't control it. That's why many governments do not let people operate in the crypto market.
Yeah thats why the exchange must be legit and allowed by the government so
we are sure that safe is where our currency drives.
the Taxes paid by the exchange is where we are contributing the payment
but i think this must be extended so the government will
Not seek more for the crypto users.
there so maybe the system will respect our Needs in privacy and may also supports us in future .
5590  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 22, 2020, 07:36:52 AM
If you have money to bet?why not do that because it is your decision and desire
for what to do in your gambling activities of course.
I have tried that kind several time because i have no time to spend when i am
in gambling place so the faster i bet the faster
my luck will decide.but of course with limitation as i only Bet from 10-30$ each
time i play in it happens only once or twice a week if not busy.
5591  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Future of Bitcoin on: April 22, 2020, 07:18:20 AM
There are several thread that talks about the Future of Bitcoin but still there is no accurate answers from the thread creator.
Bitcoin has a Future that is what we are sure off but literally ?nope there are no accurate answer so far but i believe that in the next couple of months another High will be reach like what the past halving brings us.
Hopefully with in this 3rd quarter changes will happen.
5592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will Ethereum be taking 1st place in 2020? on: April 22, 2020, 06:59:38 AM
Ethereum has been steadily on the rise for a good while now, and this first half of Q1 2020 has proven that they have brought that same energy into the new decade. They have started 2020 with a bang, more than doubling in value in just 2 months.

There are quite a few factors that have come into play to make this a winning year for Ethereum and here are just a few: https://thecoinshark.net/en/5-reasons-why-ethereum-is-winning-in-2020/amp/

What do you think we can expect to see for the rest of the year?

There is no way why Ethereum will overtake the market and take the number 1 position because for me Bitcoin will never dethrone
 for the next 5 years.
Ethereum is a Good coins(though some says this is a shitcoin back years)
and has really a future but at this point?
This is too early to expect as 2020 only the Beginning and even the ethereum 2.0 is still hanging and no one knows when will this happen.
5593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to escape loss as an altcoin trader on: April 22, 2020, 06:46:43 AM
I want to assume that there are few people, who make several profits from trading altcoins, but sell their profit to bitcoin, and then over time while holding bitcoin, it dumps and their profits dips alongside bitcoin.

Why not do it this way ?
Since you trade mostly in altcoins, as soon as your make your profits, sell them to stable coins or fiats, close that trade chapter.

If you are passionate about hodling bitcoin, always convert to usdt or other stable coins and be patient for a fair entry point. Because the market isn't running away

What do you think everyone ? is there a better pattern that can be practiced?

I am open to more suggestions.
You don't understand why People choose Bitcoin to Hold compared to stable coins or fiat,Because most Of Us(Including me)
are trying to make profit sometimes in Trading altcoins but converter to Bitcoin after because we trust the number Currency
and we have seen how this grows over the years and we are very certain that even if it dumps tomorrow Pump will
follow so that is why we are very consistent in our Holding though we also have some Good altcoins as diversifying is safer way to have Holdings here.
5594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTC bottom is yet to come??? on: April 22, 2020, 05:46:22 AM
Guys, how many of you feel Bitcoin will test another bottom before the halvening event HuhHuh  I have a feeling that the price drop will be coming soon one last time to somewhere between 3k-4K range  Grin
I am Bullish about Bitcoin ever since so i will never had this kind of thinking or feeling mate, because what i am believing
is Positive mind will bring Luck than Negative.
and besides i have seen the fall last month and for me that is more than enough to believe that Market are now in
stable situation and only waiting for the time to grow again.with the help of Halving and also the cure for this Virus?.
together this will bring a major growth in this crypto market and that is what i am looking for now.
5595  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do some gamblers actually win? on: April 22, 2020, 05:22:49 AM
Gambling is a game of luck. All of the gamblers who got the jackpot are just lucky. Most of the people are losing in gambling but it can be profitable too as long as you have plans as you gamble. In the end, if you aren't lucky then you will not gain any money Cheesy.

I believe if you control your emotional and use proper plan toy can win. However mostly whenever people win a game will play with  the money once again and again until they lose and leave. that's just because people are greedy and this greediness will just never stop.
Exactly what i am believing also mate that our Self Control will save us in Gambling because those people that i Met who become addicted or compulsive gamblers are those person that cannot control themselves from our personal bonding.
they are mostly those type of person that will do everything to make them satisfy and contented things that if you apply in Gambling then for sure you will be a loser.
Control your emotion and lessen your desire?then you will surely have a successful gambling experience.
5596  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Beware of fake okex.com exchange on: April 21, 2020, 07:33:28 AM
Maybe it is better if you transfer this to Scam accusation section
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2409302
so you cans ave more people while this fake exchange is still operation.
Though the way i see it,this is an obvious scam site because even the domain Name are very Different like with letter "I" is the fake and the original remains as OKEX so basically they are far different .
5597  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Did gambling cause you to have difficulty in sleeping as a gambler? on: April 21, 2020, 07:18:57 AM
If you are gambling in order to earn a living out of it then it will definitely have a psychological effect on your mind and consequently even your sleep will be distorted.
The biggest you made was to even gamble using the money that was not yours. If you don't have money or if you are planning to gamble in order to earn out of it then always ensure you totally avoid the temptation to gamble because the consequences can be far much worse than your initial situation that led you to gamble.

This is real for many gamblers out there that makes a living through online casino's and sports bet but also very risky as it can take your every asset, savings, accessories also properties when you've become really addicted to it. I've read people's story here who made gambling as a source of income but there are also who got rekt and in the end not they have sleepless night but also loss everything.
they can try but with care because the moment you losses constantly then must find that this is not your place to make a profit.
there are many place here in crypto in which there might be a profitable specially if you have capital to start like what you spent in gambling.
buy crypto to keep holding,or try to invest in gambling sites instead of betting against them witht his a chance of making money is much secure than to gamble.
like many times we've done when we are in trials of spending money to gamble sometimes winning but mostly losing so try safer than that.
5598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: When Will You Start Buying Again on: April 20, 2020, 10:53:16 AM
21 Companies are testing a cure for COVID it's only a matter of time but it's very saddening to know that many are dying daily although those recoveries are also high, this is the right to buy again, even if the pandemic is making havoc on lives and economy as the vaccine will soon be ready it's just a matter of time, I hope everyone will be ok when that vaccine is out.
That is the sign that a government is doing great in this fight against COVID-19 if the Recovering is much higher than those who are dying.
and exactly correct that this is also a sign that we should buy now before the great Growth happen when halving starts and This virus is already cured.
for sure the Price will skyrocket like 2017 does.
5599  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is your Satoshi theory? Deceased or alive & well on: April 20, 2020, 10:27:01 AM
What is your Satoshi theory?

Just wondering what everyone's thoughts are on Satoshi Nakamoto.

If he's not with us today, I'm sure he'd be appalled with the amount of money being printed by governments/central banks.

One of his legendary quotes are:

"If you don’t believe it or don’t get it, I don’t have the time to try to convince you, sorry."

Is he deceased? Did he pass away from Cancer or some other grave illness?
Since i came here in the Forum this is the most interesting thing that i wanted to learn because it is very intriguing about what is the situation of our Mentor.
But as time Passes by?i started to Believe that either he is Alive or not?it is His decision and we cannot change that.
Satoshi can be Alive but hiding as what he did 10 years ago,or if he is dead?then let us Pray for His soul for peace.
What i am very thankful because he gave me a chance to learn this Currency and changed my life.
5600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Coin to watch out for this year 2020. on: April 19, 2020, 03:48:45 AM
2020 is very disappointing in my opinion, because it is affected by the corona virus so the market is not too good for trading.
We'll see if halving that will happen shortly can make prices rise or not. But there are still a few coins Its performance is quite
good in 2020, namely ETH, LTC, BNB, TRX and XRP. In my opinion cardano is not good as a choice for investment. Cardano
movement tends to decrease and the volume is low, if it rises the price will not be too high.

If you are looking for trading then this is the right time because there is a up and down market pricing and advantage for daytraders or semi long term .
and also for those arbitrage trader this is their right time.
LTC is not performing well these days but the 4 you have mentioned is indeed doing great so those sets plus Bitcoin is a must to wait currency after halving and also after this Virus has Gone.
